The majority of Starbucks stores provides the customer with a relaxing state experience. This store that I visited today comes at no surprise but elegance. Baristas presented themselves as professional individuals with years of experience. Then again I expect no less from a multi billion dollar company.If are stationed in the NAVSTA area and looking for a quick pick me up, this is the place to go. From NAVSTA is about a 5 min drive (depending how fast you drive).I got a matcha green tea Frappuccino, it didn’t taste right at first, so they remade it for me no questions asked.

We saw the long drive thru line and decided to dine-in..our order was quickly ready..!!

Service is excellent. Coffee and sandwiches are really good.

Asked for an apple crisp machiatto & got nothing but regular caramel in it. $8 down the drain.

I ordered grande brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso. I get that drink everyday so know how does it look/taste like. first I got cup of milk with hardly any coffee in it. I asked to remake it and I got espresso w cows milk, no brown sugar, no oatmilk, no shake, basically iced espresso w milk over. Didnt have time to return it again and had to throw half of it again as cows milk upset my stomach.

I always use the drive thru at this location. They have friendly staff and fast service.

Quite possibly the best Starbucks in Chicagoland.

I waited a long time. I ordered inside. My order was placed in the mobile order section. I didnt want to be a Karen & so I waited patiently until I saw some associates who were not doing anything anymore so I asked. They eventually figured it out. That was pretty disappointing. The only reason you got another star is that the cashier who took my order was personable.

Brigid and Lewis are amazing people! I absolutely love this location and make it a point to come to this particular Starbucks every time I am in Waukegan!! I love these guys!!!

I like my drinks rather specific and this team had gone above and beyond to make it right and teach me a thing or two of how to order -which seems rather challenging on its own, more so when your specific Like myself. Will definitely return and recommend!

I love coming to this Starbucks because they have the BEST morning crew (Teddy, Bridgette)!! I drive from Wisconsin to Illinois to work and I have NEVER had to wait in long lines at this Starbuck, my order is ALWAYS CORRECT and everyone is so nice 😁 Great Job 👍

I went through the drive thru and ordered a hot chocolate and it was just a venti filled with milk. very confused and disappointed in a $5 cup of buttermilk that doesn’t even taste right.

Great services when the young lady or guy are there at the DT otherwise they will mess up your order.

All the Starbucks Ive been to have been the same. Drinks are great, but expensive. There was one outstanding thing though! This was the first of many Starbucks Ive been to where the coffee was the perfect temperature: hot, but not so hot you couldnt drink it.

Best Starbucks Ive been to so far. Fast and accurate service. Which we dont get much of now. My favorite go to store. Even travel outta my way to get their great service. Highly recommend this spot.

It is usually hit or miss with this Starbucks. Never consistent and often messes up orders or rings in something incorrect. I do have to say when they are on their game they do have quality drinks, sadly its not most of the time. The majority of the time the wait times are over 10 minutes so very slow performance getting product out. Ive been visiting this Starbucks for over 2 years.

First time to this location. I ordered a venti pumpkin latte, opted out to get receipt. The barista hands me a grande, i said i ordered a venti. Instead of offering to swap it out, he continues to prove the point that i was charged for a grande. Obviously, but thats not what I ordered. I verified the cost to match with the charge on the app, and yes they charged a grande. I walked out annoyed, iust swap it out!! I would of paid the difference. The lady who rang me up made a mistake not me. Handled poorly, I will not be returning to Starbucls for a while.

Quick friendly might not always get the order completely right but service makes up for that

I went through drive thru and got a vanilla bean grande to split with my two kids and an employee who I was told that happened to be one of the managers refused to split it for me and had the nerve to say you dont give Frappuccino to kids thats how bad of service places are giving. 🤨 Who is she to say what I can give my kids or not! Tf!

Didnt have my sandwich I ordered, then even tho I reminded them birthday reward, they charged it to my account.

Sorry but this place is the slowest service of any Starbucks around. Im not sure but the management needs to train the people and support their staff. I avoid this location and drive out of my way to go to Libertyville Starbucks.

Asked for a Mocha Frappuccino...they gave me A Peppermint Mocha Frappuccino....dissatisfaction total, I ended up disappointed. Not sure if Im going back there again.

We ordered ahead through the app. They have their doors locked, not letting people in. So we had to wait in a long drive-thru line to pick up our order. Which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead!!! 😑

If you do not have 25 mins to sit in the drive thru you should avoid this location. Consistently takes 20mins to get through the drive thru no matter what time of day. 😞

Everybody is very, very nice and personable. The only issue is that if you do not arrive by 7:20ish, the drive thru line is very long and takes awhile to get through.

Well I asked for a chestnut praline latte venti and they gave me a regular I also asked for a piece of lemon bread and they didnt give me that at all I had to ask again and soon as he saw it was a regular Im sorry and shuts the window. Booooooo!

On my way home I decided to get coffee. This guy named Jon who worked at Starbucks made my day! His enthusiasm and amazing customer service just some how made me look at everything more positively! Who knew what a nice sweet voice and attitude could change my entire day. Ty!!!

The service was very friendly, very good . My iced smoked butterscotch was good, my smoked butterscotch latte not so much,couldnt taste the butterscotch at all.

One of the best Starbucks I have been to. I travel across the country and visit many Starbucks. I have been coming to this location for over a year now. The staff is good at remembering your drink order and your name on return visits. They are always friendly and efficient. Dont understand why others have left bad reviews.

This is a busy Starbucks.

The service here is hit or miss. Theres maybe 2 nice baristas. A tall white male with blondish hair and a female dark hair with really pretty makeup. Everyone else is rude and kinda stuck up. I try not to go here much anymore even though its near by! The one on Grand AVE is 10x nicer and wont lie to you or get mad at you for customizing your drink or PAYING for extra stuff in your drink.

Its a Starbucks. The only notable thing here is that its a bit exciting trying to make a left turn to leave because the shape of the parking lot at the Potbellys next door completely blocks your view, so its a leap of faith hoping that no traffic is coming from that direction.

I was sitting in my car at the drive through, an employee looked towards me and smiled. This person didnt look miserable even though was working on July 4th. Excellent. You guys understand what extra caramel means!! Sugar high with my caffeine rush, Im so happy right now lol. But really, thanks for not throwing my order through the window like other coffee places.

I actually disagree with everyone who says the service sucks. Ive had nothing but awesome service by these girls. They are super friendly and always get my drink order right (i get a pretty complex drink). Theres even been a few times that theyve given me my drink for free!

Went through drive thru and for once drinks were correct and great. We had a miscommunication at the ordering speaker when we said kid temp they thought we said ketchup 😅 no harm done, but funny interaction. Window barista was nice

During my last visit, I was waiting in the drive thru for a couple of mins because their machine was having issues. After fixing it, they gave my drinks on the house. Great customer service is hard to find nowadays. I appreciate that.

Love the barristas that work here. They take time to get to know their customers and make really great drinks. The atmosphere is welcoming and you feel like family when youre here.

This Starbucks is better staffed than the one near Great America. They are helpful and take the time to make sure your drink is accurate.

Seats ten to twelve around the edges. Two larger tables in the center have bar height chairs as does a nook at the south end of the bar. This has caused difficulty for me, as some of my older and handicapped friends cant get up into the higher stools. The music is also kind of loud for conversation. However, if youre not in a group hanging out its a good spot for studying or hiding from the world for a bit!

I usually stop here on my way to work to pick up a dark roast coffee and sausage and egg sandwich. This Starbucks location never disappoints.
