I sought out for quote to replace shower door & frame from three vendors. Most important factor in deciding to work with them was the time the estimator spent on carefully measuring how the glass should be cut. He showed me that top of glass needed to be bit wider than bottom. No other vendor took such consideration. The crew that came to install was professional and courteous. Finally, the price of glass and installation was very reasonable. Hire the local and stay away from big vendors on FB or advertising flyers. Very satisfied with the outcome.

I contacted the glass guru to replaced a broken bay window pane. They did a great job replacing the pane. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because they seemed to be lacking in the area of communication. They informed me there had been some office turnover which contributed to the sparse communications. Regardless I’d definitely recommend them.

I hired The Glass Guru to build me a custom shower glass enclosure. They did a great job. From the free estimate, ordering, and installation everything was perfect. Tom was very professional. Price was the best out of the three estimates I got. I would highly recommend them.

Easy to schedule, great customer service and exceptional work!

They replaced the glass, and chipped, splintered and scratched every single inside pane and even a few sills. In addition the outside metal panes keep popping out about 1-2”. They didn’t clean up after themselves, or even clean the new glass. When I complained, the answer from Tom was that the contract says to expect some wear... i repeat every window is damaged! They consider this acceptable. Poor service. In addition to problems on the inside, the outside emoluments are all popping off.I hung up on Tom because he was inconsiderate and demeaning, and told my husband to deal with him. Even his response shows his demeaning attitude!
