I wish I had read these reviews before calling them to switch my prescriptions from Rite-Aid. I was genuinely shocked by the customer service. If she was anymore bored while taking my call she’d be in a coma. She had no interest in helping me. She asked me how many prescriptions I needed to switch (7) and then she sighed heavily and muttered “wow” under her breath. I told her to that they must not want my business and she attempted to help, but her tone was dripping with annoyance. I won’t be shopping there.

I got great customer service today from a very kind young woman named Veronica. I believe she should get her pay raised😊👍🏼. Great Customer Service from Veronica:) Thanks

Dont go to using pick up your medications by the drive-thru its dirty and unhealthy. and the pharmacy dont care about our health. Pick up inside & stay healthy.

Went in to take my C-Test today, and the pharmacist was extremely patient and kind! I was a little nervous but having a kind voice guide me throughout the process helped a lot. I kind of fumbled in the end (while leaving) but hey I wasn’t shoo-ed away so that was great haha!

Love going there to grab some supplies for my science projects and the cashiers are so nice during these difficult times

Worst service. Waited in line for an hour for prescriptions and then the prescription wasn’t even ready. Waited another 20 minutes and then there “system was down” and they couldn’t make a transaction for another 30 minutes!!

Pharmacy: I had to wait 2 hours because first they couldn’t find my insurance info I called my insurance and the staff were the ones making the mistake and after about and hour and a half they told me to come back in 15 minutes so I ran an errand for about 30 minutes and it still wasn’t ready

Thay do the best thay can considering the location. Cashiers used to be friendlier .

Pharmacy services are the worst.

Wassup with only one cashier at the pharmacy it’s been a few times I have came by and just stand here waiting for about an hour just wondering any employees leave or people getting lazy and care 🤷🏽‍♀️

This CVS Pharmacy discriminates against farm workers and others by deliberately closing their restrooms and claiming they are just out of order . If they were, the restrooms signs would still be there, but they have also been removed . Not the great champions of the people theyd like to claim.
