This was the easiest experience I have EVER had when purchasing a new car, and I have bought quite a few cars over the years. There was no pressure, no hassle, or dragging anything out. I literally test drove the car, asked a few questions, and left to do some research. I contacted Kevin at Carlisle the next morning with a few things, and he was quick to reply. Kevin had my paperwork processed and got the car ready, so when I showed up, I literally spent about 45 minutes at Carlisle signing papers and then learning how to connect my phone and apps which the paperwork took less than 15 minutes. The bulk of the time was spent on making sure I knew all the features of my new 2022 Camaro SS Convertible. What a GREAT feeling to not be worn down at a dealership!
I did not have an appointment and showed up at the service area. I was unaware that you needed an appointment. They offered to squeeze me in if I was able to leave the vehicle. I left it, and within the hour it was finished. They also offered to help with my touch screen, as it was not functioning correctly at times, which the dealership where I purchased it less than a month ago left me hanging. They offered a rental car at no cost, and to fix it as well at not cost to me. They would bill GM. I was very impressed with their professionalism and helpfulness. A great experience.
Looking to update my Buick with a new one. Found this place on internet and communicated by email. Looked like a good dealer to visit. I have had drivers license for 61 years and made many deals. Not my first. Did not feel welcome when we walked in door. We had appointment but he was on vacation. No one seemed to know anything but he said he would leave information for them. First time I ever had to show drivers license to just get my trade appraised, and never offered a test drive. As salesperson kept saying he was new car sales and couldnt help me with a lease as I asked for, the lease person would not come out of office after I asked twice to talk to him. The new car guy kept relaying information between him and me. Out of nowhere, the general sales manager appears. Said before they could give us a deal, we had to do a credit application. Unclear why he was involved. The reason for this first was we have to know you are credit worthy. Just seemed they didnt know or just didnt care. The 1 star was for the email reply. This was our experience, but maybe your experience might be different. UPDATE Appears you cant read either. Your reply does not match my post. Hyundai had no problem with a quote and if my wife had liked the car, I never would have had to deal with your rude employees.
Fast efficient and very pleasant. Took time to not only do a great job, but was looking and checking for any undiscovered for unknown problems that might not be evident at this time.We trust the service department with their advise. They have never oversold or made us doubt a repair. We Love Carilisle.

Only reason for One star is because it won’t allow ZERO stars. Horrible customer service at the service center. To start with had an employee by the name of Mr. Nathan Scott yell at me across the busy service bay with other customers “ if you don’t like it LEAVE ”! Then his fellow friend Mr. Randy Moore came out into the bay (the guy actually supposed to be helping me) came out. I asked for Mr. Scott’s name since I did not know at the time, and was denied. I then asked at least a dozen times to speak with the manager, and was denied that also. Was then told by Mr. Moore “we” could get this taken care of, or I could leave! So I did and drove straight to the sales floor and asked to speak to a manager and got one SWIFTLY. Talking with Mr. Whitegate (believe that’s his name) here comes another manager and Mr. Moore. Basically Mr. Moore called me a liar in-front of his manager’s. Got one issue taken care of, but not the issues about how I was yelled at and denied speaking to manager. After it was confirmed and was told we will have a check for you Monday or Tuesday we will get with you ASAP and that didn’t happen either. Wednesday around noon I decided to drive back up to this “stealership” for I believe the fourth time. Went straight to management Mr. Whitegate, told him the issue and within minutes had my check. Now the service center is saying I was cursing and so on. I can only say they have cameras pull them up. Maybe they’ll do what they need and fire these horrible service employees so they don’t continue to lose business. Also shared my horrible interaction with this dealership on BBB, go figure their NOT a BBB accredited business humm I wonder why.#carslislegmNEVER AGAIN

I brought my truck in for repair as I made the most bonehead mistake and put unleaded gas in my diesel truck. I was worried. Luis in the service department really put me at ease by telling me its a common mistake and really not that big of a deal to fix, although still costly. I expected to be in it $5000 or more and at least 1-2 weeks without my vehicle. I was very relieved at the cost (although still not cheap but better than $5000+). Also, my truck was dropped off at the shop late Sunday night and repairs completed by Tuesday afternoon! Awesome! Very happy and thankful. My prayers were answered! Thank you Luis and the rest of the service department team!
This dealership is a prime example of BAIT AND SWITCH pricing.. On there website they have a 2021 Chevrolet Tahoe Z21 listed for $62890 ( FINAL PRICE) but when called to inquire about it to purchase at that price.. ROB NICHOLS reached out and said no that is not the price it will be $67890 plus Tax.. Why Put the final price on your website to get people in the door and than add additional $5k to the price.. That is GREED . We all know the market is crazy right now that is not what i am having issues with my issue is if the FINAL price is posted it should be honored SIMPLE as that.. I will not recommend anyone to do business with this dealership the OWNWERSHIP management is NOTHING but crooks and GREEDY!!
I went in to have work performed on my pickup and was told by the service department that it would be a week before they could even do the diagnostics to determine what was wrong with it. So I asked if I could make an appointment and bring it back when they were able to look at it so I wouldn’t be strained without a vehicle and he said no, so I elected to not leave it there. That’s ridiculous to leave myself without a vehicle for a week just to be a convenience to them.
Great customer service. There was a small error on their part with my car and they took accountability. Very appreciative of that. Thank you quick and efficient service.

