Workers very nice, but having hard time keeping store clean from all the disrespectful customers. Such a shame folks should really pick up after themselves.

The store is not clean and the shelves are close to empty, went in twice and they have no instant coffee, but a few creamers. No sugar either time. The cashiers are slow, the line of customers is always to the back of the store. And even when they have two other employees they rarely call for a back up cashier. I worked at a Dollar Tree in Stillwater, Oklahoma for a year and a half,, and cant get over how badly this store is ran.

Some items are difficult to locate because some of the same items are grouped together but in more than one place. Some items like shampoo have dried sticky liquid on the outside of the bottles. Very long line, probably because there was only one!

Things are all over the place. Not stores fault entirely but it could be a bit more organized.

Lousy dollar tree---the lazy, very rude crew closes the store early so they can go home early. Dont bother going here at night.

Was horrible big lines no help, change of shifts was long and awful no assistance with the 35 balloons I bought, they didnt bunch them u or even put or offer them eights so they wouldnt blow away, the string was shredded on several and broke as soon as I hit the wind at the door, no weights! Horrible service

Not many holiday (valentine) items as I hoped other than that a good amount of all other items/supplies etc.

Very happy to stand in line for my turn to go in. They are observing the Covid-19 restrictions, which makes me feel better. Only one problem! The people in line werent observing social distancing. A family of 5 were standing t front of me, and they had some friends walk up that had just parked and let them cut the line. They were hugging and sharing pleasantries and crowding into my space, which made me back up into the space of the person behind me.I dont speak enough Spanish to really voice my frustration about what they did, but it made me think about what you hear on the news about why the Hispanic populace in our area are going to work sick. I can tell you why! The news wants you to feel for these poor unfortunate worker, when they are willingly spreading it amongst themselves. They lost my concern. This by the way wasnt the first example.

Its very inconvenient that I cant take the cart all the way to my car bc apparently those carts lock as soon as you walk out the store. I do understand that ppl take your carts home but it would make more sense if those carts lock after they are pass the parking lot 🤦‍♀️

Management team have been working hard and it shows. The store has been looking better sales floor is more organized, shelves stocked, store is cleaner and more checkout lanes are opened when busy. Great job guys!

There is always great items just for a dollar, or under. When buying anything from here you should check that everything is sealed closed or for missing pieces. Its pretty well organized and clean.

The place is great place to get cheap items. Most of the item quality are not great so expect it. Sometimes you find great treasure and all item is $1. Staff are friendly enough but the lines move very slow.

Why the does it say it closes at 10 on Wednesday, and its 9 and its closed already.

Excellent place for general home products, party supplies, school supplies, inexpensive helium balloons, and other knickknacks.Restroom available at the back left corner of the store.This place is kept well organized and clean for a high traffic store of this type.

It was a circus . People were openly stealing. Very chaotic scene. The shelves still not completely stocked. People were smoking and loitering at the entrance to the store. I wish the police had been called. For a brief moment, I thought I might have accidentally walked into a walmart.

Not very organized and it was kind of dirty. Also, they dont provide and wipes to sanitize the carts or your hands. There was only one register open.

The store is filthy. 10 people in line & potential 2nd Cashier said, Im still on my break and walked out the door. Only go in there as last resort. Dollar Tree in Live Oak and Capitola are clean & have courteous staff members.
