On November 18, 2017, I went into the gas station (the Shell gas station on York House and Delaney) to exchange a tobacco product that my wife had purchased two weeks prior. One of the store employees sold my wife the wrong product that she asked for, though it was a simple mistake, and I had the receipt to show for it. I had come in for about two weeks prior intermittently to see if they would finally get my product in, however, they never did despite the same employee saying that he was asked the manager to order it. I asked to be refunded the money, however, the employee (Antonio) was very rude and refused to do so. I told him that I have been a regular customer there for over a year and that if he could not make this right, that I would never use that gas station again for anything. He told me that he didnt really care. I told him forget you and started walking away. He proceeded to say f*** you, f*** yourself and your money. I honestly cant believe that any store owner would actually have employees on the payroll that would treat customers this way. I for one will never be going there ever again, and that isnt the first time that customer service has been less desirable; last week I went there to put air in my tires. The machine sounded like it was working, however, no air was actually coming out. I went in to let them know and the same guy said, well, it was working earlier.

Easy place to fill your car friendly people to do business with.

This store never puts prices up on their merchandise. You only find put about its high price once you get up to the checkout counter. There other gas stations like this in our region. Its very poor customer service. I would have paid three times as much for my items if I went along with the purchase, but I decided to just leave and save my money.

Easy accessable and has plenty of things inside for purchase.

The atm in the front doesnt work

Once in a while theyll only have premium gas but its usually an OK place.

For the price the car wash does an ok job