I had my truck taken there for repairs, I was advised by the service writer his tech had found 2 broken belts, and idler pulley was bad cost was gonna be $714.00 which included 3 hours of labor to change pulley and belts. Which my dealer in KY said was a total of 1 hour procedure, but couldn’t get parts. When I sorced the parts and got to the dealership to repair the vehicle all that was wrong was a bolt broken in the idler pulley. We checked the idler, & it was functioning as suppose to. I totally repaired the truck myself in 30 min and used none of the new parts. This is very poor management on the part of Carlie Chevy. How many other people have been ripped off by this dealership
Kevin was very helpful and courteous. We were able to find me a vehicle that I liked even though it didnt have the sunroof that that I desperately wanted. Sadly vehicles are very limited at all dealerships lately because of the chip shortage. But Carlisle has been our go to dealership for many years. The service department is wonderful. We have purchased at least 5 vehicles over the past 10 years for different family members and Kevin is helped us on four now I do believe.
The process was very quick and easy. The individuals that work there know their jobs and treat everyone like family and help in any way.

There was a flat spot on one of the tires. I had had it only 3 days and took it to service dept. No loaner, I will call you back-- these were randys comments. NO call back. I dropped it off ( no loaner) and got a call 2 days later. Nothing was done, same road noise. I went to another dealer (GMC) and they found the flat spot right away. They installed another tire. Problem solved. Now that was great service.

Car max was going thing give me $7300- for a Honda CRV but Carlisle would just give me $6000- few weeks later went and gave the title had mine 2008 Honda crv $15500-I purchased a 2016 Honda Odyssey EX L the test drive thought there was something wrong with the tires. Sales person told me it was the road. I ordered tires from Discount tires had no tred except for the right front. The were off the road type tires. No wondered it was driving off balance. Being a women did not feel the showed me any respect.Went back for touch up and buffing, the guy who does that I guess he didnt want to mess with my Honda he just did touch up paint No sanding or buffing. Disappointed.Told the manager in sale about the tires like I didnt know what I was talking about. The sales person did not know anything about a Honda, he told me he sales Cadillac Buick GMC he didnt know anything about a Honda couldnt tell me anything da couldnt tell me anything would not ask anyone else.....Thought he was rude.I had my Mechanic check in Hurst, TXCheck it out and all the noises.
Oil change, tire rotation, all points check and inspection took only 45 minutes, and all employees were very helpful and courteous, thanks
I’ve been a customer here for about 7 years and I’ve always received what I wanted and how I wanted my salesman Pat and manager Randy and Eddie has been great to me and my family so good til I’m always recommending people to go there. So experience has nothing but great. If not I would have left a long time ago. They also have the fasted finance manager I’ve ever seen he gets you in and out he don’t procrastinate.
Carlisle treats you right! They took great care of me and my 2016 Cadillac SRX. This was my second visit to them and I got an oil change. But they also rotated my tires for free! Very nice Service Department. I would recommend them to everyone.
Although I love my vehicle, I am not enamored with the service I have received. When I inquired about the car the agents emails were short and not indicative of someone selling a vehicle. However, I still went to the dealership the next day and spoke with the manager and told him about the email situation and he asked if I was willing to give him (the sales agent) another chance to which I replied yes. Since my vehicle is black and it was dark I was unaware of the paint imperfections due to it being wrapped in plastic, but they knew and told me about it and that it would be corrected. I purchased the vehicle and unfortunately the person to fix the paint issues was unavailable until the next Wednesday. So with no appointment scheduled just the promise of the issue being corrected, I called to see when I could come in. I was told they were unsure when he would be there. I lost it then and was given to the manager who gave me a time. My husband took the vehicle for the issue to be corrected and it was. However, I have been waiting for a gift card that was to be given to me when I went in whether I purchased or not. I asked the agent, and he said he didnt know anything about that. But when my husband took the car for the buffing, he brought the invitation stating that I would have received it for just coming by. It is now a new year and I have heard nothing, although I called around Thanksgiving and was told I would receive it. I am really over it at this time. They never have to worry about me purchasing from them again. I have never been treated so poorly at dealership where I made a purchase. But I love the car so that is why they got 2 stars.

Salesman was great got a used 2017 Jeep, test drove took it took it home found out 4wd does not work it has 2 different codes popping up, called salesman he tried to help sent me to main service manager which pretty much told me you brought a used car nothing we can do about it! Which I understand that but we drove off the lot and within a hour of trying to figure out how everything works this pops up. They was already closed Saturday so started trying to figure everything out on Monday no one would return my call, until I started calling first thing this morning! Did not buy the warranty they offer because I’ve gotten it twice and it never covers what the issue is, Very disappointed always thought they was a good Car lot, but you are selling these vehicles at 18k you should try and help not pretty much say it’s your problem!

