The customer service at this store is unbelievable Matthew assisted us with the selection of our colour and our trim . They were short on many of the items in their store due to the supply chain issues in the in the nation. Matthew was able to come through for us and helped us select a similar product that was higher value and we still came under budget.

The sales associate had a less than welcoming presence, presented an air of not caring whether she or you as a customer were in the store. I informed her that I was purchasing paint for painters who had purchased paint the day before at Sherwin Williams for our job—she charged me retail price rather than contractor price and reluctantly credited my ccard for the incorrect amount and then charged me the contractor price. I obviously don’t have any insight into her basic personality or what she might be dealing with in her personal life.
