My family had the pleasure of working with Amy Zuckerman. She was so helpful and response, I honestly could not have asked for someone better. She truly cares about her clients and makes sure they get what they ask for. I’ll always work with her going forward. We have the most amazing master bathroom, and will always work with designer bath (and Amy).

Ive been working with Vici at Designer Bath in Watertown over the past several months to select products for an ongoing renovation project. Shes done a great job of making sense of what can feel like an overwhelming selection of fixtures from faucets to cabinets to water filtration and everything in between. Her expertise has been so helpful. I highly recommend Designer Bath!

We spent nearly $5k on products for a bathroom renovation at the end of February. We had a tight timeline and explained that to Amy, the salesperson. She confirmed we could pick up the rough-in materials immediately and all fixtures would be available in two weeks, just in time for our contractor to finish the rest of the job (I went back through our email conversations to confirm this point). There were several issues throughout this engagement:1) The rough-ins provided were missing pieces apparently, but we didnt know that. We were told everything was good to go for our plumber but when the jet roughs were missing, he installed a standard size and then tiled up the shower. When we received the jets, they were a non-standard size and our contractor told us it would be $900 to remove the tile to install the correct materials. When we communicated that to Amy, the response was basically oops, sorry. We had to pay the $900 and tear apart our brand new shower or order different jets, not our first choice - and wait for them to come in - and drive into the showroom to switch the materials.2) The fixtures took two MONTHS, not weeks to come in. Hey, I get it - there is a pandemic. Supply chains are interrupted. But we had to constantly request updates and I really doubt this was the first time Designer Bath had delays. If they had supply chain concerns, they shouldnt have told us it would be two weeks. Finally we called the manufacturer ourselves to request help. The manufacturer told us there were other in-stock fixtures he could send instead of the backordered ones. They all looked identical to us so Im baffled at why Amy would order the one out of stock and stuck in Poland for two months instead of the one a couple states over.3) When the final fixtures finally arrived at their showroom, they told us they couldnt ship them to our house unless we paid the $30 postal fee so we got to drive into the showroom again. See email where we asked them to extend the courtesy of comping the $30. They said no; really excellent customer service.4) The materials arent worth the huge expense, in my opinion. They looked nice the first day but after using the shower, the brushed nickel is covered in water spots and looks horrible. In hindsight, I wish we went with a more cost effective - and less exhausting -- route and ordered from the manufacture or from Amazon.

We just finished doing on bathroom and we got all of our bathroom stuff from Designer bath. From the time we walked into the store, Amy Zuckerman at the store, was very welcoming and dazzled us with her expertise. She basically explained all the products, understood what we wanted and in what price range and then sat down to design the bathroom with us. We were very pleased with all the recommendations and selections. Then came the hard part when construction started - our contractor and plumber had many technical questions and we directed them to Amy. Amy skillfully handled every single question and was basically always available when she was needed. We are so impressed that we have now started doing our second bathroom remodel with her. She is a rockstar and the store Designer Bath has the best stuff!!!

I have used this showroom to design multiple bathrooms for my design projects. I love how professional and courteous they are. Unfortunately, in the profession, one does not always encounter such good an respectful customer service as this showroom demonstrates. I am also very impressed by the quality of bathroom furniture and plumbing fixtures offered by this showroom. Another plus is the incredible breadth of knowledge they have regarding what is out there, how it works, etc. Finally, the showroom is pleasantly laid out with good design groupings. Gorgeous showroom! Lots to choose from. Great company too!

There was two months of delays that were beyond their control but left us with an unusable bathroom for an extra two months. A product that they sold to us assuming it would be available to ship within a few weeks was actually on back-order. The salesman apologized for not checking his computer at the time of the order when we were forced to pay up front. We then had to call them once a week each week to try to get updates and I found that disconcerting. The part I find most amazing is that the attempts they made to rectify the situation were halfhearted at best; they didnt offer any discounts to make up for the delays, or anything to try to make us want to return to them for future business.

This showroom in Watertown has such a great atmosphere (high ceilings, nice layout), helpful staff and an impressive mix of every style of bath and kitchen fixtures youd want (contemporary, traditional, etc.). It would be impossible to visit this showroom and not find what youre looking for.
