Owners and employees are always happy to help, any questions that you have get answered. give you options of products and offer you the pros and cons to each. if they dont have it they can order it for you. recommend coming here rather than going any place else. also helps that everyone is good looking!

BUYERS BEWARE! I ordered a Kawasaki ATV Rim from this place. I gave them my VIN number to ensure accurate fit, they took payment over the phone which apparently included $10 shipping . My rim arrived and was the wrong rim for my model. I called them and they refused to take any accountability. They refused to pay for return shipping. I was told I could ship it back at my expense and they would refund me. I asked for a call from management and never recieved a call back, and they are not answering my calls. This was over 3 weeks ago.UPDATEI called back to the store and spoke to Randy who informed me in order to get a refund I not only have to pay to ship it back after paying to ship it to me, I have to ship it back to the warehouse they purchased the rim from or they wll charge me the cost to do so! So I am supposed to ship it to a warehouse that I did not purchase it from and supposedly when the warehouse notifies them that I sent it back they will refund me! that would be like you buying something from a store but having to return it to the manufacturer.. makes no sense.

My wife and I walked 30 mins ago. Saw to workers at the desk and they did not acknowledge us at all. I came in to purchase a MT 03 and was ready to walk out today with it. We waited 10 mins and looked at the bikes there and still not a hello or we will be right with you. Poor customer service

Awesome people, always willing to answer any of my millions of questions. Bikes are gorgeous and very well maintained, unlike some other dealerships... but everyone is super nice. The mechanic even went out of his way to help me and explain how to get my carbs out on my own bike and printed me out a paper showing the little information that Suzuki left me with. Told me all the issues that could happen how he gets them out and I asked more questions that I ever have asked but they seemed more than happy to help. Awesome people, awesome shop, I love this place I’m going to buy my bikes from them from now on.

Amazing group of real people! I had an emergency tire situation on a long road trip from central Ohio. They took mercy on my idiocy and were able to work me in on extremely short notice. They saved my trip. Pricing? Way better than I expected especially considering the rush job nature of things. Got my whealer here have had no problems with it. The staff is helpful and not pushy. When it took a little while to get my plates because of covid they gave me a gift certificate for 15% off on basicly anything in the store. I used it to go and get my self a new helmet that I needed to get anyways. Will continue doing business here.

What a great experience my wife and I had buying a Kawasaki 610 Mule from this business. Besides the Mule being a great side by side vehicle, my wife and I think we also got a great deal on service. We said we would only go into the dealership to look at the Mules but we were so taken with the professional knowledge, sensitivity, and expertise of one of their best salesman. TYLER!!! Tyler most definitely the most wonderful salesman we have ever worked with. Every question was answered with such a thorough response that entwined knowledge and experience. We cant say enough about our experience at Watertown Power Sports! Ive had my bike since 2011, new from a dealer, and never had any problems with it. When Suzuki sent out a recall on the front brakes I decided to get it done since they were getting soft. Mind you it still has less than 3000 miles on it to this day. Had it completed by them, rode twice with no problems. I get on it the third time and now I have NO brakes at all !!!!!! Theres no pressure when I apply the front brakes!!! I call Watertown Power Sports to fix it and now they want to charge me!!! That is an extremely poor way to do business!!! Think twice before having them work on your bike. I understand that parts fail but what bothers me the most is they dont stand behind their work!!! Look around theres other dealers in the area that work on sport bikes!!

On August 14th, 2019 I came to their dealership in hopes of leaving with a 600cc. I was greeted by Chris who was very professional and knowledgeable about the bikes he had to offer. He immediately read my mind and took me straight to a nice matte black cbr 1000rr. Not only was he able to knock down the price for me but he was able to get the deal sealed for me. I am very pleased with how friendly and professional the service was. If there was a way to give them 10 stars I would. Thank you staff of Watertown Harley Davidson for selling me the bike of my dreams. You guys are awesome!

I went there for an emergency drive chain replacement. The staff was professional and welcomy. They got the pieces delivered the days after and were fast to mount them so that I could be back on the road asap. Great service!

Went in for a oil change and told them to look at all the fluids which only takes physically 2 minutes to check..78 dollar bill..charged 1 full hour of labor..place next to 81 exit 47..didnt charge me any extra and tried to help save money not spend more..i stay away from Watertown power sports unless I have to go there for replacement parts...parts always available so thats why its only 2 stars

Worst service in the area! Id recommend taking your bike or wheeler somewhere else.

So, I took my fxd for an inspection, went off with little problems, had to wait until truck was unloaded, I was late, so I write that off. However, when i got back to my bike, the old inspection sticker was still on the plate next to my drive belt, and the new sticker was on my fork. Seriously, who inspects a bike without looking near the drive belt, if the belt wouldve been inspected, they would have seen plain as day the plaque intended to hold the sticker, then to not remove the old one, Im sorry, I hate to give bad reviews, but when you have something nice, you want to keep it that way, now its recovery road while I try to remove the old sticker, and have to wait til next year to get the new one put on the plaque its supposed to be on, and remove the gunk from my forks. Thanks, but no thanks.

Purchased a 4 wheeler from there - they actually talked me down from a larger one that I wanted to a smaller one, since the smaller one would do everything I needed and more (a 400 rather than a 700 or larger). Also purchased a plow there, and had them install it (along with a winch). The service was unbeatable, as they took the time to go over everything they had done, and walked me through the dos and donts. They take such good care of me as a customer that Ive been back to purchase accessories for my motorcycle and Im having them install hand warmers and a thumb warmer on my king quad that Ive purchased from them. Its nice to deal with folks that arent out to take all of your money, and help you out by saving some cash if possible. Describe them with one word? Honest.
