JD Wireless was the only place that had my phones parts in stock and they fixed my phone screen super quickly. If it werent for them Id have to wait for 3-4 days at other shops to order in the parts. Staff was friendly and helpful in finding a new phone case as well. Overall great experience.

I have been going to JD wireless for a couple years and haven’t gone anywhere else for my cellular needs. At first I really liked the variety of phone cases and accessories that they had, it made it hard to chose because there were all good cases lol .. recently I bought a case and it didn’t fit my needs so I went back and explained and they gladly exchanged it for another style to fit my needs. They also went above and beyond adding a phone holder making sure I could use my phone with ease as a gps while driving. Definitely recommend.

Loved my experience here, super hospitable at the front desk and they even stayed open after hours just to make sure my phone was fixed ! The repair come out amazing as if the phone came fresh out the box . I also got a glass screen protector and it was applied perfectly . They were fast, couldn’t have asked for a better outcome.Thanks again ! Will come for any repair I need in the future .
