My waiting time was longer than I had expected being that I had an appointment. However, The Repair Rep was very nice she allowed me to render her a comparison coupon from Lewisville Nissan for my oil change which was much cheaper than your firms and it worked out very nicely. I appreciate the fact that youll wash the cars before the customer gets back in but it would be nice for youll to render more coupons on your site for brake changes and transmission services and etc

Also a young man assisted me when I checked out,, he was courteous as well. Pleased with the service and time I waited. Will definitely visit again.

We are new in town and I went to The Nissan dealer in Waxahachie near the I-35 interchange. It was possibly the best Nissan Service experience I have ever had. The people there were very pleasant and professional. They did my oil change and checked many other things in the process. They said everything looked great and I was on my way. Didn’t try to add unnecessary service which is great! Highly recommend them! Special shout out to my service advisor Jaryan Walker - great guy!!

My sister went for an oil change they assist us quick. We sat down and the lights blink on and off twice before they went off. There was a transformer that went out. So they told us the lights were not going to be on till 8 pm. So they said she could take her car cause they could not work on it. They were very nice and sorry for power going out.

Live an hour away. Shop did good job on repair. However asked them if they could take to the service department for service work from the body shop and was told it was a different department and they would not accommodate. Had to drive an hour to pick it up and drive 500’ to the service department and waste 3 hours of my day when it could have easily been handled there, especially since all the same ownership and same location.

Made an appointment for oil change and added changing cabin filter. Arrived 15 min ahead of scheduled time, took an hour and a half for a simple oil change and cabin filter change. Why make appointment, appears you are just put in line of anyone else that shows up. Check around you might be able to find a more reasonable price for this service, even using synthetic oil, than $140

How can you give no stars? I started to drive my truck out of the parking lot and my wheel fell off. I dont recommend going there. Now Im in a rental car while they try and fix something as simple as putting a wheel on. My front bumper, my driver front fender and more than likely brake rotor will have to be replaced

The service department is for the most part good. I had a issue a while back of not tightening the oil filter enough and I had oil on my drive way after they performed a oil change. They did correct it but never offered a apology. The last 3 services I have had have be done in a very professional and timely manner. The only problem I have now is the 3% up charge for using a credit card. Other dealers dont charge that. Will no longer use them for this reason.

They dont want u there while working on ur car I think not. Be careful the workers there will try to sell you a lemon and will not provide paperwork on the used vehicles. They refused to show me the car-fax and would not give me a proper estimate on vehicles. They will try hustle you.

Great Experience, my daughters car broke down near this dealership, had it towed next morning.Im not a big fan on extended warranties from previous life experiences. I purchased this Nissan extended warranty on a 2014 Juke because my Daughter is in college. Service department got us in, Transmission problem, car repaired in two days. This was our 2nd issue with vehicle and Nissan came through. Great service!!!Cant say this for Ford Motor Companies.

Ill admit that I am THAT person that is always thinking the car salesman and/or dealership are trying to screw me over. I have never enjoyed buying vehicles for this reason. There are a lot out there that are, unfortunately. However, I really enjoyed my experience with Waxahachie Nissan. Tyler Preston was my salesman. He was an open book and I trusted everything he said (completely new experience for me). I have never really been a Nissan guy, to be completely honest, but after this experience, I will be going back. I was never pressured into doing something I did not want to do. Highly recommend Bell as your salesperson. He is very down to earth, honest, and friendly and no pressure. Didnt care for Jeremy the sales manager, but Bell is patient and understands that you work for your money and you want the best deal for your wallet. Very friendly dealership overall and Bell is the a great salesman to make you feel like you are not being taken for a ride.We drove an hour to go see him and work with him after he worked a deal with a friend. Bought a new vehicle 1 week later from Bell.

Worse dealership experience I’ve ever had! The online listings are extremely misleading with all kinds of “discounts” pre-applied that they know most people won’t qualify for. To make matters worse, the sales people we dealt with were not knowledgeable and were extremely rude! We’ve purchased and leased many vehicles over the years and never met such rude staff at a dealership. I also don’t appreciate trying to be talked out of leasing when I know that’s what is best for me and my current situation. Will definitely never return or recommend this dealership!

I was in an accident and it took them 3 months to fix it and then when I got it back my blind spot and lane departure lights werent replaced and my driver seat frame was still broken so had to take it back. Then when they fixed a manufacturer defect with my front windshield they cracked it at the base of the windshield and it wasnt noticeable until it started spreading. I have been trying to get ahold of someone for weeks to get it fixed and finally tom at the body shop told me I had to talk to Steve in the service department and he didnt answer and still hasnt called back and now cant get ahold of anyone. I even went online to request an appointment just so I can probably talk to someone and still a week later no one has contacted me.

Purchased a vehicle here from Stephenie Lapointe who lied to us about how they did credit checks, ended up having our credit shot gunned out to every bank and destroyed my credit. The car was not given proper maintenance before selling. I have had to do more work on this vehicle than I should have since purchasing. Also sold us an over priced vehicle knowing full and well it wasn’t worth that. They wouldn’t even detail it before we drove home claiming it was too late for anyone to do that.Will never purchase from here or any Nissan ever again and will tell everyone to stay away.

