I was looking for a truck for my new to me vehicle. I was directed to Jack-son by a friend and checked them out. First I called to tell them what my budget was and asked if they had anything that was in my price range. Andy was the salesman I talked to over the phone and he said they had a few options. My wife and I drove out to look. They showed me 3 trucks that were in my price range and 1 that was just a little over. Never pressured into making a purchase or pressure to buy something outside of my budget. Its been a month and the truck is running strong, no issues.If you want a good experience buying a vehicle, this is the place for you. Super friendly, no BS, and relaxed environment. Really snotty sales person named Benjamin. Complete disgrace to a company that “prides” themself on customer service. Nothing shows that more than a sales person willing to advertise vehicles for sale for a company, and then call people names or make fun of them.

Customer service was great. Friendly staff. Knowledgeable. No pressure sales or cheesy tactics.When I asked if my mechanic could do an inspection, they encouraged me to do so. Everything was transparent every step of the way.Again, no pressure whatsoever which was very refreshing.

Service is terrible its like they dont want to make sales and are terrubte at getting back to you. would not recommend at alll.

Dont let the looks of this place fool you, the people here are straight forward. Jesse was great to work with, but ultimately we couldnt agree on price. Still, Jesse was great and Ive seen Tahoes in worse shape at large name dealerships. If you know what you are looking for they might just have something for you.

Andrew treated me like a professional and was very approachable while walking me through a multitude of different options within my price range.I ended up purchasing a 2005 Volkswagen Jetta with 80k miles, Ive had the car for several months without any issues. I have bought several cars from this dealer. My first being a 1975 Corvette convertible in 1985. It was a great car which won 1st place in its division at the McCormick place Vette fest in Chicago without doing a thing to it. My most recent purchase was a Toyota Tacoma which is fantastic. Looks and runs great and I was given a great price. Anyone looking to buy a used vehicle needs to look no further then this very responsible, dependable, and courteous dealer. A used car business that has been around for over 50 years has to be doing something right. I couldnt recommend this dealer enough.

Lets be honest they ask for a lot of money down and the cars are mad expensive 2012 Chevy cruise for 10000+. If I could give it less I would horrible place they just want to take ur money save ur self

STAY AWAY!!! Andrew sold me a car 2 months later the transmission went. Now Im a reasonable giy and realize with used cars thinhs happen. However, I took the car to trans shop and they said there is evidence they sealed the leak to cover up repair. In all this will cost 3000 to repair on a car that is worth less than 3KI took it back to them and they wanted nothing to do with me . I now have a car payment and a car I cant drive.STAY AWAY!!!!!!
