We have bought multiple pieces of living room furniture from the Wausau store, and have had excellent service each time. The sales associates greet you and then give you space to figure out what you like/want. They are not lurking or continuously checking in, which is appreciated. The furniture was delivered as expected and has held up well.

Good experience but as usual it would take months to get in what I was interested in. On my third visit I found just what I was looking for and it was on a clearance sale and I could take it home or have it delivered. Bonus!

Paid for a new couch in November of 2020 and we were told it would be here in Dec, Jan, March, April then June. Now they are telling us September. 10 months for a couch? Management didnt seem to care or want to be helpful they just kept blaming the manufacturer. Sales process was great but if they cant provide the product it doesnt matter.

Stopped in to look for a new dinning room table and Trent came up to us immediately and said to let him know if we needed anything or had any questions. We ended up finding one we really liked and Trent started checking the stock for us and it turns out the table was priced wrong and was less then it should have been. Trent without hesitation said he would honor the price and honored the additional 20% off as well. This was our first experience with Slumberland and we will definitely be back!

We recently visited Slumberland in Wausau WI.After being greeted by Colleen Robl, our sales associate, she allowed us to look at furniture before trying to convince us to buy. We walked thru the couches and found a few we were interested in, sat on a few, & Colleen immediately stepped in and answered all of our questions, offering service warranty & tips for arrival day. Her knowledge on the products was impressive and the attention she gave us, when we asked for her assistance, was superb!We enjoy Slumberland for our furniture needs for a few reasons: Associates are not hovering, not pushing their opinions on the consumer, and full of knowledge! We were promptly greeted and the sales clerk checked on us every so often during our time at the store to make sure we had our space but also that she was there if we had questions. We ended up purchasing a reclining couch and recliner set on sale. It was a good deal and we got a protection plan and delivery and set up. The financing application was very straightforward as well.

Went there to upgrade our current couches, ended up finding one we liked, were told by a salesman that it was a hot buy and would be here in the next week. We put our money down only to find out 5 days later it was 4 more weeks out, was lied to for a sale.... went back and discussed a floor model with slight wear and was told there would be no discount and nothing much they could do but refund us.. would highly not recommend! Terrible service!
