Beware of this company!!!!!!!!!When my daughter got married we were shorted several water and wine glasses, as well as had received silverware with “Food” stuck on it. When I contacted the owner while setting up, (I set up myself, so I know) to let her know about the problem, she called me a liar, plus keep saying, “keep checking, it’s all there.” I was in tears from her unprofessional rudeness. Therefore a table and a half didn’t get a wine or water glass.The bar we originally rented from their display room, was not the “piece of junk” they dropped off. (Embarrassing)The best part is, as it turned out, after they picked up everything after the wedding, they found “We Were Shorted the Glasses” (as we were missing a case full.) They had more than one warehouse to get my order from, she stated. Well, “THEY WERE WRONG,” but instead of apologizing and giving me credit, I had an extra cleaning charge on my charge card for almost $100 dollars, the next month!I had to cancel my credit card (she charged on) in order to get the charges reversed, that she illegally tried to steal from me!Please be warned. Do not let this Unprofessional Rental Company ruin your special day! I would give them a 0 rating if possible!

I do not recommend this place. For my wedding I rented the nacho machine but couldnt use it cause a piece was missing. I had 20 napkins that I didnt receive. And they brought me a broken chair!! Its been 2 weeks and she hasnt called me back to talk to me about this and the staff is no help either! Shes refusing to talk to me! Every time I call shes supposedly not in to talk!! My wedding planner had issues with this place with previous weddings and will no longer recommend this place to other brides!!
Not only in this business unreliable but the owner is rude and willing to breech contract. Missed delivery windows, failed to return multiple calls both on day of and after the fact. Hung up on me after resorting to childish behavior. Seriously a group of unprofessional people. Listen to the other reviewers and go to any one, absolutely any one else.Just a friendly reminder this place is still terrible and all the current reviews show that.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. The owner was absolutely horrible. Calling the client an idiot, and fighting with them over phone is not the way to keep customers. Then after cancelling the order without informing us, she tried to keep the money that we paid for it! Excuse me?? The service is absolutely terrible, pick anyone else. Just not them.
The owner was very rude and did not communicate with the customer. Upon calling her to discuss my rental she and her staff were highly unprofessional, and disrespectful to my fiancé and I. As soon I got on the phone with her she went on a rant and called us names. When I went in the store to get my refund she had canceled my order without informing me. This place is so unprofessional I do not recommend anyone do business with them.
So, upon my original entrance of this place, I was completely impressed. Their inventory is excellent, and they are much cheaper than other places around. But lets talk about customer service for a minute. Now, I work in hospitality, and have trained individuals in customer service. When I came into this store, not ONCE did the three employees that were working acknowledge my presence. Ok, I got over it. I was able to walk around, take photos for at least half an hour, and leave.My second experience, different story. I walked in, ready to spend about $2,000 for my wedding, which I guess is chump change to them. Still no acknowledgement from the employees. I walked around because I wanted to get a final count of things to rent. After perusing the store, I finally approached one of the girls and said, Im going to need to talk to you, I would like to book some things for my wedding. She looked irritated, but began to help me. Upon further discussion, come to find out that several main items ON THEIR PERSONAL WEBSITE are priced incorrectly! I showed her the website, and her response was. Oh yah. Shes (the owner) is working on updating the website. You need to look at our facebook. ummm ok. I need to check your FACEBOOK for accurate pricing? (I later on checked the facebook, and no prices were listed) The items I had come for were TRIPLE the price of their website. I asked if there was any way to make an exception, as the price was wrong and showed her the proof. She said she doesnt have the authority to give discounts and I would need to call back for the owner. I explained that the party place down the street has the same things for half the price, but I would prefer to rent from them as I had already done the research and liked the owner. She responded saying that she doesnt play that game. I was shocked. I was ok with the lack of discount if the employee would have at least pretended to have sympathy for me. Oh Im so sorry for the inconvenience, I truly understand how frustrating that is, that you were told one price and now its triple the amount! Thats all she would have had to say. But no. I took the day off of work, to spend thousands of dollars, only to find out that the employees here are rude and have no desire to make a sale. I walked out of the store, after my mother angrily stormed out. We have no plans to return, and will certainly advise others to stay away from here.Just a side note for Marsha the owner. This isnt a game as your employee stated. This is supposed to be a professional business. Your employees do NOT care if you lose business. They do NOT care that I will never be back, and that they lost you $2,000 in profit. They collect a paycheck and go home. If you want your business to succeed, I suggest you look for new employees. Because not ONE of them was even remotely helpful. Im sure when you ask them what happened, they will have each others backs and say I was just a crazy bridezilla. Because why would they admit their poor behavior? But coming from a family of small business owners, I know the importance of good employees and how they can make or break a business. Good luck.

I bought 60 helium balloons for a party on Saturday. Told I must pick them up Friday. Somehow the balloons are hanging out on the floor Saturday. Wasted my money and will be Trying to get it back. Added a photo to show. Today is 7/16. I picked them up 7/15.
