Horrible service and they are lacking in consent!!!! They put me on autopay and didnt even notify me!!!!! Also the price went up from 74 to 89 dollars with no justification!!!!! I would give zero stars if I could !!!!!

I went in to get information about their storage units and the office staff was very helpful. I was greeted by Debbie and I have to say she made it so easy. She was prompt in showing unit and very knowledgeable of unit rentals and locks and agreements. She was very courteous, professional, and helpful. I recommend asking for her if youre looking for a storage unit to rent.

Knowledgeable staff. Easy to work with for contract sign in and out. Very helpful. Units are clean and no signs of pests anywhere.

Nice size storage for a cheap price

We got there a little late because of incorrect directions through gps but they didnt give us a hard time about it. I was in and out of the office with my storage until in about 15 minutes! They staff is friendly and understanding!!

All of my question were answered, and at the lot the attendant was very helpful

Overall satisfied with my interaction with this place minus the fact that I’ve been in here too long. Got a very thorough understanding from Ms. Greene upon starting my contract. I also have been in contact with Ms. Thomas she went above and beyond on a rainy day and also through her break to make sure my payment information was correct so I wouldn’t run into any discrepancies later on. Thanks ladies.

Debbie was super helpful and walked me through the whole process. She made sure I knew all the relevant details and that I would be prepared to enter the facility after setting everything up remotely.

I was stressed out about closing on a house that was cancelled and having to store all my stuff last minute. I came into CubeSmart and explained my situation to Debbie Thomas. She was so understanding and offered different solutions, and even told me about the truck they provide with storage. She took SO MUCH pressure off at me and gave me hope that I could get all my moving finished by the weekend. She smiled and was kind and really changed a very negative situation for me into a positive. Great Job Debs!!

Marisol (Manager) and her team absolutely the BEST!!!! She goes out of her way to make sure she provides friendly and prompt courteous service. They give you the best prices in town and any service problems that you have they fix them right away. Even after hours she comes in to make sure that she resolves any issues. This is the best location in because of Marisol staff.

I loved the customer service. Rachel and Dave were very helpful. I walked in looking for a different storage place. They gave me directions,but were so helpful that when I left,I was compelled to see what they offered. It worked out for me because they had a better deal. Great job!!!!

I needed a storage space for my moms household items. We were assisted by Rachel. She was very pleasant to work with and made us feel appreciated as customers. The space is clean and more than meets out needs and the ground appear to be well taken care of.

The local management has very poor attitude and a VERY negative relationship with the customers AND any potential customer ...It seems like they seem to think that the customers owe them something or that they have what the customers need and that if you are a potential customer or and existing cube smart renter that you will have to kiss their A__ to get real complete and accurate description of the types of units available and their cost and services to you s one of their actual or potential customers ... The customer MUST know the types of information that they need and the cost to expect and to get in order to make simple decisions about their cubes and services ...

I came in to rent an additional storage unit. The staff was very professional. They were able to get a unit near my original unit. They showed it to me and then completed the paperwork. It was fast and easy. No hitches, no wasted time.

Not pleased. The quote you get online that seems too good to be true, is. Once they call you, youll learn that you have to have insurance, and if you dont then they provide it at an additional cost, they can jack up the rent at any time and for any reason, and the hours in which you can get access to your stuff is very limited. We originally went with this company because of the web deal-a % off and first month free, but we ended up paying about 58.00 to move in on the smaller unit they have and then another 58 a month. We can find much less with better access so well be leaving before our first month is up. BTW our next payment isnt due until the 28th but we have already received a bill on the 7th, and if you are 3 days late they put your stuff up for auction. Too hard-core for me. Dont intend on being late but I prefer companies that will work with you rather than see you lose your possessions. That makes you feel ghetto like youre gonna get a repo if you miss one payment kind of a place. No thanks.

Went to several of storage places and werent happy. Received a call from the office manager and then made an appointment that same day. They were extremely nice and helpful and got my the right size storage I needed to make my move a success

The general manager was a great help. Rachel did everything to find the storage space that I was looking for. I would recommend this facility because its clean and safe.

This CubeSmart is located o Green Bay Rd, next to Autozone. The space is large and clean, but what impressed me was the staff. Rachel, the person who attended me, was simply great. She made the whole process better. Thank you for your excellent service!

Super Easy Process, Great Service and so much more!!! We were able to make our reservation online after business hours, Rachel called us with a great attitude first thing in the morning to confirm and clarify our reservation. Our moving company was being a pain in our ass and Rachel made things go so much smoother, she arranged a storage unit for us that would fit an 18 wheeler right down the middle and gave us half off our first month and worked so hard for us. Within an hour of them opening our storage unit was ready to go and everything taken care of!!! Rachel is amazing!!!! Totally worth every bit of it!!! We will always use this company from now on because of the great service we recieved!!!

Good place to store your stuff, people are friendly at the front office. I like this way because you can drive right up to you storage location.

Actually it started 7 yrs ago at this very store with your incredible manager Marshena! I was moving then too, I had fallen, it was raining and cannot remember what happened to the boxes I had, but they somehow got ruined and I was at the end of my rope. Marshena noticed this this and asked Can I do anything to help you? Well, lol the flood gates opened I told her what happened, and about the boxes I needed but they got ruined, but I needed them so desperately and she hugged me, and said Dont worry Carol we will fix you up and well get you your boxes! As I also now didnt have any money, I guess the Lord sent me there to find dear, sweet, wonderful MARSHENA!!! She GAVE me many (all I needed was the tiniest boxes you had) and she GAVE them to me (after we had talked, she gave me a seat, made sure I was calmed down) I left that day with the thought there ARE still good people in this world THEN on March 13th, 7 years later I needed a storage unit NOW, I walked in and saw that beautiful kind face, and went OMG, I know YOU I started telling that story about 7 years ago, and we hugged and she said I cant believe you remember me and I said Marshena I NEVER forget a kindness we talked like 2 old friends, I rented my storage unit then and there, and a week later I went back for boxes (which, LOL I paid for) Want EVERYONE to know that if you need storage or supplies? Go to Cube Smart, (it wasnt Cube Smart 7 years ago) Whatever the name, deal directly with Marshena and youll NEVER go wrong!!! I believe its at 665 S Greenbay Road,Waukegan IL. Prices are great, and the people especially (MARSHENA) will keep you coming back whether its storage and or supplies! Nobody paid me to write all this,LOL for this story is the Gods honest truth!
