This is the first time Ive had a experience with Cricket and Roxanne was the best representative a company could ask for. Her product knowledge was second to none and the free phone I received for signing up on a multiple phone account is a great addition as well. Not the cheapest option I was anticipating. The people there weren’t friendly or knowledgeable at all. They all act like they have attitudes. Out of all the times I visited this store ive only met 2 good people. The other act like they hate their job and feel like its okay to be rude to senior citizens (my grandfather). Unacceptable!

Honestly, I dont know how many times these kids here have tried to scam me and my boyfriend out of money here. They will tell you a fee or reactivation fee of $20 and you really dont till you show them you want a manager. We will be switching at the end of the month.
