It is a pretty safe environment and the staff workers are amazing at what they do. Every time I come in its always a welcoming experience and overall just a great place to be when looking for games or merch.

Place is clean, the clerk was friendly and polite but they dont do repairs, which was what I needed. So Im giving 3 stars

The manager was funny and very helpful and had us laughing through the entire visit. Other staff members were knowledgeable and very helpful when it came to picking out the right games for the age group requested.

Went there to get my son a 2k game but he wanted the code version. The guy knew what I was talking about because I didnt know and was able to get the game for my son birthday.

This GameStop has had many faces come through the door to work through the year, but each one who has worked there in my experience have had excellent customer service.There is always a deal to be had, and the staff is always ready to help with trade-ins and questions.

Like any other game stop, I always receive friendly service and they have pretty decent deals from time to time.

Take it from someone who can compose a comprehendible sentence; this place is great and the staff goes above and beyond.

Great guys I tell you, not had one unsatisfactory purchase yet. I usually go in for a minute but come out an hour later because the communication is awesome.

Very rude customer service, the games never work when bought used unlike other stores, I had purchased a assassins Creed blade from here for my nephew he had one like it and they would not allow me to return it because I threw away the receipt a week ago. They said they could find my purchase on my power points card and it wasnt coming up a long with a super Nintendo NES classic that i had purchased. They wanted me to come back and honestly I will never shop here again. Incredibly rude workers.

Just went in the guy behind the counter didnt seem to know much about the new RDR2, was standing there for 30 seconds at least till he decided to look my way. He said he didnt have the special edition nor did he seem to care about my business when I asked when they would get it in, he just shrugged his shoulders and said idk. I walked in and out in less than a minute, went straight to write this review. Go to Fountain Square if you live in Waukegan!

I went into GameStop to purchase a BRAND NEW PSP. I went in and asked for a PSP they said they had in stock and i said i wish to purchase a BRAND NEW. They told me ok and so i was happy for a second until they offer that i buy a used PSP and i told them no. They were not thinking of backing off and proceeding with my demand and they offered me the used PSP again. I said no once again. So now they come out with this bs that the used PSP had 90 day warranty and the new PSP has 30 warranty. So i said so? They still insisted that i purchase the used PSP. I got so angry that i left without buying the PSP. I went to the local Target and i found the PSP there for a more reasonable price and with the 90 day warranty. Those wackos at GameStop should shove that PSP up their behind and stop trying to rip people off.

We called in yesterday to hold the Switch ring which was sold out near us and the sales agreed and put our name and number down, but today before we went to the store we called in again they said it was sold out, 5 of them directly from the warehouse or whatever nonsense, bad experience would not go to this location
