Lisa was absolutely wonderful! She listened to what I was hoping for out of a bed and I will find out in a couple days if she got it like I think she did! So far so good. The gentleman who guided me through the selections was very knowledgeable and had me try several different firmness until we landed on the firmness that I liked. I could not pull the trigger at that moment as I did not know the exact size, but he then made a phone call on the one I liked got a little better price and said if I call back before closing that I could have the special price.I did call back after finding out the exact size I needed and talking it over with the wife.Martin was very efficient all the way through the sale and the closing on the phone.I will shop there again in the future and encourage my friends and family to shop there too!

Aight so, Ive been browsing around mattress stores all around watertown for a week because making a mattress purchase oddly stresses me out.With that being said. From the moment I walked into metro mattress, Ol Meg was the epitome of welcoming. Quite like walking into a family dinner with family you dont despise with the fury of a thousand suns.She was absurdly patient and knowledgeable with all the products. From offering to move around mattresses on different frames so I can see how I like the height, to checking out my body posture on the beds to make sure I got the right fit.After two 5+ hour days of walking me through the trial period offers and everything else, finally settled on a tempur pro adept my medium firm. Overall, good store with a wide selection, great staff (Meg at least) and just 2 thumbs way up.

The salesperson named Ken was absolutely out of this world helpful. I will never buy another mattress unless I go thru Ken at Metro Mattress. He was very knowledgeable about every mattress.

I went in at 8:20 p.m. The store closes at 9. Mike French was very helpful. Showed me several options in the price range I wanted. He never tried to rush me out so he could close. I already had a synchrony card. I had recently received a new card which I had not activated yet. Mike courteously printed me an offer that I could return with today with my card. I was there when the store opened. The manager today was also very courteous and helpful. Purchase was complete in under 20 minutes and the mattress will be delivered tomorrow(I needed it by Friday). I was also pleased that the Spring Air mattress and innerspring were made in America. I would definitely recommend Metro Mattress.

OMG that Kenny G. in Watertown, metro-mattress, is so special, Im a military wife so i can shop on Ft. Drum and be tax exempt which saves us a bundle on large ticket items, so i wasnt planning on buying today, i just wanted to test drive a mattress per say, but Ken got me such a good deal, i couldnt refuse, to buy it at Metro mattress, If they dont make him president of the company, they obviously dont know what they have for an associate working for them, He treated me so great, and respectful, and honest, i told him, that i just wanted to see a mattress in person, Knowing that he wasnt going to be able to get me a deal as good as i could get through the military shopping site, but he did, I was wrong, its been a few hours since i was their, but im still so excited about getting the new top of the line tempur-pedic mattress, and excited with meeting such a wonderful, polite, efficient sales associate. I have had satisfaction from the regional manager and the store manager. They refunded some of the $300 for the ‘mattress protection plan’ (mattress cover—I found it online for $136) and switched box springs to the ones that I needed/not as tall at no cost to me. The mattress is very comfortable.My original post is below. I am now satisfied.Horrible. I love the mattress. They will come get it asap--I will not sleep on it. Young, bully salesman who didnt listen once to what I needed, and lied about $300 extra expenses. Will NEVER darken their door again. Contacting the BBB and my lawyer tomorrow morning first thing.
