Anytime I go to this Cowboy it is always pleasant, unlike the one on 212. This cowboy values their customers. The cashiers are always nice and friendly. No complaints on this store!

One day when my mom sister and i went there for the first time on skates, so we go in and this lady comes up to us and says you cant roller skate in here and keep in mind that there was no sign, we emailed the owner and they said we could roller skate is there i know im sounding like a Karen but im not. all of the other times were great 5 stars for the other times.

Very unprofessional and rude overnight staff & management. I have filled up here from time to time and had done a college photography project on their property. I was accosted by staff while minding my own business doing my project. They asked me what I was doing I answered peacefully. The clerk then asked for my name but as I was not comfortable giving out personal information. Instead of asking me pleasantly to leave, I was threatened to have the police called on me. Odd considering I have played Pokemon Go and Ingress in their parking lot for 30 minutes at a time many times over and no one has batted an eye.When I asked for the name of the employee, her employers name and their number, she continued to be rude and refused to give me any information. I had to ask several times until she finally gave her employers name and continued to threaten me with police.Called the employer, Wade Fiebelkorn who was also rude and instead of coming to a peaceful resolution, just tells me that I am not a customer and hangs up on me.. I understand that the staff works alone and has a right to safety but being in their parking lot for a mere five minutes does NOT constitute a threat. I would understand had the staff just called the police straight away and let them handle the situation as they are authority in this situation. If I was asked to leave, I would have complied, instead the situation was escalated to threats of police action. I do NOT appreciate being treated as a criminal. I would understand should I have been on there property for an extended period of time, but again, I was only on the property for FIVE(5) minutes. This was nothing more than staff being a busy body, getting upset for no reason and her employer defending her poor and unprofessional behavior with poor and unprofessional behavior of his own.I will not be returning as I dont even feel comfortable returning as I feel the police will be called only to inconvenience me. This again extremely unprofessional. No one should ever feel that they criminalized just because they are not being serviced immediately and they happen to be outside at night for a short period of time. Again, I understand that staff should have the right to feel safe when at work, however where is my right to not be harassed? Where is my right to also feel safe and not be threatened with petty visits from law enforcement. This incident does not reflect very well on this store and as I said, I will not be return. Please do not support this business until they do a better job at handling situations like this and do a better job of training store employees to not harass potential customers in the name of safety.
