Its OK. The staff is friendly, but the store is a bit unorganized and messy. The floors are covered in stains, and there is an overall sense of unclean throughout.

The prices are good, and the food is a quality brand names. At least what I buy, and theres a lot to choose from. They certainly evolved into a first class store

Love the dollar tree in Wauconda. I always save money shopping there and find a good assortment of items.

Each dollar tree has its own claim to fame. What a great craft selection and best frozen food selection than any have been in. Wish they were able to enfore the mask policy though. Would have felt a little more comfortable

Small store but friendly service

I tried to go to dollar tree in Wauconda today at 7:53 pm and sign said closed at 8pm but the door was already locked. I only needed one thing and i understand they obviously wanted to close early, but it makes me think before shopping there in the future. Not the best customer services or image for the business.

I went to 2-3 other Dollar Tree stores for St.Patricks day stuff and they were all out. I went here and they had plenty to choose from.

Horrible customer service store always a mess.I was recently there picking out some balloons for my mothers birthday. A worker named Sherry asked me how many I needed in a rude irritated way. After realizing I needed more than one balloon filled she was angry. I said i need 10. As I was picking out which ones I wanted I was Rushed and told to hurry up And pick which balloons I wanted loudly so everyone else could hear the whole conversation, because there were other people in line. When I literally couldnt have went any faster. The lady was so rude. When I asked to speak to a manager she said she was the manager which made it even worse. Then when I said how rude she was and how horrible that is to treat a customer that way she instead of apologizing said oh well. That store lost my business for sure.

I dont really to the Dollar Store thing...but stopped in here one day to check it out and get a few things I heard they carried. (Cleaning supplies). I found the store to be clean and laid out pretty good. However I coudnt find something and asked a brand new employee where it was. He couldnt help because he was new. (Im not upset about that because he was very nice and tried). At the checkout however the lady asked if I found everything alright and I told her I wasnt able to find white vinegar. She said hold on, took off running and returned with it. I was amazed at that kind of customer service. The staff here was very nice and accommodating and I will certainly return.

Wauconda has the best Dollar Tree!! The wait isnt too bad, even at Xmas. Staff is kind and helpful and patient. I really like this store, I hope you have a great experience too.

Its a dollar store. But in addition to the regular items you might find they also have a limited amount of food items. Cookies chips soft drinks and candy.

A Nice Place, but their rugs are disgusting! The filthyist Ive ever ever seen! Cant be healthy! BUT THEIR PEOPLE ARE NICE/PROFESSINAL, A PLACE WELL WORTH SHOPPING AT!

This place has gone under different management, and its for the worse. Lots of items are out and boxes In isle. Had to rip one open to get to something I wanted. Its sad.

It is a dollar tree there is nothing great about it and I have no other dollar tree to compare it to. I stopped in to get some candy and a Mt Dew and at only $1 each it was better than stopping at the liquor store next to it.
