I usually have a good shopping experience when just going for groceries but we tried to try on clothes (there is a HUGE selection of clothes for being a grocery store). Their fitting rooms are completely closed due to covid yet they also dont enforce any covid related make rules for employees or shoppers. Dont expect to have a convenient clothing shopping experience here.

Always clean, i like that youre open till midnight. It helps when youre a second shifter! Employees are helpful, unless they keep telling you they close at midnight!

This is a nice addition to the shopping choices in Waukesha. The grocery part has a decent variety. The few produce items I have purchased have been very good quality. The general products available are nice to have to pick up in one stop. The pricing seems to be reasonable to good. Most of the employees have been friendly and helpful. The greeters have always been nice.

I totally love Meijers but... 6 out of 10 times the pricing isnt correct in the system and I always have to wait to get it corrected. I have been taking pictures to bring to the register to hurry the process.

I have been doing Meijer pick up for over a year now! I have loved every experience! Nothing but great things to say, until today. I had a pick up after work and went 15 minutes before my pickup time just because it made more sense then for me to just go home. So I let them know I was there and a lady comes out and let’s me know it’s going to be a little bit and that it’s not ready. That totally fine I told her. Take your time I’ll just run and grab something to eat and then call when I’m back. I get back, and a gentleman answer the phone. When I say this guy Phoenix had to be the most rude and very non professional for a “coordinator”. It’s was awful. To the point when my groceries were done, and a wonderful lady named Isabella came out and apologized for him being so rude because she heard the encounter. And remind you, Isabel has been nothing but so amazing and sweet! I thanked her for apologizing for him, but I can’t believe they would hire someone like that. Even during stressful times, Isabella had the BEST attitude and smile! KEEP it up Isabella!

Great clean store with fair prices and awesome staff!

I love Meijer, but Im going to avoid the deli from now on. The last few times Ive needed deli items, it takes 20+ minutes. On my trip today, I timed that it took 22 minutes to get 2 different meats and 1 kind of cheese. I did not have to wait for them to help me behind any other customers. The one employee moved very slowly and the second employee behind the counter didnt offer to assist when I needed more than one item. Seemed strange. I would rate 5 stars if I wasnt considering the deli experience.

Good place, love how late it is open. Produce always seems to go bad fast and the fridges/freezers dont seem to work? Everything is always melted and barley cold. Friendly people though and great products outside of produce

The store was clean and well stocked but the male employee working the fish/pet department seemed to have little to no knowledge of what he was doing. He was friendly though once I asked him to help me. He did not ask if he could assist me, instead he was ignoring all of the customers that were back there looking at the fish.

I kindly asked a meijers lady to not touch my cart, and she got mad at me. All of my groceries and things for my children are in my cart that means Im still using it and need u to not touch it! There is no reason a grown woman should be throwing a fit for me asking her not to touch the cart. Im checking out my groceries in self checkout, you have no business by me or touching the stuff Im paying for! Thats why I went to self checkout so you wouldnt touch my stuff!! I think some retraining is necessary!!

Agree with the previous review. I also have issues with Phoenix. I have completely discontinued my weekly visit to Meijer. You are already known as the high price leader, you could at least have staff that are friendly, or maybe you could price match like every other retailer.

Curbside Grocery Pickup Review: This review is based off of staff scheduling issues Meijer suffers from and not the staff itself. More than a few times I found myself waiting at the CurbSide pickup parking for 1 employee that is working to bring groceries out to a lot of cars. Meijer is obviously not hiring or scheduling their staff to meet the demand.

Produce is very nice. The cashier was very friendly. The woman that was stocking the womens section was knowledgeable and helpful.

I like shopping here. Many polite people there willing to help.

Meijer of Waukesha is our go to for groceries and beyond. Great selection of items and great service.I’d also like to give a special compliment to the checker, Jasmine. She goes above and beyond with her checking and bagging skills, keeping everything organized and super efficient. She is fantastic and I am always happy when we get in her checkout line. She deserves a raise.

Meijer is a new local gem that that’s impossibly never that busy. It’s got a full-size grocery store and all the home wares anyone could need. Easy in, easy out.

Shop here often for groceries and other necessities. Like the variety. The mask mandate, as with anywhere else, is a joke as well as incentivizing/bribing vaccination. Please bring the riding horse back for the children. Playgrounds that should have never been closed to begin with have been open for months so there is no logical explanation for it not being back out.

Some of the staff isnt very customer oriented but I can say for sure Kayla is amazing

I came in to get a pair of work boots. I heard they had a nice selection at good prices. They had only a few pairs and they were very costly. Instead I went to a store in Oconomowoc that rhymes Street Barn and found a huge selection at more reasonable prices. But thats just my opinion..

Update: the sushi bar here is amazing. They make it to order if u dont see what u like. Just have to ask if there still there for the day. The staff at the deli over all is really great. As well as the greeters. Best grocery store in the area.I like shopping here. The one thing that really bothers me is when the bald lady with black glasses works. Shes going though something to say the least lol. Get rid of her... everytime I came to Meijer and shes working she works the self checkout. Shes rude, abrasive and just genuinely awful. Im walking to check out my stuff. She almost ran me over walking just to stand in her spot so she didnt have to work.. then gets visibly unset. EVERYTIME lol.

