The team at collision technique is top notch. Ive never has such great service at an autobody repair shop. John was great to work with and I could tell immediately that he was up front and honest. He handled everything with my insurance company to make sure I was able to get reimbursed for everything that he found wrong with my car. John stayed in constant communication with me regarding my car at all times. John and his team provided the best customer service you could ever ask for. Amazing job erasing my mistake! Even knowing which body panels were replaced and everything they painted I cant spot a thing and I know my red car was not the easiest paint to match. The best part is that unlike other body work Ive had in the past there are absolutely no rattles or squeaks inside. Truly top-notch work.

My car was hit from behind and needed body work. CTC was recommended to me and I was glad it was. The people are very friendly, the kept me in the loop so I knew how long it would take to get my car back. My car looked wonderful when they were finished, It was washed & vacuumed too! I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know!

The owner Harry was so nice, and the work they did on my suburban was great. I had some side damage on the left side that was fixed then matched perfectly to the rest of my SUV. They also took out the scratches on the passenger side that was not even part of the damage. I would give them 5 stars if I could. Thanks Harry..

This is not something to brag about, but I have had over 15 repairs done at Collision Techniques since 2001. Every experience has been positive and professional. They even helped me restore my 1953 MG TD and the work was flawless. They always communicate a status and their work is sheer perfection. Remember, these guys deal mostly with high-income customers (demanding) who bring in their Mercedes, Porches, Infinitis, Rovers, etc. These are not easy customers to satisfy- yet they manage to deliver on their promises every time.Whether youre dealing with Harry, his wife Sue, John or Donnie - this family run business treats you as one of their own.I can only suspect any negative experience is likely an anomaly or the dissatisfied customer is commonly surly and difficult to deal with in any setting. Are they the cheapest game in town? I dont know. But for the service and expertise I receive, I have never let money get in the way of making my car look brand new every time.

They did an awesome job on my car and the paint blending looks amazing, they were so nice and helpful and pretty much did all the work with the rental and etc, i would totally go back to them, i recommend them to anyone, really nice place and everyone was so nice and helpful
