Just started going here and there customer service is beyond great. Theyll fix your vehicle as fast as they can. They even have courtesy cars that will pick you up and drop you off. Major plus for me. Got my vehicle back and runs as perfect as when I first bought it. I will continue to return to them for future issues. Thanks

Very honest guys...I would give them 10 stars if possible. Discount tire initially refused to remove wheels because supposedly lug nuts were stripped. Christian brothers did it and even talked to Discount Tire guys...who then replaced the tires...thank you guys. You have earned a life time customer.

I scheduled work with CBA a month out from knowing I needed repairs. Was told that I would get it back in one to two days. The day came and I dropped off my car at open as requested, texted with them throughout the day with updates saying the tech was working on my car, called and was told he looked at and verified the parts and they were moving along with the repair. At the end of the day after they closed I decided to go see where my vehicle was being stored. I the vehicle hadnt been moved from when I checked it in and it was outside unlocked on an unsecured parking lot. I took my car to another shop. I had scheduled the repair another out because I do delivery and cant be without my car for a long time. The staff could care less when I called them and were very unprofessional.

They are wonderful!…I was stranded on highway and they came to my rescue immediately!!…I cannot say enough about how much I appreciated their services!!….they truly went above and beyond!…..I will continue to be a customer forever!!…

I purchased a truck about 4 months ago and brought it in to have an oil change done as preventative maintenance. I brought up replacing the fuel filter and inspecting the entire truck for a trip I was about to take. They said everything was good. I just had another oil change done and my air filter looked like this. I cannot say the quality of the oil change that they did, or the fuel filter, but as far as the inspection that was mentioned on my receipt I feel it was lacking a bit. It appears to me they never looked at the air filter (must not be part of the standard inspection). The shop personnel were friendly, but for months my engine has been using straight unfiltered air after they said they did an inspection on the truck.

They replaced the rack and pinion in a Chevy cobalt as well as all 4 tie rod ends and alignment for $505. It drives fantastic! We needed to know if catalytic converter or sensor needed to be replaced but did not have enough money for the diagnostics. They were very generous and ran the diagnostic for free, now i know what needs to be replaced! Truly amazing people!!!

They were going to charge 1300$ to get my blower motor and air door actuator fixed I took it to Cruz automotive and replaced the blower motor and cabin filter with life time warranty for 300 thats with the diagnosis that determined it wasnt the actuator just the blower. Christian brothers is way over priced

I used this business for the first time today and I was very impressed. They were upfront and honest and did the job in a timely manner. The two guys working up front were very knowledgeable and friendly. They went over everything they did and why when they were done and I appreciated the print out that explained it all. The waiting room was cozy with lots of reading material and the bathroom was very clean. While I was waiting I heard an employee make a few calls to customers and I was glad to hear how honest and informative he was with everyone he talked to. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at an automotive repair place. What was a bit of a stressful situation was made so much better with their help!! We were on our way to Austin from Dallas when the metal under carriage of our car fell down and was dragging on the ground and decided to get towed there. They were so quick, clearly talked us through the issue and the solution they had for the problem. I highly recommend this place - big shout out to Mike as well who was SO friendly and informative and even offered to take us to get lunch while we waited.

Your company was servicing my work truck and did an awesome job (Matt great guy by the way) but i brought in my personal vehicle for them to look at. The battery was dead and to replace and give a diagnostic they wanted to charge over 500.00... Thats just to tell me whats wrong with it!! Shame on you guys and Ken is absolutely unprofessional as they come! You lost a life long customer and for what??

CBA are honest, trustworthy, group of individuals. Theyve worked on my car for years and have always told me exactly whats wrong with my car. Then told me what I could do just to get it going. I love their straightforwardness.

