I want to call out the professional treatment that I received from Bonnie who provided the estimate for my home. His focus on efficiency and his appreciation for my time was recognized during the home visit as the process was swift. The estimate also came out at a very competitive rate. Quite frankly, the only reason why I did not use the services for impact windows was that my good friend also owns a company that provides that service and he came out at a better rate. This company is highly recommended and I would use them again.

Cant say enough good things about my experience with Pinnacle Windows and Doors. All I needed was the glass in a broken window replaced. They responded to this small job as if it was truly important. The technician was prompt, professional and reasonably priced. The work was done fast, and the area was cleaned up well. Simple, inexpensive, and quick. I loved the kit he has that showed how much heat comes through windows. He was so great with my kids and dog. We decided to wait a bit on moving forward with anything and he was so patient and nice about it. He never made me feel uncomfortable or pressured.
