The whole company is honestly a scam. I wouldn’t even tell the most desperate person who needs a car to go here. If I could give the car back and they offered it for free I would say no. They try to cover up a scam business with “good customer service” once they got your money they stop caring and you pay for a broken car.

My sister got her first car here. It was fine and a week later there was transmission issues, the vehicle didn’t want to turn on, the A/C didn’t want to work. They told us there was a 1 year warranty and then they tell us the contract only says 3 months now. They told us whatever needed to be fixed that they would fix it. Now it’s just excuse after excuse for everything wrong with the vehicle. They get you excited but sell cars that have all these problems and make you pay for all the damages even though they said they cover it.DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!!

It was a good first day I got my car. They give you 5 star service so you buy, but it goes the quality of service goes down after. I went in with nothing, and left with something. HOWEVER, I didnt think I would hear noises (maybe a week or 2) or be needing a new starter not even a month of having my car. On top of needing my brakes done because as the mechanic said theyre defective. They DO NOT communicate with their clients, and they LOVE to leave them waiting. Was told my part would be in one day and could get it fixed that same day. NOPE, have to wait almost a week. And it being the one thing NOT COVERED by my warranty.

Everywhere I went they wanted a large down payment which I didnt have at the moment. So I decided to go to Wheels of Chicago to give it a last try. Long and behold I got approved and get to drive my car home. Edgar and his boss was so kind and professional and help me with everything I needed and asked. Made sure the car was good and drivable. Thank you so much for everything. I would recommend coming here if youre looking for used car.

I went to Wheels of Chicago looking to buy a new car. The salesman I worked, Antonio, with was very informative and helped me find the perfect car that fit all of my needs and was within my budget. I dont have good credit and was not able to buy a car from anyone else but Antonio helped me get approved and I drove my new car home that day! If anyone needs a new car and does not have the credit score dealers require, Wheels of Chicago will make it easy and painless. I would highly recommend this dealership. It seemed like all sales people were helpful and process was easy.

Do not go here. Its a waste of time and energy. I paid more to fix it then I did actually for the truck. throughout the whole time I paid for the truck they pestered me to finance another car. they would not to listen to me when I would express my issues with the car. I wish I could leave zero stars.

I would definitely give this place negative stars. All these company does is scam ppl. I have a friend that purchased a vehicle here and had major problems. My friend took it several times and nothing was ever resolved. All these ppl care about is money. And on top of that they get you into these bogus insurance that does nothing but cause headaches. Chicago acceptance is there finance company and they are just as bad if not worse. I would NOT recommend ppl to purchase a vehicle here. All they have done is cause my friend headaches!!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE PLACE!!!

What am amazing place! I have terrible credit and have been rejected from literally everywhere. I found this place online and decided to take a chance. Not only was I approved in minutes - I bought the exact vehicle I was looking for and the service was outstanding. The car is a lemon. Its battery drains every 2 days or so.

I wish I didn’t have to give this place one star, in the 27 years of me living this has been the worst car experience I’ve ever had, I bought a 2011 sonata they had me paying car notes of this car but didn’t even pay off the trade in value on the vehicle I traded in . I took the car to Car x for a vehicle inspection there was about 600 dollars In work repair on the vehicle that I put down 4000 plus my trade in on . The receptionist was very rude in saying car x lied nothing was wrong with the vehicle, long story short this place is a scam a con and all they want is your money they don’t care that even if a car is used it still in decent condition, I don’t recommend this place to anyone !!!!! If YOUR LOOKING FOR A CAR THIS IS NOT THE PLACE

If you’re in the market for a used car then Wheels of Chicago is the dealership for you. My wife and I were looking to buy a used car and a friend of ours referred us to Allen Levit the GM of Wheels of Chicago. When we got to the dealership and met Allen he was so nice and even greeted us with refreshments! The dealership had a wide variety of used cars in all different sizes and colors all in excellent condition and if you can’t find what you want there they also have 2 other dealerships with even more selection to choose from. Allen was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and literally within 45 minutes my wife and I drove off the lot in a 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport for an amazing price with only $500 down AND it came with a FULL WARRANTY!! Before leaving I told Allen that I needed some service and body work to my other vehicle and he told me to bring it in. A week later I brought it in and 48 hours later he called me and said it was ready to be picked up. Not only was the body work complete exceptionally but they also detailed the car for no additional charge!! Since then I have used Wheels exclusively to buy and service all the cars in my family as their service department and body shop are incredible! So if you are in the market for a used or car or if you just need some service or body work and want amazing customer service I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you go to Wheels of Chicago as they will take amazing care of you for a very affordable price!!

Worst car dealership ever and I can’t express this enough the second you walk threw that door you are getting your self into years of debt there is no point of paying for a car that is not even in your credit report most cars there stop working after a year if your lucky, assistance in this place is horrible they don’t even attend you they just tell you to take a look around and then go talk to them. I had two cars with this dealer And both came of horrible it is also very dirty in waiting room. I also waited 6 hours for them to check my car because it was having issues, they took so long to tell me that they did not know what was wrong with it.I don’t really know about the Chicago location though
