MARY FROM FEDEX WAS AWESOME!!! I had traveled from Massachusetts to Wisconsin with no phone while having my phone overnighted through FedEx to Wisconsin. While it said theyd attempted the delivery a few times, I went to the ship center in person and asked when the pick up time was. Even though I couldnt be there in time, Mary took my car info down and let me know when shed be there until so I was able to come and get it. I was so happy, its so hard traveling without a phone! Thank you Mary!!!!

The lady that helped me was efficient, clearly and calmly explained that I needed to complete certain forms to get a letter delivered superfast. It worked and actually arrived earlier than promised across country.

So on Saturday i look at my door and see a sorry we missed you your package requires a signature tag. I was home all day and sitting in kitchen heard no doorbell or knock, I live in a small studio so I would have heard. The tag said Will deliver Monday before 10 am. Here it is Monday and the tracker keeps changing from by 10, then by 10:30 now it says end of day. But when I tracked it recently says at Waukegan facility? So I call and needless to say that was a useless experience. My question is....why is there not one person at Waukegan facility you can contact to verify package is physically there????? If I leave to go pick it up and it shows up at house I will miss it? Fed ex used to be so well ran, what happened?Ok so heres 3;26 update i get a email saying it will be delivered by noon today?????? so one says its at their local facility one say going to be delivered 3 hours agao???? theses folks need customer service badly

Drivers keep the overnight packages for days in their vehicles without delivering.Ive updated the mall hours to the delivery driver as well as updated with their management but still drivers come in the mall before even the mall opens (through the employee entrance) and mark the packages as delivery attempted and business closed.FYI: this review has been posted after confirming the package arrived at this location and driver picked it up has it in their vehicle for 3days now. (Overnight package by the way)Im still seeing their drivers (Joaquina-driver) still in the mall before even the mall opens.

BAD services. The driver left a tag stating they made an attempt for delivery. They didn’t ring the bell, knock or call like it was posted on the building window. I was home the entire time. Now they said I can pick it up in Waukegan while it should be somewhere in Kenosha closer to where it was suppose to be delivered.

I ordered a package that I was actively tracking and I was told by the company I ordered from that it would require a signature so I waited home all day and the tracking info said it was out for delivery from this location however it never came and nobody ever came to my door. This morning I look on the tracking page and it states my package was delivered to my door without a signature at 1:45 yesterday! FedEx never showed up and worse they claimed to have delivered my package but never did! That package was over 200 dollars and I am furious! Never in my life have I witnessed something like this. It requires a signature my husband works for FEDEX this is unacceptable

The center was fabulous but if the driver had called cell phone as we posted, hed have delivered the letter the 1st try. We were home, our buzzer doesnt work.

The FedEx Shipping Facility is located back in an industrial park, about a mile from Fountain Square in Waukegan, IL. There is no public transportation in that direction. It is to the north of Walmart back in a winding road...just follow the FedEx vehicles as they wind around that road.FedEx is well marked with a large neon sign, on the left.

I am a delivery driver. I am supposed drop off an item in a special container with a prepaid label on it. Well, today neither I had the container, nor the label. My dispatcher e-mailed me a copy of the label. Then the lady at the counter found the special container for me and printed the label. She went above and beyond without a word of complaint. Excellent customer service, highly recommended! Thank you!

If you live in an apartment or condo, forget about receiving your packages in a timely fashion. Its like the driver suddenly loses the capability to read addresses or ring doorbell. I have had SEVERAL issues with deliveries from this company otherwise I would not have given them a poor review but it is a recurring problem!

My husband went to go pick up his phone, but couldn’t because it was under my maiden name. He brought in our marriage license to even prove it, we got married a couple weeks ago, so haven’t had time to change it yet, it’s not even my phone. They were extremely rude and had no idea what they were doing. Was on hold with head Fedx and said that it shouldn’t be a problem giving him his phone!

I was hired on the spot picked my schedule and was told I will receive the paper work through email. After me reaching out through email for days they emailed me saying they choose to hire somebody else. I was decriminalize against. Because the way I look o came in with nails lashes and I believe I was to girl for them SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Don’t judge a person by the outside I’m a mother of 4 and work hard! In every job I do

Package was brought back to facility. Called their office to verify I could pick it up. Spoke to a manager who said only door tag was needed. I get to the location and cant pick up packages cause apparently they also need a business card to release the package. Had me call their office once again and they had me on call for over 30 min trying to figure this out. FedEx isnt a small company and they should definitely have their personal better trained. As well as have manager on location to help with similar situations.

I always have to pick up my packages from here. The last three times I have gotten something shipped to my house, I have been home but the delivery person just leaves a letter on my door saying that they couldnt contact me. Last time I was purposely sitting 5 feet away from the door, the delivery driver didnt even knock.

If I could give ZERO STARS I would. I live in a condo and ALWAYS have to go pick up my package! I thought FedEx was a DELIVERY SERVICE! The driver never even attempts to ring the bell. This time they didnt even leave a door tag. The only reason I saw they tried to deliver was when I tracked the package. SO FRUSTRATING! I always use UPS if it is an option.***Follow Up. The manager of the facility did reach out to me and apologized. She said that she spoke with the driver and hopefully it would not be an issue in the future.

My orders are always lost, there is no point in tracking them plus the expected time of delivery always goes over by 2 days even if it was a first class shipped item.

Quick service, picked up a package with my daughter asleep in my arms. Staff was more than willing to help me with my package to my car.

Walked in to this location today ran into this guy named HAMID seems to be from India who works behind the counter in customer service is no help whatsoever hes rude along with the other short girl who supposedly is the help. I walked in just looking for an answer as where I can locate my package and all he said was call 1 800 number which i already had did but was having problems and it would hang up on me so thats why I asked this knucklehead for help but he got mad and said this is not FedEx Ground. I said ok Im just looking to pick up my three boxes thats all he just kept saying call 1 800 number for help what kind of help is that thats why I went there because over the phone I was having difficulties. Then as I waited for 15 minutes another customer walked in behind me and his help the short girl help him instead of me after I waited for 15 minutes.Then I asked him for his name and he got mad again you could see the red and his eyes all this because I wanted to know where my boxes were avoid Federal Express and this location and theyre too expensive anyways if youre going to send anything its better off going to the post office.I was just going for help but what I got in the end is that he showed me the door and went into the back and didnt want to come out to help anymore and I can hear his assistant laughing in the back great work Federal Express nice employees you got there!!

Well I needed a part I ordered for my truck and I went there to pick it up because it wasnt out for delivery till the next day and I needed it badly due to the fact I was without my vehicle and they wouldnt take the time to find it for me causing me to go without my vehicle another whole day, not happy with the service the lady gave me at all, only excuses why she couldnt get my package from the shipping container.

This is a full service Fed Ex Ship Center attached to a Fed Ex regional distribution center. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

This place is a little hard to find, its at the end of a road that has many factories but the service is very good here.
