I enjoy coming to this target. I would originally go to the one by the Brewers Stadium because I live a little closer to that one. I dont mind taking the ride out to Waukesha. If I am going to Target I am planning to spend some $$$, so its worth it. The staff here are always so nice and friendly. I like the fact that the store is actually clean and items are where they belong. I really, really, really like that not everything is in a protected case or has an alarm on it.

Excellent customer service always and even better today. I accidentally created a pick-up order at two different Targets, found out when I went to pick it up. Customer service personnel checked to see if all items were in stock there and then helped me to access my Red Card from the Target App. Cannot say enough good things about Target South and their workers.

Val is such a nice person! She ran around the whole store looking for the right size for me! When the store was out she offered to call the other stores. Honestly she needs a raise, she’s very nice!

This is a larger Target that has a ton of great ideas. I love shopping there and the store is clean and employees are helpful and nice.

I was told that they had a specific wagon/stroller there. She said they had 1 left and she put it on hold for me. I got there and it was not what I wanted. They were out of it and I needed it by this weekend. So much for getting it. If I were to order it the item would not get here till after the date I need it. I gave her all the info needed and the item is on the your website and she still got it wrong. I am not happy. It was a bit of a drive for me as well.

I love that they have a pizza hut cafe and starbucks inside. Its also a clean store and has a lot in stock.

Ordered online multiple times recently and orders were all ready within the 2 hours noted when ordered. One of my pick up orders, I received the wrong lid for a tote. I had to place another order so I selected pick up instead so I could get the correct lid. Erin at the guest service desk was great and allowed me to move to the side while someone went to get the proper lid so she could continue helping other guests.

I was very impressed with the check out clerk she was super helpful very perfessional and so patient with me she took her time showing me step by step how to get the circle target app so I could use it with my purchase, all and all I was so grateful for her help saved $5.50.

To checkout a few things Shop at Target great prices, and a great place to shop. Also great friendly customer service.

This is the best target in Wisconsin. I have been to many other locations and never have I received this level of great customer service, proper bagging of my items. Front end employees have made me feel welcome and respected as a customer. Will be back!

My girlfriend and I had just moved into our apartment and were exhausted. The next dayOh we realized that one of our TVs had cracked during the move. We were not happy campers. So we made our way to Target. The gentleman that helped us was JP. JP was amazing. He was knowledgeable and he was sociable. He was empathetic and saw that we had a rough day. JP set aside everything he was doing to help us look at TVs. JP showed us all of our options and he was honorable. That guy deserves a raise. Thank you, JP!

I have been utilizing the pick up services quite often. Items are typically in stock and when I arrive I havent waited more than a minute or two before an employee comes out with my order. They have ALL been friendly, kind and willing to chat for a minute or two. This store is running very well. They are doing their best during these hard times and I am surprised how clean they have kept the store and the check out areas. The staff has been helpful on many occasions and I definitely will keep shopping this location.

Stopped at Starbucks tonight after shopping around 7pm and it was SO DIRTY, I questioned if I should have even ordered a drink. I asked the person working why they were alone and they told me that cdc guidelines only allow one person taking orders and making drinks, honestly what a disappointment I waited for my drink for about 15 minutes this is unacceptable and I feel bad for the people working that have to deal with this. No customer should have to wait for this long either. I wont be back to this location.

Best Customer Service experience I have had in a long long time. To make a long story short I was in search of a Christmas gift that was said to be instock at this location, so I ordered it online but it was for pick-up only. So I drove from Milwaukee to Waukesha South to pick-up the item. When I arrived my order wasnt ready... so I walked around the store for about 45 mins. Next thing you know I get a email saying that my item is no longer in stock. (The One thing I came for) So I was a bit heated to say the least I went up to Customer service ready to let them have it! But then I was greeted by the same girl that looked up my order when I first arrived. I explained everything to her and she tried to look into the situation. And the Item I was in search of was filled to other customers orders. Kayla who was helping me... did not give up! She called Every store that said that they had this item in-stock. Finally the fourth location she tried had it and held it for me. (Yay!!!) I was So Thankful to Kayla it brought me to Tears... 💕🥰💖🥺💕 Kayla didnt know but I was out doing shopping for my grandmother who is (89 years old) so it wasnt just helping me it was helping her as well. To keep her safe at home and getting all her holiday shopping done! So again, I Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Easy simple and accurate

The most awful customer service I’ve ever experienced and they didn’t seem to care. Won’t return to Waukesha sunset drive store again. Have been a long-standing customer but stopped.