I called the service department on Wed. morning, 3/17/2021 and was told I could bring my pickup in that day or Thursday. I took it in early Thur. March 18. I was told that if it was going to take more than a couple days, Randy would call, and I could come get my pickup. I waited until around 2:00 Friday and called to check on the progress. My call went to Randys voicemail. I left a message asking him to call me. Around 4:00, I called again and it went to his voice mail. I called again and asked Andy to leave Randy a message to call me. No returned calls on Friday. On Monday morning around 8:00, I called and it went to Randys voice mail. I left a message that I had a doctors appt. at 10:00 and needed transportation. No return call, so I called around 9:00, voice mail again. I called and talked with someone else and asked him to give Randy a message. He said he would and also reach out to someone near him to remind him to call me. I cancelled my appt. I called again in the afternoon and left a message that I delivered meals on wheels on Tuesday and needed transportation. Finally, on Monday morning around 11:45, I received a text from Randy telling me that he had sent me an email with the estimated cost to repair. I returned the text stating that I needed the repair done and that I was very unhappy that he had not contacted me when I had called and left messages six (6) times. At 4:39 Monday afternoon, Randy called to say he had a loaner for me. I told him that I would have my wife drop me off on her way to work. Randy needed my insurance information, and I told him that it was in the glove box of my pickup. The loaner car was a very nice vehicle, but the drivers side floor mat was very dirty and the windshield and front windows were very dirty. When I finally got my pickup back late Tuesday afternoon, my insurance information was laying in the front passenger seat instead of putting it back where Randy got it. My pickup was parked out on the west side of the building, and when the man was bringing it to me, he didnt back out far enough and ran over the curb when he pulled forward.My main complaint is the lack of communication. I also sent an email to Kenny Meador and did not hear from him either. All the little things add up and tells me that the company doesnt have any pride for customer care.

Purchases a vehicle from them on 7/03/2020. As of June 2021 we have never received the title. Apparently they took a trade in from a customer that didnt have the title in hand and then they turned around and sold it to us. One excuse after another, its been a year so its time to stop using covid as a excuse.

Had an appointment today to meet with Kevin to test drive a used vehicle. The experience was great and he didn’t pressure me to buy. I didn’t buy the vehicle we went there to see, but I’d definitely consider purchasing from Carlisle when they have another vehicle that meets my needs.
People working the service dept. were super polite. Got me in and out in under 35 minutes. Just needed an oil change but still filled up all the other fluids like windshield washer fluid, brake fluid, and coolant. All for $67.00! Will be coming here from now on for all my vehicle services. TRASH. I bought a beautiful black Silverado to make into a dream truck. I paid Carlisle for upgrade Chevy wheels and tires at the cost of several thousand dollars. I even paid for a full size matching spare.This morning I had a nail in the tire so I went to the dealer to make sure I drove away with the sensor working properly and to make sure I’m okay on recalls. They refused to repair and said, “I understand you bought it here, but it’s not our fault you got a nail.” NEVER AGAIN.

I was a pizza delivery driver who delivered many big orders to your dealership, usually at least $300 orders or higher. I can count on 1 hand how many times you tipped me... I dont have enough hands to count how many times you paid down to the penny, exact change and did NOT tip me. Staff was very helpful and got me in and out with a same day appointment. I am a die hard Chevy fan and am VERY disappointed by Chevrolet. My vehicle is a 2017 Silverado 1500 Z71. In addition to the recall I had fixed, the truck was showing a service steering light. Chevrolet has released several bulletins on this and it is a reprograming issue. But there is no recall notice on it. So I had to pay for the repair. Chevy is making me rethink my loyalty.
I am a cross country driver and had a total brake fluid loss disaster in the morning rush hour traffic ...I called these folks and they had me pull right in the shop and they immediately went to work rebuilding my power brake system and I was back on the road in a few hours and I am just so happy with the whole bunch that works down there!!Just some real attentive and helpful people who are dam good at problem solving on the fly. I recommend this dealership 110%

I was greeted upon arrival and my service requirement verified. I was directed to waiting area and my vehicle was done in no time. All the employees in the service department and the lady who I paid were really super.
I had an oil and filter change and a new battery. when i picked up my car i found the engine check light lit and my oil life at 55%. i went back to your shop and was told the tech forgot to do a reset reset. i wondered what else had he forgot? i left the shop again and about 3 miles away di discovered all my personal settings were gone, apparently he also forgot to put in the memory saver before removing the battery cables? Ive never in my 40 years of doing business with Carlisle given a poor survey (even when they didnt fully tighten oil filter on my ZR! which i returned for you to tighten correctly but this is the last straw.