I went in three months back for recalls and everything was working fine. All of a sudden my trucks a/c stops working when its idling right after I got it back. It also idled rough. I had a master technician look at it and he told me it was the vehicles idling software messing it up turning off the AC compressor for some reason. It was under warranty still and idling rough since I got it back so I took it to Nissan in Waxahachie where I purchased it.I told Steve it was doing it when idling only 3 different ways during the conversation. I didnt want to tell them I already knew the issue.I had the master technician (35 years experience) add 1/8 pound of refrigerant just to test it and see if it was the compressor over pressurizing and shutting off during high temperature operations.This is where it gets good.I was told by Steve it was over charged and that the master tech had to remove all the refrigerant and recharge it. Wrong. You can just reduce the charge with a recovery unit or even just blow the charge (not recommended) since its 134a and anyone can buy it even at Walmart.I was then told the refrigerant was a controlled refrigerant after I told him the master tech didnt need to do that. WRONG AGAIN its 134a with NO CFCs in it. You dont need a special license to even buy it. If it was the old R22. That statement would be true.Than I was told everything was fine once he removed and recharged it. This was a false statement. Since it was doing it before I had an extremely small amount added which wouldnt effect the system operations. The amount wouldnt even effect its operations at lower ambient temperatures and would only help it at higher ambient temperatures.They charged them 155.00. That would be fine if anything I was told was true.Guess what the other REPAIR they did was? Supposedly no extra charge to me.Performed ECM Reprogram Per NTB18-040A for LONG TERM IDLING.Im guessing at this point. They did an UPDATE the last time I was in for the recalls and it was defective since thats when this started. They couldnt charge me for that repair so they blamed it on something that wouldnt make it do what it was doing. Over charged 1/8 pound? I may have believed them if I wasnt a Master License Holder for Air Conditioning in two states and have built, worked on and designed everything from window units to freezers the size of two football fields for 30 years. That and I didnt already knew the issue. I even told the Service director 3 times it only did it when idling and he put it in the notes for the MASTER TECH. Steve seems to be caught in the middle of an incompetent department or unethical department. Its one or the other.Master Tech 1 StanleyMaster Tech 2 MichaelService Director Steve T.(More than likely innocent)Yes, I kind of did set them up but didnt think they would actually fraud me. Our sales person that sold me the truck did a great job only to be kicked in the nether region by the service department.They just lost out on selling my wife a new Armada. That 155.00 just cost them 55k in revenue. I dont like being ripped off. Keep the $155 and I will spend my 55k somewhere else.

Friendly service, but the last few times my wife’s car has been in we have had problems. Oil change before last noticed noise under car and oil in driveway. They left underpinning hanging down and oil was leaking from drain plug. Stuff happens, took it to get fixed. Did not replace torn underpinning, just pinned back up what they could. Next oil change they called me to let me know somehow the rear bumper was pulled off during car wash. Dont know how this happened but took took a week to fix and rear bumper does not line up at seams.I started going there because got service package with new car and had previous good experiences with a Nissan that wasn’t purchased there. Now I am considering elsewhere even though my oil changes are paid for for a few months still. I think maybe they just try to rush through when it’s a “free” service on a new purchased car.

When I first bought my car there, they gave me one price before I came in, and of course tried to add all kinds of extras (like window tint that had already been applied). Ending up paying about 5 grand more than what was listed. I could have just walked out but was my first time buying experience.What really irked me off, is I had a coupon for free oil change, tire rotation, and all point inspection. It expired at 20k miles, I was at 22k miles.I reached out to see if I could still use the coupon, despite being 2k miles over, and they informed that I could as long as I had the coupon.So I drove an hour to get there the next day, just to be told I cant use the coupon.Suffice it to say, based on purchasing a car there and dealing with their service department, I sure as hell wont be buying my next car there and wouldnt be able to recommend anyone else do their car shopping there either.

The first time i took my vehicle for its first oil change i forgot I left my sons seizure medicine in the car and your mechanics helped themselves to half a bottle of them. This past weekend I took my vehicle in for a second oil change and I was sure to get any thing of value out and when I got im my car my clothe masks were gone.that I wear when I am out in public. Who the hell wants to wear someone elses masks. I was told if I didnt get my oil change there it would void my warranty. If it was for that reason I would never take my car there but what other choice do I have. It is just so unfortunate that your mechanics think they have to steal from your customers

Patrick and Chris once again exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond taking care of us. I forgot to ask for a State Inspection when I arrived and called in later to request it. They made me feel like family when I called by recognizing me immediately when they answered the phone and letting me know that they’d get me taken care of. Coffee/Latte Machine is a HUGE plus in my book, not to mention the great view of all the pretty Nissan’s while watching Judge Judy, one of my favorite shows. They even came to let me know there was a nail in one of my tires, but that they could fix it for me, and I walked out of there paying a lot less than expecting, which I have no complaints about whatsoever. The buying experience is not your typical 5 hour - back and forth - process between the salesman and the manager.
