Sitting in a broken down vehicle in the cold, in a construction zone, is not an entertaining way to spend your evening. That said, I was SHOCKED with how great the tow experience was with Galioto Towing. I called 3 other places first (2 didnt answer, the other couldnt come that night but THEY recommend I call Galioto). I had a tow arrive in less than a half hour, and the driver walked me through everything, took good care of the truck, and was funny as hell. I legitimately had a good time talking to him while we got the truck loaded up & figured out. Suprisingly good experience overall.

I called and nick (manager) said they had no driver available so i asked if tomorrow would work he said yes so we set up a time for towing my car. Fallowing day i called after work and dispatch said they had no driver available so after a bit of back and foward she finally says theyll have a driver whit in an hour..... hour goes by and i get a call from the driver and says he had to make another pick uo so he would show whit in another hour ....mmmmm should of called a different towing company from the get go

I used Allstate roadside assistance when my car died in Brookfield. Seemed reasonable to wait an hour for a truck to show up for my car. Need to get home though with 2 children so I asked if they could transport us to the destination of the vehicle. Allstate said the truck has a trainee in it, but they can bring you to the destination of the drop off. I sat for a while and thought why not call the towing company to confirm that. Told the dispatcher I can get a ride when she said they dont have room for us, let me make a call for transportation.Hours go by, turns out she cancelled the call after I said we can get a ride. On the side of the road for VERY close to 3 hours with kids in tow, family members taking my girls home to hit the head, and the driver after finally showing up to say they cancelled the call and went to another in Muskego due to a seriously bad decision of the dispatch to cancel when I said perfect, let me call for a ride, see you soon and then waited and waited till Allstate called and asked why I wasnt picked up yet... Guess you get what you pay for...When the truck did show up after many rough phone calls the driver was EXCELLENT! Let us sign paperwork and leave before the car was loaded and got us the hell outa there! Now I just have to deal with the broken car, and the lack of sleep our family got due to pure incompetence of a few individuals... Next chapter open and secure, dont trust in ppl and make sure you reiterate your point, faith in getting what you need is dead in every sense! We were only 13 miles from home, I mapped it, but totally screwed and at the mercy of that dispatch... Food for thought

At galioto towing they are very polite and curtious and reasonible priced every one there is up beat and curtious they operate the best equipment to serve u they do all most anything they will get you were u need to be fast no mater what your needs are i would call them first they service lake county and surronding areas they offer the best prices and first class service.

Very unreasonable people I would not suggest doing business here I was employed here for 3 days and got fired because of miss communication without being able to explain my side of the story.

Aweful! Was told under 40 minutes, after 1 hour was told 20 more minutes, after another 1 hour no one picked up and had to call another tow truck.
