Outstanding people. So ready and willing to help. Very refreshing atmosphere, excellent selection of boots. Lots of western wear to choose from as well. Best shopping experience Ive had in a while.

Its a little confusing how the boots/casual shoes are organized. The sizes are all over the place. Makayla was not very helpful and can barely talk. She seems very uncertain, and wont take the lead as a good salesperson should. She definitely needs more training on how to interface with customers.

Had a good experience with jasmine and Fred. Finally some knowledgeable on boots.

This used to be my favorite place but my last experience was horrible. The guy was told to assist us and he never did. He was hiding behind clothing pretending not to see us. But he help the other customers as they walked in. I even told them he never came. I wont be back to this one.

I will never shop at this store again. I bought a pair of jeans for my daughter for her birthday gift. They were the wrong size so I took her to the store to trade them out, turns out they were the right size. I was just confronted at a local dance hall by one of their employees accusing my daughter of stealing the jeans. Completely unprofessional and inexcusable. I will be calling management in the morning about this issue.

A little pricey to me. But overall they were so nice and friendly.

Great location even though their initial business sign was not Boot Barn a few months back. Great staff. Great selection. Great care in ensuring I got exactly what I needed and nothing more. Took time to make sure I was sized correctly for the type of boots I needed and were very kind and prompt to my two boys tagging along.

What can I say other than wow! Brittany and bridgette helped me out big time.Honestly had no idea on sizes for apparel and they were bringing me clothes to try because I didnt have anyone to help talk about outstanding customer service! Outstanding job ladies! And thank you again.

Hated my experience here.Could not get anyone to help for one and two Could not find a size or steel toe. It was like searching for a needle in a haystack. They were all mixed together.You have a section labeled work boots. You have all sizes mixed together and then your non steel toe, steel toe and other styles mixed all together. It was so hard to find anything.Take the time to separate your boots !! Very very sloppy.

Very disappointed that this business is not enforcing the mandatory mask order for Texas during the COVID-19 pandemic. A dozen people, adults and children probably from same family, were in the store without masks and not social distancing. We just left, purchased boots elsewhere.

Love Boot Barn. This has a good selection for a small store. The reason for 4 stars is the fact that it is a very small store compared to most locations. Other than that very happy to have a Boot Barn close.

It has a wide selection of boots, and other cowboy/cowgirl needs, clothing wise.

I was here with a elderly family member who wanted a new pair of boots. We entered the store and did not see even one employee. Only a few customers were in the store.We began our search and found it extremely difficult to find the correct sizes needed. After 25 minutes i finally found a young lady. She obviously must have been new because she didnt have a clue. Then just walked away. We found the boots he wanted. We went to the checkout and was asked if we were helped by anyone. I say a girl was with us a few moments but have little help. A man said just a little! And i responded that we got no real help and what little we did get i had to seal her out. The man who i assume was a manger walked away from me while i was talking ! What horrible customer service ! We wont be back. Management and staff do no care or respect their customers.

The two times both my fiancé and I have gone we’ve had an awful experience. The first time we went in, we were asked towards the end of our visit, as we are walking out, if we needed help. Everyone passed by us and we had to approach them for help, and even then weren’t really helped.The second time, hoping we would get a different experience, we had to approach 3 different people to get an answer... when we finally got an answer, we were directed by finger signal from the front of the store, to the back. As we were checking out, I had two different associates check us out. I mentioned something to the first associate and once more to the second associate, but the second associate failed to listen causing an issue to our account.This store needs to get retrained on customer service and approachability. Any other store would have many associates approaching you rather than you basically begging for help.

If you want round steel toe boots they dont carry them go to cavenders they have them

I have shopped in many boot towns in different locations thos was the worst ever. Jeans were not stocked. They were on carts and jalf on the floor. Store was dark. I was very disappointed because i have always liked boot town. Wont go again.

They have a great selection of boots you going to pay a little bit more for your boot then at other places but that does make this place a specialty store so you should expect to pay a little bit more. If they dont have your size they can order it

Shopping the store online was confusing because of the pricing for the clearance BOGO half off. When you check out one clearance item isnt half off. The second clearance item that should be priced half off is discounted instead with the first clearance item also receiving an additional discount. Convoluted to say the least and customer service couldnt give me a straight answer.

Updated:Originally i had a split experience here and it seems to be an isolated incident.Ive been back twice since. I always spoke well of the manager (a shorter straight talking blonde) just a worker had a bad day i guess. Limited selection since it is a smaller store but they will order anything for you and have it delivered to the store or house.

Staff is not friendly. They have no way of sizing your foot. I was told thats why they let you try on the boot. What shoe store doesnt let you try them on.

They have such a large selection. They had exactly what I needed.
