Ellis County Auto Repair has an amazing staff-from their manager, to their receptionist, and all the guys behind the scenes. I came for a broken side mirror, and left confident the work had been done well, and that I paid a fair price. The team who did the work was incredibly professional and trustworthy. I will absolutely choose Ellis County Auto Repair again for any future work I made need on my vehicles.

Twice this company has failed to do the job they were paid for! First experience left me with electrical issues and second experience they tell me that leave springs are supposed to be fanned out sideways after I specifically address the issue upfront. This company is about where they can cut corners!!!And in response to the response given, I addressed the issue to which your representative stated specifically that leave springs just fan out like that! BS!!!!! I built race cars and never once saw springs fanned out. Your rep FAILED! Nothing was done if it was just let go!!!! I will be informing everyone I know and everyone I can.

I was disgusted by the lack of accountability. My little sisters car was hit, she brought it to this shop and was deemed a total loss. The insurance company instructed my sister to put the title in the glove compartment. When she tried to ask to put it in the car herself she was denied. And two weeks later the insurance company called and said it wasn’t in the car. This Body shop LOST MY TITLE! And said it wasn’t their fault. I asked them if they thought the towing company is at fault and they said they didn’t want to point fingers......THEY ARE LIARS. I am disgusted by the owners words and lack of accountability for his sons (the managers) actions.

First that woman in there does not know what customer service means. They are so expensive I will never go there again, I do not know how people go there

I dropped my car off on Tuesday for some repairs after a collision. They were straight to the point, and sent me text updates on the progress of my car. I picked up my car today and it looks great. They even washed it and the inside smelled so good. I had to laugh, they actually gave my car back to me not only repaired but with a little makeover. It really brightened my day and reminded me some people still provide excellent service. Highly recommend.

I give this place 5 stars because of the fast and honest service they provided. I dropped my car off on a Friday at 1:30 to have my headlights repaired and it was ready for pick up by 4:00. Bonus - I was only charged 1/2 price because some of the moisture could not be removed from the headlights. Thanks Bryan & Maggie for the outstanding service.

I Recently had my car repaired with the Ellis county auto repair shop located in Waxahachie Texas I have to give this shop a five star rating due to the fact they did an awesome repair on my vehicle and you can’t tell it’s ever been wrecked. The employees were honest friendly and helpful and delivered my vehicle on time. They keep me informed during the whole process they will definitely get my business in the future it’s hard to find a company that delivers with a promise.

I recently had some work done on a bumper scratch & they were outstanding. They were very friendly, came out & gave an honest assessment of what I was looking at, my options, the amount it would be & a timeline to do the repair/repaint. They said it would be 2 days (which was amazingly fast) & it was 2 days. They did an outstanding job & a result I was very happy with. Overall a very positive experience. On top of that, it’s a first class facility and the cleanest shop I have seen (embarrassingly enough I’ve been to a few). I would use them again & highly recommend them.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. When your insurance won’t give you what you deserve, Ellis County auto repair will fight for you. I got in an accident while my husband was deployed and I took it here and they made sure my car not only looked great but also that it got the quality parts it needed versus the cheap parts my insurance told them to put on it. My insurance company was refusing to use the parts the shop picked because they were trying to save the most amount of money. Ellis County auto repair cares more about my car and my safety and making sure I’m taken car of while my husband is deployed than USAA does. They are also very respectful and professional. Six months ago my vehicle was hit by a truck and I chose Ellis County Collision to repair my car. I worked with Larry who was exceptional in answering questions and expediting the repairs. When my car was hit again a few weeks ago there was no question as to where I would take my car for repairs. Once again, Larry was my go to guy for supervising the repairs. Excellent customer service! Maggie at the front desk was an absolute doll professional and courteous. Jarrett Pendley was very knowledgeable and really a pleasure to talk to. The body man got all of the body lines perfect, every panel fit and all body gaps match top to bottom (Im pretty picky). The paint is smooth and flawless. I would recommend Ellis County to anyone who wants professional quality work and an overall enjoyable experience.

While nobody wants to be in a position of having to take their car in to get repaired, when you are in that position, I wholeheartedly recommend Ellis County Auto. I was personally rear-ended twice in a month last year and my wife was rear-ended a few weeks ago. All three times, when the other person’s insurance asked us where we wanted to get our cars repaired, we said Ellis County Auto Repair with confidence and without hesitation. They are super nice and are extremely patient with any and all questions. Most importantly, I’ve never had a single complaint with their repair work. In addition, they fight with the insurance on your behalf, so the entire experience is stress-free from beginning to end. I’m not an employee and I don’t know anyone there outside of just being a customer.

They did a very nice job of making the car look almost new again after a big truck tire blew out in front of us and destroyed the front bumper,grill and hood. You could not tell. They matched the paint perfectly. They were on schedule and waited after closing time for pickup. Highly recommended

Very pleasantly surprised..Im a gm master tech..own a 14 2500 HD duramax, and am very picky..that truck is my baby, never had a wreck, but working for several dfw dealership, have seen my share of paint and body work .the whole left side was demolished..after they were done, looks like the day I bought it..I even put it on the lift at work. Perfect..if u want good quality work they are it..

These guys are second to none! When I wrecked my Ford F-250 damaging the hood, both fenders, radiator and after market bumper I thought my truck would never be quite the same. I am proud to say that I was proven wrong, I got my truck back in a timely manner and looking brand new.

Recently my car was hit by someone trying to park. It was scraped up quite a bit on the passenger side. As is pretty standard, the insurance of the guy who hit my car let me choose where I wanted to get my car fixed. Ive been here 3 times before and they had always done a good job. I no longer live in Waxahachie, but I wanted to go to a place I felt like I could trust to do a good job. I missed part of work one day to make this work to bring it there. When I got my car after the repairs were done, I had to head straight to work. I didnt really have time to really look at it. When I got home that night, I realized the passenger door handle and other scrapes along the side of the door were still scraped up. The guys insurance had suggested a full replacement of parts. I asked that they keep the original parts because I havent even had the car very long. As far as I know they may have replaced the fender, but the rest they buffed and painted as I asked. They still charged the full $1,400 and as I said before did a crappy job. It hasnt even been a month, and the paint is coming off in some places. The guys insurance only gave me a rental for five days for repair so I just have to live with the crappy job they did because I cant afford to miss more work or to pay for a rental myself. Bringing my car here is a huge regret, and lesson learned I would never go here again.

Pulled in because I need an estimate. Asked if I needed an appointment, the receptionist did not answer, she just smiled and said just a minute, then said it will be just a few an estimator is not available, please take a seat. I did, 3:15 pm. At 3:38 I left because an estimator spent 12 minute talking about the weather while looking at the radar on the computer with some guy from the shop, stopped when asked by another estimator to look at a dent for some guy that is having a windshield installed. the whole time he could have been taking care of a customer that was waiting instead of goofing off. Their to busy for my business.

The very most WORST PLACE TO EVER TAKE UR vehicle Not only was a service poor but the quality of their work was very poor honestly felt like I took my vehicle to Traders Village. total when I dropped my vehicle nobody went over anything with me. I was just told that they would contact me as soon as my vehicle was done. when I picked up my vehicle nobody walked me outside and went over what they did they just handed me the keys and that was that. So I get home and start inspecting my vehicle and noticed that there are several things that wasnt done right so I had to take my vehicle back up there total inconvenience horrible place