Why does this location no matter what time of day or night only have ONE cash register/ check out lane open. Seriously, it’s a little ridiculous when multiple other employees are always standing right by the self check out just talking or doing things like filling hand santizer bottles.

I like the store I go to. Its clean and organized. The employees take good care of me. Also my brother works there so I know how hard everyone works to take care of the store and the people.

Service was great! I was actually returning something that I didnt purchase the extended warranty for. I bought it for my son for Christmas and he was super bummed about it freezing up. I felt so bad and knew I was going to be purchasing a new one which wasnt cheap. But when I looked at the website I saw that Red Card members have an extra 30 days which then gave me the chance to return it. I chatted on the website to see if I could return the item without the box and was informed I could. I was so excited and so thankful I shop at Target!!!! I exchanged the next day and purchased the warranty this time! I love Target!

Drive-up pickup works great, and only needs 4 hours to get your order ready. Entire store inventory seems to be available for online ordering.

Recently I decided to grab lunch from The Cafe which is located inside of this Target store. I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich with fries. The older lady behind the counter was extremely nice and her customer service skills are amazing. I then decided to eat my lunch in the car but when I bit into my sandwich it was extremely cold in the center but cooked all the way around the rest of the sandwich. I didn’t want to waste any more time on my lunch break so I just kept the sandwich and ate around the cold center. The fries are amazing and you should definitely try them but I don’t think I’ll order the grilled cheese sandwich again...

A huge amount of customers not wearing masks, also with masks half off their faces. Not practicing social distancing at all....I don’t know what Target can do about it but with rising Covid numbers so high this should be unacceptable.

This morning I couldn’t find my keys and remembered that yesterday I had a pick-up order at this Target. I called and after waiting for a while talked to someone in Guest Services. Someone had turned in my keys and they were at the Guest Services desk! I was SOOO happy! My husband drove me over there immediately and they gave them to me, and everyone was so nice! It was so fast and easy, I needed items but didnt want to take my 3 girls in the store. From click I was at the store to when the employee came out was less than 2 min and the employee was so nice. I will definately be doing this again

The Store Associate John was phenomenal. He was professional and very helpful. An Item was placed in the wrong area and we were pretty upset about the mistake and he made everything acceptable with his response and calm demeanor.

Target is a great place to go if you want your kids asking for something every 4 inches. But other than that, it’s amazing.

The price of my favorite cereal Quaker squares was super great. However, I could not find any Minute Maid lemonade in cans.

Easy during a time of need

Every time I come to this Target, there is a friendly worker already walking out the door with my order. Its impressive! I use carside pickup because its such a hassle to run in with two toddlers and I couldnt be more grateful!

My husband & myself we love Target for the variety of items in your stores. We purchased a big counter top oven because our oven broke and I am lost without being able to bake muffins, cookies and roast my veggies. Target is our favorite store to buy household items as well as organic sheets.

I drove in to your pickup lane and called into customer service (first time user, no app) and a lady asked me if my order was with a different Target. I said no. She was very LOUD and insisted I check my notes and see if it was a different store. I looked and it was YOUR STORE. She came out and yelled at me (well, to be completely descriptive, she was EXTREMELY LOUD telling me she didnt have my order, and I should look elsewhere. I showed her my phone and she turned around, got my order and then when I asked how this process works, (and asked her not to TALK SO LOUD) she said (because she came out with a vest on and it was freezing) Do you mind coming in the store? I did have a pickup and not a drive through order, and Oops! Forgive me, but DO NOT COME OUT AND YELL at me like Im your 5 year old child. I will not come back, but will go out of a my way to Delafield store.

Well run target. Always clean and rarely packed. Good parking, and is located in a shopping center that has many other stores so a trip there could easily be combined with other stops.

My cousin was looking for nacho cheese powder, and they didnt have it! She needs nacho cheese powder to live! They had regular nacho cheese but melted, who likes melted nacho cheese anyway? Next I come there with my cousin they better have nacho cheese powder.

The Starbucks here is normally out of something, every time I go there is something missing. Whether it be venti cups, out of the special flavor for the month, soy milk, or some sandwiches. I feel like this Starbucks doesnt get the inventory management it deserves.Other than that the Target is nice, clean and helpful!

One of my favorite budget friendly stores. Neat, organized, well lit. When you use the customer service phone, someone actually responds. Sometimes, register lines can get long, but they have self service registers too.

It took almost 30 minutes at Starbucks... Workers need to be more efficient with their time, some people actually have stuff to do. And when I got my drink it was too sweet and not made properly. I shouldnt have to pay $5 for something I can barely drink...