The employees are polite and helpful. The store is poorly run. To have large gaps, shelves is disarray, out of stock on a Saturday morning at open is a disgrace. Whether it be products you carry or vendor lines its unacceptable for such a nice store to look like that when your doors are open for customers. Its a direct representation of a real disconnect between mgmt and staff. Based on the fact that all that was open was a 12 items or less and self checkout leads me to believe these are cost cutting moves. I would recommend increasing your labor spend. Out of stock items alone would cover the extra few hours of cost incurred.

I have limited mobility. Meijer has electric carts that make it possible for me to do my shopping. Prices are competitive. Full grocery on one side. Other side of store has clothes, household items, etc. Kind of a one stop shop.

I was shocked at the large amount of organic and gluten-free products in all many aisles. Great prices. Lots of check out isles, but none staffed despite being there in the late afternoon. Able to maintain social distancing. The staff followed covid protocol but a small number of customers were not wearing masks

I went just after they opened, very few people in the store. They seem to be following all the safety guidelines and everyone was wearing a mask, which made me feel comfortable shopping there. The store was well stocked and I found everything I was looking for. I will continue to go to Meijers they are doing a great job as valued essential workers.

The Meijer on Sunset in Waukesha is always clean, well staffed and welcoming. I love the M Perks and saving $ every single time I go. The pharmacy is great - they know me by name and I only pick up once every 90 days!

Wont answer their phones to help for anything. Cant rely on that for help.

This has been the WORST experience ever. They Mperks for prescriptions never load, had been an ongoing issue. Today I ordered 95.00 worth of groceries and only got 65.00 worth, NO bottled water, no butter, no taco sauce even though the site when ordering showed in stock. Hen I order through Walmart I receive an email saying items are out of stock. Seriously Meijer you can’t do that? I am not expecting a text but what I am expecting is honest facts about stock. I now have to go to another store to get the items you couldn’t provide. I am ready to pull the plug. You company lacks respect for customers, good customer service is COMMUNICATION, which you all need to learn. You can’t say you cannot contact me, cause when I do the online ordering I put in my phone number and the Mperks is linked to my email. Just another company that does not care about customers and their experience.

I really enjoyed visiting Meijer but on this day was very hard to find staff that could help me. It could be due to meetings or covid-19 so I wont fault them for that. I hope that the store will help their employees becoming more proficient in their departments. I also do hope that they become more patient with employees that have special needs.

Honestly night and day difference in customer service and attentiveness. Probably the cheapest money orders in the greater area.. And seriously the staff just seems content to be at work. I have honestly never waited too long for help. One time it waz electronics lunch break but someone came and alerted someone who could help in 7 mins I think it was. Which gave me more than enough time to male up my mind. I really like this place generally clean feel... Significantly a quality place.

Pork Shoulder on sale for $.99/lb on 8/30/20. Bought two and put them in the fridge. Later that evening pulled them out to cut them up to make homemade chorizo. As soon as both packages were opened you could smell rotten meat. Tossed both in the garbage. Thanks for ripping me off $19. I understand meat on sale means its close to its expiration date; should not be rotten. Never going back.

Always one of my favorite grocery stores. This meijer in particular is clean and shelves are always stocked!

We ordered a fresh turkey on meijer delivery. They delivered a frozen turkey that expired 8 months earlier. We called the customer service number, were put on hold for 25 minutes. WHile talking to the service rep we were disconnected. The second call, we were on hold for 52 minutes. They never answered. We finally had to drive to the store to get our money back. A horrible experience.

The store is open and organized, but every week I miss out on 3-4 things that are out of stock.

Its well stocked and pretty well staffed. I wenr because I was sent coupons for items I actually needed but I like grocery shopping at actual grocery stores and not stores that have far to many other things.

This is the first time I have ever been to a Meijer, ever, and I will not return. We came for one item. We checked the website for it, and it says you have it. Great! Show up, cant find it. Not a single employee helped us look, or offered assistance, they just wandered around like robots repeating thank you for shopping at Meijer. It doesnt seem very genuine when your tone is full of disdain and you refuse to make eye contact or help the customers. The cookie/cracker VENDOR, not even a Meijer employee, wound up helping me by informing me that the warehouse cant even get them right now. So take your inaccurate website and your useless employees. Ill take my money elsewhere.

The store does not do anything to stop the spread of covid there are many people in the store without masks entire groups of over six people without masks. Do not go here if you value your health. Ive been at two different Myers one in Milwaukee and one in Waukesha and both are super spreader virus centers

The store is very clean and organized. If you hit certain items at the right time you can really get some good bargains on the clearance! My daughter looked at her receipt tonight and since the beginning of the year she has saved over $700.00! Shes always finding bargains! They have a good selection of food, products, meats, frozen and dry/canned goods. The clothes are usually on sale which is nice. All.in all Im satisfied each time I walk out the door!

You can’t pass anyone without them acknowledging you and saying hello. They always go out of their way to ask if you need help with anything. I never do but it’s nice knowing that they are there and it feels very welcoming.
