I don’t like the customer service there they can be a bit rude. Depending on who is working. I rather have the monthly payment be taken out of my account than go there to be honest.

Stay away and avoid paying for services in cash. The owner refused to refund me after they lied to me about what I was being charged for.Boost mobile customer support sent me here to troubleshoot a phone and I was terribly disappointed in the customer service and fake service fees. Avoid them at all costs and work with Boost Mobile directly over the phone or go to a different store.
