TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The owner, Sherry i think thats her name was VERY RUDE! I came in with a few items to return for amazon and she would not take my package and told me i have to go home pack my own package in order for her to take my return. Ive never had any issues returning with amazon until today even after I showed her my return label on amazon that i wasnt required to pack my items for return and ups was going to do it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! She doesnt care about her business
Ive been going here for months and everyone is SO KIND!! They dont rush you, they are patient, and they are ALL super helpful consistently. Ive been here over 10x in the last 6mos and I always get the best service! Dont know where these reviews are coming from?
Terrible customer service. I’ve lived in half a dozen places in the last 6 years and this is the worst store I’ve been to. My first and last time going here. I will go out of my way to use another location. I wanted to use two strips of tape to ship a package and they said I had to buy a $7 roll of tape to do it. First UPS location I’ve been to that doesn’t have it available. That’s annoying but wouldn’t have been a big deal if I didn’t get the curt attitude like I should have known their unique store policy my very first time coming here. I guess I see why the ratings are so bad

Went to this UPS store trying to return a box. 2 guys worked there, both looking like in their 50s, very rude! One guy printed out my return label partially on a page, telling me to pay $3 for that 1 page. Then he said he couldnt ship my box and told me to go to the Post Office. Wow, is this UPS in robbery business or what???
The people working here are keep saying something nonsense. They told us to print out the label for Amazon return with $3 and buy the $10 boxes which they supposed to provide us.

There are few people ruder than the couple that runs this store. Each time I’ve gone in there, they’ve had some kind of attitude. Most recently I was told that my Amazon return was “impossible” and that I needed to “go outside and fix it now”. They were unwilling to work with me, even though Amazon returns can be accepted without a box or label, using a QR code instead, but proceeded to belittle me and make me feel uncomfortable. I only go in there because it’s a convenient location, but if you can go somewhere else, do it.
I rent a UPS box at this store in order to ensure that I receive my mail. I was notified that a package that I was expecting was delivered 9 days ago, and my mail box was empty when I stopped by last week. I went in today, with the delivery notification in hand, to ask about my package. The owner/manager, Shawn Karimi, was extremely unhelpful and claimed that it was a USPS problem and said that the drivers mark deliveries as delivered before they even get to the store. Unlikely, but also, not helpful. He then said that often times, shipments will arrive 3 days after they are reportedly delivered. Thats still wouldnt explain why, 9 days after the notification, I havent received my package. He had no solutions to recommend to remediate this issue, where as a consumer, the vendor sees that I have received a package and yet, I am without my delivery. What, then, is the point in renting a UPS box, if I do not receive my packages. Extremely unhelpful customer service. Shawn also said They (USPS) mark packages as delivered to make you feel better. Really, Shawn? I dont feel better. As evidenced by the other reviews, people come here out of convenience, and still, leave with a bitter taste in ones mouth.
Extremely rude and inefficient staff. Also charges for repacking your Amazon prime packages. Avoid going to this store if you can, you will probably save time, money, and avoid an incredibly frustrating experience - which no one needs right now.I usually have great experiences at the UPS store, and I cant believe how terrible this one is compared to others in the area.
DO NOT SEND FROM THIS STORE. I payed $110 USD for a 2 days expedite shipping to PA. The package was returned to me because they made a mistake sorting the package and when I went to the store they told me they cannot give me my money back because I requested the cancellation of the shipment (Which I didnt). The old man is as rude as they come and their service is the most inefficient Ive ever tried in my life. Switching to FedEx and may God charge them those $110 they stole from me (God knows how much I need that money).
Very useful to have a box at a UPS store so your deliveries are secure. Watertown one is convenient to banks and a CVS

Awesome store with helpful and knowledgeable staff. Always quick in and out. But, minus 1 star for the parking pain. A couple of meters in front of it should be made 10-15 min limit!

Terrible Customer service and poor, entitled attitude from senior managers.Where do I start? I live in Watertown and was excited to use this location for my small business. I spent $50-$100 over a week for shipping, printing, and packing services and was interested in using them more for mailbox and other services.The last time I went in the owner double charged me the $2.99 computer fee even though I ducked out for only fifteen minutes in between.The last straw: when I politely pointed out that the posted opening hours were wrong, the woman angrily told me “you don’t matter to us anyway because all you do is drop offs and don’t offer us business”. Truly I had dropped ~50 packages in the previous week, but this attitude was simply shocking.Never again, now I will drive another ten minutes to avoid this place like the plague!P.S. the young man is polite and helpful; I hope he can get out or find better employers than these managers who have already shown themselves to be abusive.
Horrible customer service, I had just left USPS and shipped a package to then come to this UPS location for the first and last time. They charged me $3 to print a shipping label and had none of the normal UPS packaging available and made me pay for further packaging of their own. The place is just trying to nickle and dime for everything and anything. DO NOT COME HERE....Ive been to a plethora of UPS stores and never had a bad experience like this. Surprisingly right after having a very positive experience at a USPS. Shocking.

