Oh my gosh have you tried this. It is such a simple idea and fun to watch but beyond the novelty this is so good. They use really fresh ingredients and you can tell in the taste. Its not a fast process if there is a line. Worth the wait. Yes it is just ice cream but oh my. So many choices. They will make it your way. So stop in and try it.

Enjoyed the many flavors of rolled ice cream. Definitely a place to have a nice desert. I got the red velvet cake ice cream topped with chocolate and whipped cream, wow it was unreal flavor. The cups are huge so definitely recommend sharing with someone unless your starving and can eat a whole cup.Will be coming again, looking forward to trying other flavors on the menu. 😁

Place has shut down, but honestly there are better rolled ice cream places. Check out Iceland in Arlington if youre ever in that area instead!

The ice cream is good and its fun for the kids to watch them roll it. But, its pricey and takes a while to make so the line is usually long. My kid always asks to go but I hate spending $7 on a bowl of ice cream hell eat half of, cause they only have one size.

The ice cream was good but my concern is the cleanliness of the cold area the ice cream is made on. There were a lot of remnants from those before me left on the sides of the cold area. That was fine for me because I do not have any allergies but there was chocolate in my ice cream when there shouldn’t have been. I got the Strawberry Cheesecake.I think it’s a great thing to have, but like any new business they’ve got some tweaking to do.I would go back. :)

This place is great. They have many flavor combinations to choose from and its very cool to watch them make it. When I went in it was a Thursday afternoon so I was the only one there, but the worker greeted me and gave me time to decide. Even had a nice conversation with him asking about the area because I was just driving through. $7 a cup, but thats average for any rolled ice cream spot.

Customer service is ridiculous, not one employee smiled as I stood in line for about 20 minutes as there was only one person working, even though there were more employees there, and it was one family ahead of us getting several cups each process takes about 3-5 minutes each so for 3 cups is 15 minutes and mind you there is more people behind us as well..... Honestly not worth the wait roll ice cream is pretty but flavors are blan not sweet at all..... I rather take a drive to Parks Mall in Arlington and get there rolled ice cream customer service is way better and they will entertain while they make it.Dont want to drive go to Marble Slab better atmosphere and better tasting ice cream.... Get all the topping you want to.

Line was a little long and music was loud but had a lovely young lady help me out and understand the process to it. overall experience was great! I would come back. keep up the good work staff!

Really cool concept! Tastes fine, but you are definitely paying for the experience. 14 bucks for two people?!? Service was well below average. I probably wont be back. Of the four guys working, not one of them smiled....once! They all looked miserable. No thank you or anything. Lots of fun to watch, decent ice cream, terrible service.

Tonight was my first time coming here. Good service and good ice cream! The ordering process is simple and efficient. The two young men working did a very good job. I would recommend this place.

Pretty neat place! They were busy when we went, but got through at a reasonable time. I got the espresso flavor and it was great!

Came in awhile back with my kids and they seemed to enjoy it! A girl and a gentleman wearing a bandanna made our ice cream and were very friendly. it was cool seeing the workers draw on the ice cream and roll it up! will definitely be coming back soon!

I was craving this tonight, drove 10+ mi to get there. Hours say open till 10 pm on Sunday night, got there at 8:55 and lights off, not a soul in sight. Seriously?! Update your hours so we dont waste time driving from a different town to find your closed. Dont even have hrs posted on store and phone # has voicemail not set up. Beyond disappointed!

15 people in line ordering ice cream and one employee working.... Not being fair to your staff members! Please consider fixing this issue the ice cream is fantastic but the wait and the way you were treating your employee is not acceptable. (4 p.m. on a Friday evening)

Already been a couple times sharing this place with friends. Great ice cream and the staff there is working hard to make it happen. Both times I tried different things and it is all great. Step out and try Macys Matcha, it was very good.

This place is great! The ice cream is delicious! The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars is because they could have turned the music down to where the people making the ice cream could hear you. You literally had to almost yell your order to them on top of everyone else talking loudly because no one can hear each other.

The ice cream is good, a bit expensive but you kind of expect that going into those type places over Braums. The service though, was lacking because the employees friends were there and their very boring conversation was more important than greeting us or even acknowledging us for 5 minutes. We were very close to just leaving. If my daughter wasnt so excited about trying it out, we would have. It was our first time there so it would have been helpful to have them promote some flavors or explain how it works. Overall the icecream was plenty and delicious, just need to work on people skills.

Annndddd... so they were supposed to open at 12:30, right? We get there at about 12:33...go to walk in and the door is locked....theres a couple people walking around inside... one guy unlocks the door, sticks his head out and says that they cannot open because theyre waiting for someone... now we dont know who theyre waiting for or why but we waited about 30 minutes and they still didnt open...another couple people show, up a little girl and her mom, but the employees are all in the back, hiding...they wouldnt answer the phone either... so we didnt get to eat any ice cream from there today...and we might not ever come back because thats just really bad customer service. It is. *sigh*UPDATE: Just called to ask if the one capable person had showed up so that they could actually serve people now, and got an extremely apathetic answer as well as seemed utterly unconcerned if we were going to be coming back...which we wont...EVER.

Its good, but a little too expensive in my opinion. Inside decor kinda bland looking. Need a more professional chalk artist f or menu board,. Guys working there were great, friendly and personable.

I’m part of a biracial family. We walked in on 9/30 at 7:30. I was interacting with my brother and stepmom. My dad was sitting down and as he usually does he observes what is going on around him, he observed how the workers were working very slowly so that they wouldn’t be the next one to serve the mixed family. One of the workers kept making eye contact and cutting his eyes at my dad. As I was next in line they did not call me up. They then started to look like they were talking about us. My dad said let’s go, as we left they started to laugh at as. I would never be going back

Fresh ice cream make in front of you, you don’t need to worry about nothing you don’t know what’s make of, I try different kinds two times,and both tastes very delicious! I will bring my friend back to this place again!

For starters, the customer service was terrible. Usually I can handle inadequate customer service, but this was the epitome of awful service. The front cashier, specifically the girl, was very rude and seemed as though she had no intentions of serving my friend and I. Not to mention, the ice cream was sub par. Visit at your own risk.

Im part of a biracial family went in and the high school students were looking at my family in a strange way they were moving slowly so they dont get to be the next one to sever the mixed family . So we left and we were about to back and ask for the major but we saw that everyone had left and the kids working there was just laughing and nobody was there in this nice good place.If the boss is reading this there was a kid that had a head band on and had blonde hair so if the boss reads this please talk to these kids working to night on September 30th and the time was near 7:30.
