Fast, friendly and patient. And they actually had the items that my boyfriend loves (the agua de nuez) most michoacanas always have an excuse of why they don’t have it available. But this place actually had it and it was closed to closing time. Also, the ice cream is delicious :)

Got introduced to the mangonada - OMG AMAZING!!

One of the lady’s was assisting us with our order and this other female worker told my husband very rude by the way that the pole was tilting from where we were standing and my husband told her yes im watching it . We didnt mind her telling us it was just The fact of her rude attitude. The other lady who helped us with the order was very nice but this other one bad customer service and very rude.As soon as more people was coming In specially a white complexion couple all of the sudden she was nice to them. Prior to us she called out an elder customer in a rude manner as well... Its like sweetie you live in a hispanic community, sorry. I hope if we ever stop to this ice cream place again that lady doesn’t take our order not for once.

Nice local independent ice cream business. LOTS of flavor choices (like 30 - 40!). Some choices unique to the Latin X community, but mainly straight-ahead cones, cups, sundaes and shakes. A few non-IC snacks interestingly (chicharrons for one).The ice cream is good quality and tasty. They are adapting well with the necessities imposed by the pandemic. Like pretty much everywhere else in the States these days, you wait in line, but theyre ahead of the game enough that when we were there last time one of the employees was walking down the line taking orders to be able to process people through faster. Smart! They are also masked etc so you get a safe feeling picking up your treat.

Loved everything about it! All the ice cream was delicious and so well made. The selection was awesome.

Monica is a very rude employee. she yelled at a man who was standing outside waiting to come in, telling him to stop blocking the door. We were standing besides him. When we ordered she was helping us and I told her that she was running a business and there is a difference between being assertive and being rude. she raised her voice and became argumentative instead of accepting constructive criticizm.

Over price for some of the items. Will definitely not buy corn on a cup again not worth the $5.50 for corn out of the can with no flavor wish I could have taken it back. smh .. The eloteros guy taste way better.. Never again..

Random visit here; loved it. The paletas and ice cream are fantastic -- full of gigantic fruit chunks that are incredibly flavorful. Even the basic flavors, like strawberry, are so much more flavorful than anything you can find in a standard grocery store. In the future, Ill go out of my way to return here.

THE BEST EVERYTHING. We were passing by Watsonville on our way back home to Fresno and stopping here was the best. Its a little pricey but so worth it. The ice and the Aguas Frescas taste freshly made. Just GO!!

Everything there is really good. I love the concept they have going on and they have the best magoniadas. BUT the girls (workers) are really rude. Really need to work on these girls customer service.

They have really good ice cream, a bit pricy and they should offer the smaller sizes of milkshakes or mangoneadas for kids. I would have given it 5 stars. The only reason I gave it one star is because SOFIA, who made my mangoneada put the ice cream that was pushed to the side and was a bit runny compared with the other ice cream they were getting it from. I didnt think much of it but until l reached half ways (3 ice cream flavors), the lemon was still hard but the guava was like water. I asked Sofia if she could give me a small cup with a little bit of guava ice cream and she said no, that its my fault for not eating the ice cream fast enough that it melted. We had been stirring for 10 min. That just proves that it was already runny. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager, and just gave me this look like what are you going to do about it. I asked to speak to the owner or to be put in contact with them and she refused. She ruined this spot for me! If the owner reads this, you have lost a loyal customer and you owe it to your manager and the way she behaved. She had no manners and was rude, for a $6 ice cream and I had bought more that just that. If you are interested in making it good to your customers, feel free to reach out to me.

The younger girls are super rude and slow. They stop and gossip in between making the food. The older people are a lot faster and and friendlier. Most of the food is good, but the last time I went the nacho chips were stale.