Extremely great experience here. I’m moving cross country and shipped a pretty large amount of (some very heavy) boxes. Diego was extremely professional, courteous, and patient as we worked through this huge shipment. I was really impressed by how thorough he was and by his ability to help anticipate our needs while juggling multiple tasks at the store. Can’t speak highly enough of Diego! We were also helped by Sherrie who was equally professional and wonderful. Can’t reccommend this store and these two wonderful employees enough!
Not sure why there are so many low star reviews of this place. I have never had a problem. Associates are friendly and efficient.
They won’t scan your digital label and print like the other stores do but will have you to email the label to them and charge printing fee plus another $3 for using computer to print. Also won’t let you know it’s chargeable before you email.
Personnel had me to place my pkg on cart that was already full; items were falling off.
Those individuals working in the the store have no respect to customers and I assume all human beings in general. They harassed and insulted me during my visit. Worst customer service I experienced in whole my life. Only thing I regret that I didnt read reviews about this place before entering there. Please stay away from this place to save you mental health and good mood for a day.
The guy in the store is completely out of his mind.I placed a print order online, so that I can avoid the computer usage fee of $2.99 they have in store. When i went to the store for pick up, they charged me that $2.99 saying they charged me because they had to use the computer to print the documents.No point in arguing with them for $2.99, absolutely ridiculous.Whats the point in using the online print order then?!
The guys who work here, Shawn and forgot the name of other one, are extremely helpful and amazing. I couldnt track a package of mine and looked like lost in mail case, so I called them and they helped with the best service..called me back after tracking themselves but when no luck, they shipped another one for me with no charge (it was papers and I had copies). Really great service and timely follow up. So lucky to have this place a few blocks away :) thanks guys!

I have always had a good experience with these folks. They are pleasant and helpful. As another reviewer noted the UPS Store has nothing to do with package delivery. If you need to drop off a package or get something packed and shipped this store is perfect.
Worst ups owned location. The owner/manager is so rude and cheap. I always try to avoid going to this location because of the ridiculous rules. I’ve asked for a them to re tape a part on a box before and they charge $3 to do so, won’t take any recycled amazon boxes from amazon drop offs. Worst customer service / appreciation standards. Go to the route 9 one if you’re near, the owner is so sweet and always goes above and beyond to help out!
Helpful staff, I was in a rush, so one staff member said, ”leave your shipment, and we will take care of it as soon as I finish from the next customer” this my only place for amazon services.
I try to avoid using UPS at ALL COSTS. The store is who cares decent id say, but the appauling level of dishonesty with the delivery drivers is disgusting. Base lowest human expectations, only lower... They have toyed with me over this package that was due 5 days ago with a daily oh we got bored and decided to take it back home and NOT deliver it yet again so you are going to be annaly TAPED for one more day, sorry for the inconvenience we just dont have any morals or standardsThe store is not something I can speak to but the drivers are trash and they will dropkick you glass vase onto your front porch flip you off and drive away.Just try not to use UPS if avoidable, some amazon sellers are stuck with it though.
Worst customer service
These people suck, I payed extra for a package to be delivered early and they sent it back on the day it was estimated to be delivered. Called them to see what the hold up was and told me it was out for delivery and that there was nothing to worry about. Never showed up and now I am going on vacation tomorrow without my package and its going to be sitting on my front door for who knows who to steal it. Good job guys.

