Cashiers are so rude, honestly they need better people. Not even a thank you.

Fresh meats everyday the prices are a bit high but then again its because u be getting fresh everyday love the Asada fries and also the guacamole and the cabesa burritos

Nice fresh produce. Pretty affordable prices. Havent tried their meat department and creamery does not carry Don Francisco brand. They serve prepared food but havent tried. Limited parking as they share with a laundry mat which is always packed. Store is small but there is good selection of produce and household items, cleaning supplies and canned food.

Pros:For the size of this food market, they have a nice variety of foods to choose from. They have Prepared, seasoned, or fresh foods. Customer service is pretty good here.Cons:Their restroom is in the back of the stock room. The pricing come out more than that of a super market.

I like the meat department however they NEVER respect what you ask for. Im wondering if the employees back in the meat department get paid a percentage of what they sell. They ALWAYS over add what they want and HARDLY respect what you ask for.

I would have given this place five stars but the only reason that I give it 4 is because they are kind of expensive other than that theyre friendly theyre helpful and oh my gosh if you go in there youve got to go to their hot food counter and get yourself some carne asada fries they are delicious I can just imagine what all the rest of the food that they make their tastes like you need to stop by and try something Im sure youll love it

The best place to get carne asada

I am normally a person whom tries to over look the bad and see the good.... I went to this store and the ladies had trouble understanding me because they did not know any English. Although I understand it’s a Mexican store, we still live in America and it’s still a grocery market for the public, the employees should know our first language of Today. “English “.... and I felt they were upset because I went back to exchange something I ordered that was not good. One lady was giving me an evil eye 😬 like I did something wrong. Before I left I noticed there was a black hair in my bag with my fresh food, (my hair is golden/brown) that I just exchanged. I was upset, I gave the lady back the hair 😌 and left. Their customer service was very unfriendly & unprofessional.

I was walking in the neighborhood cause Im new in the area. I needed to use the restroom and asked the grocery clerk and he told me that it was in the back. The Santa Fe in Los Banos has restroom that are available to the public so I didnt think of it. I go in and noticed there wasnt any toilet paper. So I texted my fiance and he asked the clerk. He was attacked by the manager and 3 other associates saying shes not allowed in there. Too bad for her. It must be tough huh. Ask our Director for toilet paper cause shes not supposed to be in there. He said we asked and was given directions. We are not causing problems. So rude and mean. I see that there are a lot of other Mexicsn Stores in the area so they have alot of competition and with workers like that. There store would NOT EVER be my choice or anyone I know choice. There is a better way to communicate that there is no public bathroom instead I got treated like I was some homeless person off the streets. Dont go there unless you like Mean and Rude people

Santa Fe shopping center is probably the best place to go here in Watsonville to buy the freshest veggies period. They also have everything else you need but when i need vegetables, Santa Fe is where i go. I highly recommend 👍🏽

This place is way too expensive. 6 bucs for a gallon of milk and another 6 bucs for a box of a dozen eggs is ridiculous. They take advantage of people.

Grocery store with many Hispanic products. Not a big store so variety and selection is limited, but has all the basic grocery staples. Also has a Taqueria in the store with tacos, burritos, etc... Also has fresh made beverages,i.e. Horchata, fruits and herb/flower infusions. Very friendly staff. Shared parking in front and back of the store.

Well I wouldve given it a five star ! but when I recently started buying from the burrito counter they demanded that I get in line walk across the building to get my food . I been going there ten years cause its convenient I live near I walkbut after attitude I got from three different employees I get my burrito from delicias

Clean, nice vegetable and friut assortment. Fresh meats. It has a Mexican deli/taqueria. I enjoyed a carne asada taco which was very reasonable in price and loaded with its fresh condiments I love guacamole! They also make a nice vegie taco or burrito.I wont tell you the other taco I ordered, it might gross you out but very delicious for those of you who like beef tongue...oops.

I havent been to Santa Fe Foods many times but in my experience the people who work there are kind and my purchases have been fairly inexpensive.

Always get burritos & beef nachos from here & a few odds & ends. The parking here is really hard!

The meat department even the manager dosent know what his doing. Ask him to cut the meat for tacos and his answer was I can cuz the cashier will get confuse about the prize just take the meat that is all ready cut for tacos I answer no because one is more expensive and two has a lot more fat. Hi was being lazy.

Santa Fe Foods is a Mexican market where you can buy a variety of Mexican food and candy. The only downside is that most of the products are expensive.
