Poor Attitude, I read their web site, it has the following statementWe differentiate ourselves in the marketplace not only by our level of expertise in the field, but also by the speed and efficiency to which we respond to our customers and their potential customization requirements. For quote requests on standard equipment, well respond within 1 business day. We draft approval drawings for custom equipment in a matter of days, not weeks. Many of our products are ready for shipment within 2 business days. If theres a change order, the systems we have in place are meant to work for us, not work against us and as such its a simple matter of doing itI Used their web site to submit a rfq as It is set up to do, I Called 4 Hours later just to Check if they Had received the RFQ, The person laughed and said yea Sure we have it and 40 Others that we got today then Proceeded to dismiss me to a Distribution Chanel. I understand that they sell thru distribution and thats fine, however the hand off should be better. Not dismissive and rude. And I very much doubt ill see a quote any time soon considering the distributor hasnt even bothered to contact me. I Think Ill stick with our normal supplier..Edit: Apr 27 2017, Thank you for your response concerning my experience, It shows your commitment to customer service is indeed important to your company.
