Called to see if they had a specific battery in stock, they said yes.Showed up to get it and they said sorry we dont have THAT battery.Who would have thought that last letter ment something.Yes, completely different battery. I even read the numbers/letters twice over the phone to be sure.Wasted time. 😒

If youve got phone battery issues I would look elsewhere. They seem to use batteries that last just long enough to get you out the door. I had an issue with the battery they replaced and they blamed other hardware even though the faulty part was something that they replaced, then claimed it wasnt their fault so they wouldnt replace it. I gave 2 stars because the workers were nice but are set up to fail by this cheapskate companyUpdate: I received repairs elsewhere and this issue was resolved, Proving the battery to be the issue

Friendly staff, but only one person working at the sunset store, so i had to install my own battery and have to make another trip to get rid of the old one. At least have two people work each shift. If i have to screw with it, why not buy from amazon? Eh?

Well on line said u had the group 31p I asked for so I bought it. Then 3 min later after I already paid for the battery I wanted was told Id have to wait a week cause its not in any store.witch should have been stated on line.so I had to take a one step down to 950 cca. Since I already paid n had to take the one step down normally a company will give u x amount off the battery u DNT want cause u already paid for it.if I woulda knew they dident have what I wanted I would have went to a different place to buy my battery at verry disappointed.

Called ahead looking for a specific battery and was told yes we will have something that will work. I gave them dimensions and asked them to make sure. They didnt measure and I wasted an hour of my time going to the store for nothing.

I’m always impressed with Batteries plus. Today I took my iPhone 8 in because the charger port seemed loose and it wasn’t charging. They looked at it under a microscope, cleaned the port, there was a lot of lint, tested it and I’m good to go. ALL AT NO CHARGE. Thanks again batteries plus

I bought a boat battery, it had a 1 year warranty on it. After 4 months it died and the store could not tell me why. They replaced the battery but the warranty is still running. So while the battery sits inside charging over the winter, by the time it gets used again in the spring on the boat, it will have about 2 weeks left of the warranty. If its a new battery the warranty should start over, not pick up from the last one. It makes me wonder how good is the product if the company is not willing to stand by the warranty.

The worst repair service I have ever experienced.I took my iPhone X in to replace the broken back glass. After three trips and leaving them with my phone about 10 hours over two weeks I was left with a phone that was now useless! When I took my phone in everything worked fine, the only problem was that the glass was cracked. After they “repaired“ my phone it could not find or connect to WiFi, could not charge wirelessly, could not use Face ID to unlock, it could not connect via Bluetooth, I could hear and feel that it had loose parts inside, the “up” button was barely sticking out the side of the phone, and it got very hot randomly when being used or not.After two unsuccessful attempts to fix the problems that they caused the store manager offered to replace my phone with a refurbished iPhone X. I asked that they just give me the money so that I could put it towards the purchase of a new phone since I was not interested in owning the refurbished phone that he was going to buy on amazon. The manager said that they would send me a check for $500. A few week later I received a check in the mail for $497.70. 🙄 The whole experience was terrible.

Online ordering was great and pickup was easy. The young man in the store was quick to load the batteries in my truck for me. Price for the product was reasonable.The only unpleasant experience was when I filled out the survey regarding the online order. I didn’t really expect anything for doing that but after the survey a message come up saying I had a $100 gift of 4 free annual magazine subscriptions coming. Cool! So after deliberating over which I wanted and filling out mailing info, etc,, the next page came up saying they needed my credit card because they would be charging me $4/ month for the free magazines. Then after the year was up they would automatically charge my credit card to renew if I didn’t remember to cancel. I think not.If you are going to offer me a free $100 gift, don’t charge me $48 for it! An otherwise pleasant purchase experience turned to unnecessary anger.

I went to pick up an order I had made online at about 6:00 PM at the store on Sunset in Waukesha, WI. I walked in, heard the buzzer trigger and waited about 5 minutes. I then started asking Is anyone here? Nothing. I waited a few more minutes and thought maybe someone needs help in the rest room. So I walked back into the Warehouse, nothing. Another customer comes in to pick up a cell phone and it puzzled. I told her Id been there 10 minutes and nobody has been inside the store expect me. I told her I think Ill call the cops just to make sure nobody was passed out in the Rest Room. I waited another 5 minutes and in walks the employee with a customer hed been outside with working on a Key. The entire store was empty for 15 minutes. Does Management not think thats a problem? I ordered online and waited for the confirmation email came so I didnt have to wait. Clerk helps the woman with her cell phone right away without asking whos next, ticked me off. Then he has the finish the guy with the Key hes been working on and it literally takes another 5 minutes to finish that sale. Then he says to me what can I do for you? I show him my order number and tell him my last name. He says Ill have to put that together for you. I said No, I received an email saying that the order was ready for pick up. He says Yeah, its not been touched. So he gets the order together, another 5 minutes and tells me to have a nice day. Really?

Nice store and great selection. Only 3 stars because if someone needs a car battery put in and only one person is working, you wait a long time to make a purchase. I actually walked out because the wait was so long. The Meijer store literally across the street had the bulb I needed.

Even though I was unable to contact the battery plus store on Grandview where I bought the battery the store on Sunset took care of me in a professional manner.

The battery died on my Iphone, I tried to call the Apple store and after waiting for 30 min., no one answered. Then I called another Batteries Plus store at another location and he told me no one has the Iphone 6s plus batteries, that they are on back order. Then I call the Waukesha store and the manager said he had one left for my phone. I asked him to please hold it for me and I would get there as soon as possible.It took him about 20min. and my phone was working again. I was so greatful as I no longer have a land line and my cell phone is a part of me. Thank you for such great, friendly service. I will surely recommendyour store to others.