It was my day to get the slow check out lady and it didnt help put that the person in front of me paid $400 all in $20 gift cards kinda drove me nuts. Parking was fine even though the parking lot was designed by a drunk person. The shelf were bare and Ive been in cleaner targets but then again this is in waukesha where you feel you around a bunch of trailer trash. Over all it was good.

The prices at Target are always right, and the Target brand quality for the items weve tried always compare to the name brands.Weve never had any issue at this location, typically everything we need is in stock, and many of the grocery items are priced better than the neighboring grocery store, so well stop here most of the time instead. The Starbucks is a nice addition, but we dont frequent it too often because the service there is often times very slow. If the Starbucks had better service, this would have been a five-star review.

It is a perfectly standard Target store. It is clean, welcoming, well-stocked and properly staffed. Ive never had a single problem there, which is refreshing in the current day and age.

Have to purchase necessities with a baby. It’s not comfortable shopping around with people not wearing masks during this time with a mask mandate in place and it not being enforced.

I live equidistant from three local Target stores. This my favorite of the three. It is usually the most well-kept, with clothing racks being orderly and easy to shop from. Lines at the register are usually reasonably short, bathrooms are typically clean, and staff is friendly. They also seem to have a somewhat larger selection than some of the other Target stores (ie they seem to carry some additional flavors of Gatorade, have more styles of shoes, etc.). When I have a choice, I visit this Target store.

This is a pretty good target. -1 star for not having that large of a grocery section but otherwise this is a good location. Staff tends to be friendly here as well.

I dont usually like to leave bad reviews but this store is always a mess. I mean it looks like it got hit by a tornado. And none of the staff ever greet me anywhere around the store.Update as of 10/5/20: Still terrible. Changed from 2 stars to 1.

Its a Target store, nothing too special. They keep it pretty clean but their mens denim display is a train wreck. Trying to find the right size and style is a total crap shoot. Seems to be a common theme among Target stores though.

Clean and nice store. Friendly staff makes visits here more enjoyable. Next time you are thinking of heading to Walmart, had off to target instead. Youll still get great deals and you wont feel like you have to shower after. Their Cartwheel app is a lot of fun. I enjoy scanning our items to discover great discounts. The most recent update to the app has really streamlined the experience and is much more userfriendly then it once was. The scanning ability has been greatly improved and you no longer have a complete interruption that requires navigating back to the scanning section when you have a hit.

I used to love target clothing but it seems like it’s somewhat going downhill. Clothes are not as cute and are bordering on middle school looking graphic tees

This is the newest Target in the area. Their layout is good and matches most of the other newer Targets. I like this one better than the one off Moreland or the one in Delafield due to it being cleaner and easier to find things. The staff is always pretty nice here as well.

I came to get the deal on laundry detergent where u can use $15 off of $50 for purchase. I love Mrs meyers products n they were on the front page of targets ad. They only had 1 left in geranium scent. Thats not $50! I just hate it when they advertise, I was there by 1pm n none there. Also my red ca5d was no good, its only been 2 yrs!! So I had to hit my credit rating n apply for another target credit card. Then they were out of Mrs meyers geranium scent so driving there, nicking my credit rating, everything, was all for nothing. People reading this r going to say call the mgr. I will do that n let u know how that goes, I have had very little success calling managers. By the time they get the product in they will argue w me about using the coupons. I have been thru this 20 times. My point is, they should have plenty of product available when they put on the sale.

Even with how crowded the store was, it was still clean and comfortable to shop in. There were still ample things in stock and your staff continued to be friendly even in the chaos!

If my sister didnt really need/want these bottles that are so hard to find in a gift set trust I would have never spent my money here and I never will again. So as I checked out this young lady walks over to me and asked can I check these? Before I could answer she already unzipped the bags (so whats the point of asking if you dont wait for a reply) but after I paid for my items at self check out I noticed the lady ahead of me brought a huge diaper bag. As I walked out I asked the young lady why she checked my purchase when you can clearly see that there is no way I can put anything inside and especially the fact that she never checked the lady in front of me. She said she didnt notice you could hardly open it. As I was headed to my car the lady with the diaper bag approached me and said I am sorry you had to experience that, if she was going to check your purchase she should have checked mine also. This is typical in Waukesha actually same thing happened to me at walmart ( I had water the guy in front of had soda, laundry soap and diapers asked for my receipt not his) If your going to check one person lets make sure we check everybody. I called and they said this the normal thing they do check a African American lady with a purchase you can clearly see can barely be opened to put anything in and not check a Caucasian lady with a huge fully zipped diaper bag customer service and race profiling at its best. I knew I should have just ordered from amazon
