Shame this location is having a hard time with the COVID vaccinations and getting hit hard in some reviews there, but I think its just limited availability and regulatory procedure that has their hands tied a bit in that regard.Outside of that aspect, this location is rather good in all the other usual things they do. Helpful staff. Well kept. Very good in offering savings if available. Selection could be a bit better but they do well for the size of the store. (Rating in regards to normal operation, above average but they dont always have everything.) Some wait time for the pharmacy, but its often busy vs. the number of people they have working. And the guy that I think is the owner/operator is very helpful and attentive as well. (If so, very hands-on on how the place is run. Does anything hed expect of the employees in the front.) Dont forget to give him a heads up on anything, and perhaps a word of thanks for all he does.

DO NOT come here to get your COVID-19 vaccine they take forever. Just to check-in they took their sweet a** time exactly 28 minutes NOT counting the time waiting in line. I brought all the paperwork already filled out so I won’t be waiting. After that I had to wait 16 minutes for someone to come a give me the vaccine.

Im having problems with the pharmacy. They will have a prescription for a week and not get it fully filled. The partial fill that I refused was accidentally picked up by my husband on 11/11/20. The partial fill was dated 11/6/2020. It was 30 of 90 tablets. It cost 100.20. That was not in proportion to only getting one third of it. I never know if they really ordered the rest. I have to keep getting after them to finish filling a prescription. I will be reporting this to the corporate Walgreens if I dont get it by 11/16. This happens over and over with items that arent in stock.I will call them tomorrow to try to make them order the rest. If they cant, then I want a refund of what is in excess of the 30 pills.Update: I had to call and ask a pharmacist to finish filling it. They actually had the rest of it yesterday, but were too busy to deal with it. I had to ask for someone to finish filling it. It may have stayed unfinished for days. This Walgreens has too many pharmacy customers.

Don’t come here to get you COVID shot, we had our appointment at 10:05 am and they take forever just to get us a shot . We waited 2 hours !!!!

The worst Walgreens ever if I could them no stars thats what will be!! Every time I go to this pharmacy either pharmacist is not there so they have to close early or the wait time is a least 30min to get your Rx. Then they have the nerve to call you if it is past 3 day and they are ready for you to pick up. They see how busy it is have about 5 people in the back and they all are filling prescriptions. Hold on the last handle your customers and then go back to what you was doing. I mean I will have to take off work just to get my prescription.

I think I will love to go there to shop there and walk around with my family

Pharmacy area has this young womans with nasty attitudes dont even know how to say good morning or afternoon. Nor say thanks you. Need to get training with attitude.

I dont shop here too often, but I do get my photos sent here from time to time. They do a really great job! They have great customer service at the photo service, and I greatly appreciate that! Thank you!

Clean and well stocked. Friendly and helpful pharmacy staff and cashiers.

The manager is very nice and professional. The pharmacy is a disaster.

Their pharmacy service was horrible. They would change my mothers prescription without the doctors authority and pharmacy charge her copay even though she had no copay through her insurance including a long wait for service. Very stressful pharmacy service if you would like to be stressed out trying to receive your medication this is the location for you.

🤠🤗✔️Cant complain about this Walgreens on Lewis and sunset. The managers are always friendly, and Josh Jackson 👍who works in the pharmacy always recognizes us when we come in and has a big smile and amazing work ethic.🤗

Their Photo Dept is not organized at all. Place an order last night and received the confirmation email Last night as well my order was ready to pick up this morning at 7:30am. Well, my order was not ready.

I hate the fact that they never answer the Pharmacy Department. When I have a question I call and I stay in the line for 10 15 min and its a hassle and theyre always in a bad mood.
