Helpfull, great retail display of many needed things. The Stihl FS 131 cuts with power. Besides the wood saw, the FS 131 is also: a great String Trimmer, the Brush Knife demolishes shrubs, the Sidewalk Edger us fast and the Scratch blade is versitale.

Recd saw back. Ran poorly. All needle valves and throtle were turned fully in. Chain wasnt even on the drive sprocket.

Bought a new zero turn and financed at 0%. A $149 finance charge showed up on receipt and I specifically asked if this would be charged to me. The rep told me no it would not be and if it was call back and they would take care of it. I called back and it was not taken care of. Good product gives it a two star. Bad representation and incorrect info given at purchase so buyer beware.Service guy was excellent however.

I waited a long time to not be able to get the part that they told me they had in stock. They also gave me the wrong spark plug even though I gave them the correct numbers. Overall The Experience wasnt very good.

Great place to get power equipment. You can also get used things here like snowblower. I got my MTD snowblower ❄ here 8 or 9 yrs ago for like $350.00 and its still running great. Ive had to come in to get a few parts for it over the years and the people there are friendly and very helpful.

Poor customer service...they had our lawn mower for over 30 days when they told us it would be ten...part of the problem was because they didn’t log it when it was dropped off...said it was my husband’s fault he didn’t tell anybody...guess the owner and the gentleman that worked there who helped him get the mower off the truck are nobody’s...meanwhile our lawn looks like a jungle

Brought in a chainsaw for minor repairs at the end of April, today is June 11th, still waiting for a fuel line! Also needed charger for Toro elec.start. sold out. Was told price would be around 12 bucks when they received a shipment. I called 3 weeks later and was told I could order the part, price would be around 20 bucks, picked it up today 30 dollars!!! What is going on at BPE?
