Just an update on this we bought the first car from them we bought was a Plymouth Neon had some issues think it was the timing belt because it just stopped on us when we was riding back on do you need to had a car that long we traded it in they let us trade it in and got a van van was okay now that its not working because a lady hit me when I was going home ever waiting for insurance company so hopefully we get a check from out of it I might go back there but then again I might not because the suns like to Warren first vehicle will low payments now this vehicle and paying for then I cant drive no more and Im not going to be paying for it so its going to be going back to them cuz I feel like I shouldnt have to pay for a vehicle that Im not using other than that I was happy with the first transaction but now we go back there till my weenie $1,000 more just to get another vehicle I found one of vehicle light but its under a thousand so you telling me I need to buy that vehicle thats not fair but its alright I know what to do Im going to take care of it if you want to buy a vehicle from them be sure to check it look it over have your mechanic take a look at it I say the vehicles half and half their you know try to get a vehicle with a warranty thats all I can say

Bought a 2010 Chevy traverse, had it 5 months, the engine blew, paid for a new engine by having it refinanced and cash 3 months later it is still not fixed, Bob refuses to give me a curtousy vehicle saying there is nothing he can do. I am a divorced mother with 4 young children with no family in Illinois, paying for a vehicle that doesnt work, Bob is a disgusting thief that takes advantage of women and children, his exact words, theres nothing I can do, I still need to make a profit while my children and I are walking.

My family has worked with them for years, and usually didnt have a problem. Within the last few years they have been terrible. Theyre a friendly group of people but the work ethic is awful. Both my mom and I needed car and they sold us lemons. Paid $7,500 for a car worth $1.2k and when I took it back a few months later because I wanted a different car he said he could only give me $2.5k. ALSO, when I took that car for a test drive there was no brakes and I almost blew a red light because of it. They buy their cars from auctions, and do not put any work into them. Beware, have them fix whatever needed to the car before you buy otherwise youll be paying dearly after you drive off that lot.Very disappointed at how things have changed, and that the only concern is money and not safety.

Idk how many cars I bought from Howard, but every time its been a great deal and great cars. Ive known him 10 years and never lets me down!

If I could give a 0 I would. This people ripped me off. I bought a car from them on Thursday. Yesterday it ended up going to MY mechanic & its going to cost $3800 to fix it. Transmission isnt working, radiator is pouring out antifreeze, transmission fluid is 3 quarts over and a nasty black color, oil is 2 quarts over and also tar black. These idiots KNEW what was wrong with the car & flat out lied to me when asked whats wrong with it. Needless to say Ive contacted the BBB & plain and simple its auto fraud!!!

My cousin has traded cars 3 times with these people because every car they gave her, was junk! First 2 had electrical problems & now this third one has so much wrong with it & i know this because im a mechanic and im working on her car! Dont go here, these people will charm you with their kindness but dont care if you leave with a car thats dangerous! They just want your money! Go else where! These people need to be turned into the BBB!

Bought a $5K Car & as soon as I drove off the parking lot the engine light turn on I contact them they said I had a guarantee for 3 months but they never call me back to fix anything now my mechanic says it’s 2k for a engine my car CAN’T Pass the emission test I am paying for a Car I can’t Drive Disappointed I only drove the car for 3 Months it hasn’t even been a Year since I purchase the car This is sad Because I bought the car to go to work and now I have no transportation I have already put money on the car a new timing belt & sensors almost 2k I will be sending A letter To Springfield So they can look into the car you guy sold me This is Fraud!!!

They sold me a car, said there were no problems with it whatsoever. I am now stuck with over $2,000 in car repairs.
