I had a great experience with Penske in Waukegan. It was the end of the month, and I had been messed over by other rental truck companies and needed a truck immediately. Penske was able to get me the truck I needed and even discount some of the added cost in order to make it work for me. Jack at the Waukegan location was a huge help and I will definitely use them in the future when needed.

Rental Agreement # 49443702 Trouble starting truck afternoon of after pickup on 2/14/2015. Continued to load for evening departure. Truck no start. Next AM 2/15/2015, truck still no start. Called Washington St. location and were told to call Roadside assistance. Hold time started at 36 minutes and counting. Still waiting. Need more reliable trucks. May not be able to make it to FL unload and catch return flight back to IL OHare on Wednesday 2/18/2015. Still waiting for Roadside Assistance.

May 17, 2017. Fast, and efficient. A little tight in the yard, but they allowed me to transfer my load in the yard. I was able to get in and out with my 53 trailer.