Just want to give a shout out to Christian Brothers Automotive. My daughters attends school in Waxahachie-we live in Michigan - so kinda far to help her when she has car problems. Her car was giving her trouble starting before the Christmas holiday break-we called Christian Brothers as they had fixed her AC and a couple of other things for us in August. They could not duplicate the problem but said if it did it after she got back from the Christmas break to call them. Well, it did it again-we called, they checked and said needed a new battery, they also checked the alternator and other things to make sure it wasnt that. Called gave us a price. We gave them the ok-they fixed it in a timely manner. Before Christmas they even went to the school to jump it for her to take it back to the shop. Thats customer service! VERY NICE PEOPLE to deal with. Would recommend Christian Brothers highly. Thank you Christian Brothers for helping our daughter when she is so far away from home! God Bless

Normally I do not give a 5 star rating to anything/anyone because that would mean perfect and I do not think ANYONE is perfect. These guys are great to work with as we have been using them for quite some time. They are always eager to do what needs to be done. There have been times when they have told us it was not necessary to have a particular thing done, and if they were crooks, they would have done it and we would not have known the difference. Would highly recommend having your work done there and as to a comment someone else made about them being too high, take it to a dealership and compare, you will find out Christian Bros are reasonable.

OK, took my 1 ton Ford diesel because of severe vibration. Although I have an extended warranty, I didnt think it would be covered. Mike, James, and the guys looked at it and found the problem. They called my warranty company and discovered that it WAS a covered repair but had to be repaired at the dealer. So they called the dealer to confirm that it would be covered AND THEY EVEN TOOK IT TO THE DEALER FOR ME!!!!!I work in a service industry and am a consultant in that same industry. I am always teaching and encouraging WOW! service. I cant think of a better example than this. These guys did not make one red cent from this situation. In fact, it cost them real money in time and fuel. But, they have gained a customer for life. And any other customers I can refer to them.Thank you Christian Brothers! This is an awesome Automotive repair shop. Theyve always been below what we find out our price will be by the dealership. Always friendly, knew from the moment I described the wobble I had in the front of my Dodge truck what the problem was. Its a common problem with the Dodges I found out later, its even been called the death wobble. But the Dodge house wanted an enormous amount to fix it. Christian Brothers Fixed it, quickly, and less expensive. No matter when Ive called or what the problem has been, they seem to get me in and out remarkably fast. Ive used Waxahachie Christian Brothers on several occasions & for the last time after they pulled my 2000 Ranger gas tank, put it back without replacing the $7 hose they cracked while removing it, then insisted on charging another $350 to pull the tank again to replace it! Honest mechanics are hard but not impossible to find.

Took my car in early this AM...staff was kind and courteous...loved the updates via text message...actual cost was less than the estimate...and I got my vehicle the same day...no complaints here...will definitely be going back.

I experienced this repair facility twice and am very impressed with their integrity. On the first occasion I had just bought a used car for my son and took it to these guys for an alignment check and they got back to tell me it was in alignment and there would be no charge. The second time was for my wifes car and they did a stellar and efficient job on it.

First, I would like to say they were very nice to me but that wasnt the problem. I took my car to this location. I told them my car was making a grinding noise. First, they call me back and say they cant find anything wrong. Then I was asked to explain when Im hearing the noise, so I do. So he tells me he is going to drive it again and call me back. I get a call back that its my shocks that need replacing and it would cost me $300. I couldnt afford that so I told them I will come back. Well a few weeks later my car started making the grinding noise worse, naturally. So I take it back in, get my shocks replaced, and the next morning on my way to work....still grinding!!!! They were called and their response was they fixed what they thought was the problem. So at this point I have lost trust in this place so I take it somewhere else where I am told the grinding noise has nothing to do with the shocks so they didnt replace what I even needed at that time and I was also charged double!!! So now I am having to pay for the right thing to be fixed on top of the money I paid them. I feel like my shocks probably did need replacing and they just picked that because they couldnt figure out the real issue. Very irritating considering money doesnt grow on trees. I am not happy and I will not be back!

Great service, terrific communication and good work.They were totally slammed when I dropped my car off, but they told me upfront and gave me the choice to leave my car overnight or come back the next morning. No surprises, or double talk. I really appreciate that.When my car returned they patiently explained some of the details, and it ended up cost a lot less than I expected.Did I mention they gave me a ride home since I decided to leave my car overnight? I highly recommend them.Tip: book an appointment online, and call. They are somewhat understaffed and on busy days itll take a while. Its worth the wait.