I would have given zero stars to this place if it were possible. I went there to drop off an amazon return today. I put the box on the counter and I was clearly ignored by the elderly gentleman and the younger woman working here. They kept doing other things and did not even say a word. Then I finally asked if they have tape so I can tape my return slip to the box. The lady said they charge $2 for using their tape or I can just purchase a tape. I have always used the ups on Arlington st and they kindly taped the boxes themselves even I say a thing. This place also charged me couple weeks ago for $4 for using their computer for less than 5 minutes to print out 2 pages. I will never ever go back there. If they do not want to accept ups returns then they should stop being a ups center.
OMG, they charge you to buy a roll of tape to adhere your label. And the indifferent customer service is appalling here. My usual store was closed, so this was the next closest to me. I just walked out. Every UPS store I have ever been to have rolls of packaging tape free for customer use as well as excellent customer service. Do not go to this store!
Very very very bad services.I went there to drop off 4 big boxes packages. The old guy who work there said i have to take the boxes on the side after he scan it. I said this is part of his job. He said no, i have to move it on the side or take it back home. I said i went to so many other UPS store, never this happen. And ask him why, He told me that he only makes one dollar for package drop off.very bad experience with this ups store, never gonna go there again.
The older gentleman at Ups store Main Street Watertown, is soo cold and rude to his customers.I visited the place twice and had the same experience with the owner..Also they charge for every small thing,even just to use their computer to access my email for printouts..The passport photos they developed are not good and will be rejected if used for any application purposes..So be aware.. the assistant lady is bit nice and friendly.!Never wanna go there again!
This is the worst experience I have in my whole life. The employees in the store are not really care about the customers. We bought the lables in home and they can use a very simple and efficiency way by scan our barcode to print the lable for free, but they did not, they forced us to use their computer to print the shipping lables so they can charge us on using their computer and printing service. Another story is We shipped almost 10 packages in the past two weeks and they never tell us our packages size or weight are incorrect, so we received the credit card charge few days later and charged us $50 more than our originaly receipts, the most crazy thing is our packages are all very light purses and they change our weight from 5lbs to 24lbs, thats unbelievable.
Dont waste your time visiting this location. The usps down the street is way better. Terrible customer service. The lady who works there is rude as hell and never knows how to properly answer your questions.

Extremely disappointed with the service here. Brought a big box to be shipped here and they claim that it is lost . Now the store is blaming the driver and UPS does not want to take responsibility. We made a mistake of shipping a package of multiple items worth over $2000And now no one want to take any responsibility . This is by far the worse experience. Just go up the street and ship with USPS .

The UPS drivers out of the South Boston, Massachusetts, warehouse are unprofessional. I was recently told to f*&% off by a driver. I have received no satisfaction by complaining to either their local office or the UPS corporate offices. They refuse to apologize for their treatment of me, dont call me back, and generally make light of it. They deserve 0 stars for their customer service.

Called about trying to get information about a package because the 1-800 number was not identifying anything, got rudely cut off and then got hung up. My advice, stick to the USPS, at least they know what they are doing.
First I was given an 11 hour window for the package to be delivered...some of us have to work so i couldnt hang around all day...i was told i HAD to sign for it...so i arrive back to my house to find they tried to deliver the package...i call the number on the tag to tell them to leave the package at the customer service deskor whatever...i get a confirmation call that i will be receiving a call when my package gets loaded off the truck between 7 and 7:30...so 7 rolls around then 7:30 then 8 then i get annoyed and try to call...no answer...so its now 8:15 and i decide to drive down to the depot and find out what is happening...the man there tells me it was never loaded off the truck and he cant get it off...but he assures me that i can pick it up the next morning...this morning rolls around and im getting a little exited to pick up my package...i go to the customer service desk and after about a 15 min wait the guy behind the counter tells me my package was UNLOADED 15 min after i left SERIOUSLY and is on another truck to be dropped off at my house(where i will not be cause like i said earlier i have to work)so i call once to make sure the driver will leave the package...a woman picks up and is extremely rude...she tells me she cant help me...i ask for a supervisor and she hangs up on me...i call back...i get a nicer lady she tells me she can now tell the driver to leave the package(like i have been insisting all along) at my door...i really dont know if im even going to get this package today...oh and its friday and im leaving town so...i wont even be able to pick up my package(which i was suppose to have on thursday on monday)THANKS UPS!
I went there a few months ago, I felt so uncomfortable. The older lady looked at me like I just came off a space ship and the other lady debated if she should help. I immediately walked out and went somewhere else. Since them I would drive to the airport, Belmont and anywhere else but there.
..DO NOT USE EBAY SERVICE...what it says in the store about ebay policies in not true and the rules change if your item does not sell!... Think twice; One man who sent a package to ghana was told that the party on the other end had to pay $200 for a delivery charge. He had already paid ups 179 dollars....Guy was livid. I was in the store and witnessed this.
Lots of one star reviews because it seems that people mistake the store for the actual UPS hub in Watertown. Thats a different place altogether
