So easy! My family has used this facility under the old ownership as well as now with the new owners-ClearHome. Variety of sizes to choose from inside or outside. We used the outside unit to store furniture. Secure with pin pad entry. Can access the unit any time. I bought one of their locks with a key and have used it on two different storage unit doors. The staff is very nice. And, the location was easy to get to.

Great experience. Staff was nice and quick to set me up. They were flexible and accommodated my difficult situation (moving overseas) very well.The units are excellent, very accessible from street level

We have been with this facility since Its inception when it was Goerkes Corners Self-Storage and in fact had two lockers at one point. The facility is very clean and staff has always been friendly. We are a bit disappointed, however that every time there is a new owner or management of the facility the rental rates are increased with only a 30 day notice. I feel that especially during this pandemic where people are struggling to make ends meet they could have held off on these increases.

Stopped in to pay my sons bill and the red head lady at the counter was so sweet and helpful. The last lady was not so nice. I hope to see more employees like her

Quick friendly and helpful staff

The costumer service was amazing from the moment I walked in inquiring for a unit. The facility was incredibly clean, secure, and well lit. And the prices!!! If I am about to commit to a monthly payment I do my homework and CubeSmart was the best deal with the nicest facility in a 30 mile radius. I will definitely come back to CubeSmart if I need extra storage again!

Clean storage units easy access, cons are, and why it got 4 stars is no 24 hour access. Basically business hours, it is on the expensive side. But if youre looking for climate controlled units and clean, the grounds are clean as well. Would definitely recommend.

John and Amy were so helpful in assisting me with finding the right sized unit. The location makes it easy to get in an out, 24/7. Its safe, convenient and they have a wide variety of unit options. Cubesmart made my first storage rental simple and easy on my budget. They took the time to show me the different sizes and configurations of the units so that I could feel confident with my decision. Clean, well lit, secure. Im very happy with my storage company choice.

Clean, reasonable service. Nice amenities in the Office. While not 24 hour access, you can get in between 6am and 10pm. New customers can typically get a discount and a month of free rent which keeps this location competitive. I wish they had electricity in the unit for a trickle charger. Also, 2 different calls produced two different deals, and the manager misquoted the price of a padlock by $3. Not big negatives but having control of details inspires more confidence.

It was great experience at Cubesmart. It was simple, fast and efficient to get the storage and immediately start using it. Really nice and helpful staff. Most important easy to use with all the instructions mentioned at the right places. I compared Public storage and U-haul before finalizing and found Cubesmart the best. This facility is the best I have seen in a storage facility- clean, safe, welcoming and the climate controlled environment allows for a worry-free place to store your personal belongings. John and Amy always make you feel like your possessions are in the best of care. You can tell they have tweaked the design and have corrected all the shortcomings found at other facilities and made this location perfect! Would not hesitate to highly recommend this location if you are looking for state of the art climate controlled storage facility.

Great location and very well upkept and safe! Could use more lighting inside the units and or an electrical outlet. There are only a few units that have lights and those are the units with climate control. Would have given 5 stars if other basic units had lighting especially for the price. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful!

This place is great. Brand new facility, and the most helpful staff working in the office you could possibly ask for. They really do treat you like valued customers, which isnt often case in the self storage industry.

This is a great new storage facility conveniently located in Goerkes Corners just north of the Marcus Brookfield Cinema. Everything is very clean and spacious and I feel secure with the 24-hour video surveillance and excellent lighting. The staff is top notch and very friendly and will be happy to accommodate your individual storage needs. If youre looking for a great place to store your extra things, I highly recommend this facility.

Awful customer service. Horrible Job at cleaning facility of snow, which has blocked my unit from being able to open with 2-3 feet of snow in font of the door. Due to the amount of snow, my units door is frozen shut. Tired to get ahold of District Manager Chat Lacombe and Division Vice President Tom Black for 2+ weeks, but they refuse to call back to help fix the issues. Top down leadership and customer service is awful.
