Oh my gosh I love this place I was there yesterday only thing that I disliked was the first interaction I had with a woman putting boxes on the shelf. I smiled at her twice on two different occasions and just got vibes back of dont bother me so I stayed away from her. Later on I was approached by the nicest, sweetest, young black woman and I loved how kind she was. She was very attentive. Ill definitely go back because I love the shoe selections this place has. Its very clean, very big. Tons of shoes and the prices are great too!!!

Management cussing in front of children. Went to shop for shoes for my daughter, she is in between sizes right now so she tried on several pairs of shoes. We put the boxes back on the shelves, didnt leave anything on the floor and manager comes up and started rudely grabbing boxes placing them on the top shelf, did not say anything to us directly but was on his ear piece phone and said these people making a mess have to clean up their s***. Happened around 4:45 8/9/2021

They do have a pretty good selection of sandals and tennis shoes. Vans and kids shoes but if your looking for a wide selection of heels this isnt it. Which is what I was looking for. Overall though a good place to shop.

Terrible customer service. Guy came over & asked my son to stop touching the shoes & shoe boxes. Then I spent almost $200 on shoes & they just handed me my bag & didn’t say thank you.

Went in for a pair of shoes for work. The customer service was amazing when I was looking for some soles to create more support. The store is clean and well organized. Displays are easy to read and visible.

Couldnt find womens over size 8 sneakers😳 not much selection at all

Well it’s a shoe store like any other but the people there aren’t helping it. When walking in they were talking about how annoying it was to work there out loud to hear halfway across the room. Who looked to be the manager made fun of me for trying on “too many shoes” to his coworkers out loud again. I didn’t take it personal but definitely not the best shopping experience. one of the worst

Went there for the first time and was made to wait until 5 minutes after 10. Manger opened the door and locked it in front of me twice and never said hi or acknowledged me at all. Shopped around and when I left there was no employees in sight anywhere in the store. Incredibly rude.

I will not recommend this store to anyone, we stop at this store to get shoes for the kids. First they dont have good varieties of shoes and the worst is the service we ask for help to find a different size but the person said to us (whatever you see is what we have) with an attitude and keep going. We ended ordering shoes online. I highly doubt that we are going back to this store.

Poor customer service, not on general but in specific the lady that was fixing the Crocs table, she was rude and showed zero customer service and care.Me and my kids, placed the merchandise back got out of the store, and went to o Academy.

1/25/2021 * Horrible customer service and manager was the WORST. Her and the staff are trained to say hello but not much else. Manager looked like she wanted to fight and was annoyed when I asked for help. I had to make 2 trips to this store today and completely ignored both times. Second trip I had my 11 year old son and he even noticed asking mom, why wont they talk to you. I plan to call and report them to corporate as well hoping to get these guys an attitude adjustment. I even went as far to tell one of the girls helping me that their customer service was horrible today. Of course she did not care to respond 🙄

Ive have bought shoes in this store many times, but not after today. I walked in and was being watched like I was going to steal some shoes by a man in his 40s the whole time I was in there. Im a well dressed and work hard for my money and not afraid to spend it but wont in a place that looks at you as a thief. I dont know if he was security or management but this is NO WAY to treat customers

The young girl working the checkout was rude and dismissive. It started when I was asked to verify my Shoe Perks Member information was correct and before I could click no so I could change my email she reached over and touched that everything was correct, then when it asked how I wanted my receipt she reached over and selected paper and email without giving me a chance to choose and the email was wrong because she wouldnt let me correct it earlier. When I told her I didnt want it emailed she said it didnt matter. Then when I walked out the door alarm went off because she did not remove the security tag from my ONE pair of shoes. I will NEVER be back to this location ever again.

The employees at the Waxahachie store are garbage. They are unbelievably rude and hateful. My kids (7&9) were with me, and they were shocked at how rude they were. Shoe Carnival has lost my business forever because of today.

Oh my Goodness a show place after my own heart .we visit the one in Oakcliff and I never get the treatment I got on 8/11/19 in Waxahachie this team was awesome they were busy professional and friendly even the manager Kareem was working hard he help me personally and did a great job

This is the worse store I have ever been to.They were out of the shoes we needed in the store, but told us we could do an online purchase with them and we would have the shoes in 3 to 5 days. Will that didnt happen we are on day 10 and still no shoes, which we have to have for school. I contacted the corporate office and they told me the store is not suppose to tell customers 3 to 5 days. They said there is no guarantee when the shoes will come. So I contacted the store manager at this store he told me it wasn’t his problem and HUNG up on me. RUDEST person I have ever dealt with. I will be buying the shoes someplace else and returning these shoes once they finally get here to this store. I will never purchase anything from Shoe Carnival again I dont care what the price is!!! I must say the store in Waxahachie TExas has left a bad memory in my mind. Customer service is horrible by the manager!!!He should be terminated immediately!!!

No one watched over my shoulder as I looked at their stock but were readily available when I had a question. I think they are more expensive than other shoe retailers but they do have a large selection.