Late review from 10 months ago. Christian brothers fixed an alignment issue other shops could not, on my 4 inch lifted truck. Alignment is still spot on after almost a year. The prices are reasonable. Will return next time I have an issue.

Wow is not enough to say. My experience with Matthew was beyond great. I was stranded after attending a conference for my church. He went out of his way to make sure I got home safely. I live an hour and a half away. Walk in Favor. Fire on Fire Ministry is grateful.

The alignment I had done was great. I wouldnt suggest mechanic work if you can do it yourself. They quoted me $1700 for a front end rebuild. I did it myself for right at $200. Do the math.

We have taken our cars here for the last three years. They are honest and do good work. There have been times they suggested I not get work done because the car really didnt need it so when they say something is necessary I believe it.

I felt welcome as I sat in the waiting room waiting for my ride to pick me up, even though they offered to take me home. The next day, Matt, the manager, called me to go over a detailed list of what all needed to be repaired. Then, he let ME decide what I wanted fixed. Being a woman, this is a huge plus. Its hard to deal with auto shops when youre a woman when you constantly have somebody telling you what you need to have fixed, when really all you need is an oil change. As a whole, I dont do reviews, or if I do, they are for a problem usually. That is NOT the case here. We have been taking our cars to Christian Brothers in Waxahachie for about 3 years now. Every time we have had service that went above and beyond. I took my new Acadia to them this last week, which is still under factory warranty, because a light was showing on my dash. The first thing they said was we would love your business, but if you take it to the Chevy dealership, you wont have to pay anything since its under warranty, whereas here, you would have to pay your deductible for the extended warranty. In addition to saving me money then, both the manager and co manager came out to my car to see what the light was to at least diagnose the code and then proceeded to find the loose hose that had fallen down into the motor and fix it. All for free and all on their own accord. I would recommend them to anyone for exemplary and fast service every time.

First of all the day I go in, the younger bearded man proceeds to make fun of me because Im gay. Hes hiding behind the column and the older man helping me is looking over at him and chucking. They didnt realize I saw him and I called him on it. Secondly, I called back and said to order the oil pan I needed and he said he would have someone call me. No one ever did. I called Tuesday and the young man said I will call you back w prices. I said just order it, my car is leaking oil so bad. He didnt. He left a message and I worked past their closing time last night. I called this am and he said I called you to let you know what it would cost and if I ordered it last night I could of have it here today. I told him I have said to order it since last week. He proceeds to tell me I can take the car somewhere else because I sound frustrated? Really? Very unprofessional, and I will review them on all social media as racist and homophobic! DO NOT ISE THESE PEOPLE, they are prejudice and homophobic and not reliable!

I took my 2007 Cadillac to this location on multiple occasions to get my catalytic converter replaced. After thou$ands and multiple replacements of that SAME PART, CBA stated that it was a manufacturers defect. CBA corporate refused to take responsibility for this since I brought the vehicle to 2 different locations for the same work. Upon my last attempt to fix ANYTHING wrong with my car and get an OEM converter installed, I was charged the additional hundreds even though CBA received their reimbursement money for the converter from their warranty coverage.The time before the last time I used CBA, I went to retrieve my vehicle, it wasnt running properly. After speaking with management they assured me it was. I drove off and brought the car back immediately. I called the store and stated what was wrong. They said the car was supposed to be fixed and they would have management look at the car to resolve what was wrong. Management called me and stated nothing was wrong. So I made a special trip to CBA. After test driving it with the manager, he stated nothing was wrong. Then I asked to drive the vehicle with a service technician. The technician immediately stated there was a problem with the car, but they wanted additional money to diagnose what was wrong.I could understand wanting diagnostic money if this was the first time there or if I hadnt of already paid substantial monies to get the same problem fixed more than 1/2 dozen times in the past. I drove the vehicle off the lot quite angrily. The car made it almost home. I called a different mechanic to tow and fix the car. The new mechanic stated that the car was drained of oil. He knew this, because he had done my oil change a few weeks prior.Although they are friendly and somewhat knowledgeable, dont be swayed by this, as they are also quite deceptive and have solely THEIR interest in mind, and not the customers. Christian doesnt imply their behavior/religion, it is just a name.
