My favorite place, I love the amazing yoghurt

Very disappointed yogurt land is one of my sons favorite places to go as of today we will no longer be going there as I don’t feel it is safe my son was eating you yogurt land when he tells me “ mommy is hard I don’t want it “ I thought Mybe it was a hard part of the strawberry but then he takes something out of his mouth and it is a peace of glass I was in complete shock ! I can’t trust anything anymore I’m glad my son was smart enough to not eat it as he is only 3years old 🥺😭 very worried for other kids since it is a place kids often go to .

The minute we walked in the girl at the cash register handed out our cups. The girl had gloves on all the time and never changed them out. Shes handleling money, handing out paper cups for the yogurt, and in addition shes also serving toppings for your frozen yogurt!!! I think they should have two people working, one handling money and the other serving. This girl is only protecting her self, and not the customers.

We literally drive here for this. Very cheap and good like tires from France.

Always clean, friendly employees. I only gave a low rating because now they arent allowing paying customers use their restroom. Recently I went in with a large party needing to wash our hands but they refused even though we purchased alot of yogurt!

Walked in at 11:31 am and the lady working there rudely said “closed it’s closedddd” (pointing at the door) with a loud tone when The sign clearly said OPEN! Never coming to this Yogurtland very disappointed!

I really like this place for the reason that I really like yogurt and ice cream. I’ve tried most of the types of ice cream and yogurt that are offered and I have to say that I’ve liked most of them. The only problem with this place is that the restroom has been off service for like the past two months or so.

Last several times the chocolate machine is not working, once it was found turned off and most times when it is working they are out of chocolate. They need a better selection of flavors. Blueberry sorbet isnt cutting it.

Your store is closed, and your hours posted says you close at 10 pm. Most of the time you are out of flavors, your cleaning your machines, and full of excuses...and whats worse your customer service comes with attitude. I live in Watsonville and I would rather drive to get my Yogurtland elsewhere. If I wanted to deal with this much drama Id go to McDonalds and listen to their sad excuses for poor productivity and service.

Good place. Good service. A bit pricey

Ive been to this location many times and although the service is always pleasant, each time Im disappointed. Tonight it was because literally EVERY machine was low (producing a half-melted yogurt) or plain empty (no product at all). When my husband politely brought this to the cashiers attention, she stated unapologetically, We are cleaning the machines tonight, so we need to run them low. (I dont blame her; clearly something her manager told her to explain.) Uh, so I guess the customer gets punished for having the audacity to come to a frozen yogurt place and expect product on a Thursday at 7:30pm? Other times Im disappointed because a third of the flavors they have out are ice cream (we would have gone to a fast food joint if we wanted soft serve), or they have French vanilla, vanilla bean, and vanilla ice cream all out at the same time, with most other flavors empty or low. Time for some different management strategies!

Friendly, professional staff, super clean environment, and super yummy fro-yo allowed for a great time for me and my children. We all had a great time and for four of us we only spent around 13 bucks and left satisfied

So many toppings to choose from, plus seasonal changes in yogurt selections to play with your senses! I havent had a line to stand in yet, even though they were full of people! Always very clean and up kept.

My experience with Jesus Avalos was awesome, great customer service. Served me well with a smile on his face.

Clean, well run, simple froyo shop. Stopped in for dessert, as a purist I really like the plain, start basic froyo and this location did not disappoint.

Poor quality, this location uses water based yogurt for the plain tart, it almost looks like ice. I love having frozen yogurt available once again in Watsonville!! We come here about twice a month.This site offers a wide selection of gluten-free, fat-free & low-fat frozen yogurt flavors. There is usually atleast one sugar free flavor. New flavors appear regularly.They have a wide selection of fresh fruits in season, nuts, candy & syrups as toppings to choose from. I like to sample the new flavors & create tastey combinations with fresh fruit, nuts & syrups. Beautiful!You might be surprized to find fresh fruits from blackberries & pineapple to lychees.The present management & employees have a keen eye for cleanliness!!There is ample seating indoors & out.
