Good place to come shop in. They have just about every tool, material or appliances needed to do a job. The only thing I did not like is the lack of knowledge employees have on certain things you need when looking for them. The employees could greet and ask if they can help you with anything. But they rather walk around and act busy. Other than that great place to find all your home and company needs. I gave it a 3 🌟rating due to employees need to be retrained or have more knowledge on products in the store.

Couldnt find what I wanted, but I had 3 staff helping. Then a 4 staff helped because it was on-line. 11,000 posable items but I didnt have the right search numbers. Store was slammed and each of them asked if I needed help as I wondered around lost. What makes a great store is staff like this, A-1

This store has horrible customer service. Stood in line for almost 20 min waiting to checkout at the lumber department. Lady at the customer service department kept coming over and grabbing the person behind me to check them out! I told her are we not next in line?! She responded it was rules that she grab the 3rd person in-line to check them out. She then said but I will check you out next if you like?? Then grabbed the third person in line and checked them out!! Horrible service!!

I had major service call on my hands for this nice couple who had lost power half their house I was real uptight because of the time of day the pro desk was closed so I went to the returns department and met Chelsea who blew me away with their diligence and ability to multitask under pressure! Swan electric plumbing heating and air do appreciate employees such as her!

We bought a TX Star door and storm door at Home Depot. We also paid for installation. They were scheduled to install the door on Wed. Sept. 8th but then called that morning to tell us the door we bought had been sold and they didnt have a door. We have been waiting since for Home Depot to get another door. Yesterday, Sept. 17th my husband received an email telling us the door had been installed. If a door was installed it wasnt at my house. We want some answers but now were being told we have to wait until Monday. Im calling the District Manager because this is fraud.

The service was very helpful for getting new keys to getting paint everyone was really helpful

Be sure to check your gift cards, either by receipt or run it at a register to be sure. We got a 150 card for our neighbor at this location 6 months ago. He finally used it today and it had 2 dollars on it. Only thing I can think of was the girl he gave us the card only put 2 dollars on it. My fault for not checking. Busted eye socket next time.

The Waxahachie home depot has horrible customer service. Ive dealt with them a few times this year already and every time I am left extremely frustrated. They are rude and uncooperative. They act as if they do not need your business. So I will be going to Lowes from now on. They have now lost my business and I will make sure I tell all friends and family to stay away from the Waxahachie home depot and use the Lowes across the street.

Shorter Hispanic or Latino person in Lawn and Garden is very rude and argumentative. If they werent the only store with what I wanted I would have left then and there. Older gentleman in tool rentals is easy to work with.Make sure to register your product or you can lose your warrantee. No one told me that, I just noticed I was never asked any additional information. 8 years is a long time to depend on a receipt only.

Left me high and dry on refrigerator, I take care of my father who has Alzheimer’s we just moved into a new house. I put the order in for a new refrigerator since my father doesn’t leave the house he definitely needs one. They screwed up my order, told me that we would have to go without a fridge for a week and to screw off.

Went in to purchase a dishwasher. Waited 30 min before i could find someone to help me. Then the dishwasher i wanted they have a display but said they were out of stock and could not even order it. So we looked at other options with the same result. They blamed it on the china not shipping parts to build dishwashers. Lol, when will it end

You can wait five years in here before someone will offer you help to find something.

I like this home Depot for the most part. Ive had decent luck getting help from sales people. I forgot my mask today and no one tried to throw me out. Theyre also dog friendly. I took my current foster dog with me. She had a great time. And most important of all, they had what I needed.

Dont offer Curbside Pickup on your website and keep your customers waiting on an email for it to be ready. Everything I ordered was in stock at this location, but when I called (6 HOURS LATER) asking if it was ready yet - I get this : If you want to come grab everything yourself, Ill print you off a receipt of your online order and then you wont have to wait.Ive never had much help from their employees, Lumber Yard ALWAYS has a long wait for check out, and apparently only one employee knows how to operate the forklift. I stopped going to Lowes because of the neglect for customers, Ill take my money to McCoys next time.

Racially profiled by Cashier With a name tag “Candy”. I showed her my receipt of payment that I made in the flooring department and she kept looking at the first page that said balance due. I requested her to look at the second page which showed the entire receipt and paid amount. She kept telling me that there was a balance due and would not except the fact that the receipt was attached.She went to another cashier and they explained to her that the receipt was attached, but she kept saying that there was a balance due, as though I was attempting to steal 28 cases of flooring.The other cashier looked at her and told her that she did not know what else to tell her, the items were paid for. Candy looked at me then back at the cashier and through her hands up to say, you take care of it!The lead cashier apologized and asked if someone could help me to my car, but I was too stun and in disbelief as to what just happened to me. I could not return the product because I had already laid down 55 boxes of the same flooring and the product is on close out. I feel like home depot just got away with treating me wrong and there’s nothing to be done about it.

Good service explained how a lot of the things are used and what theyre used for my family has been coming here for years and have never hated the employees.

These people must not get paid well because every single employee at every single location seems to be miserable and they project that in their service!

Customer service is horrible. Text option is a joke. Ordered online on April 10. Was suppose to be delivered last week. Have been calling daily and wasting my time. No one knows where the order is, when it should arrive but they were quick to take out the payment. I am currently on hold with their contact center for the second time this morning since the first ‘customer service’ agent answered, talked to me for 2 minutes then left me on hold for over an hour just to come back on the line and hang up on me. Her name was ‘Kathy’

One of the best Home Depots on the metroplex. Large and usually always fully stocked. Rarely have a problem finding what I need. Thier paint department and pro cashiers are top notch as well.

Just learned today that appliances are not kept in store anymore, when a family needs to purchase a new dryer, they want it that day not 2 weeks from then,very disappointing that even paying the full cost on the spot and ready to leave with a product right then doesnt mean that you will get the product now,,,and the employee had a bad attitude and was rude from the greeting to the act of us just shaking our head and walking away and choosing to make our purchase elswhere

The gentleman manning the Self Checkouts was quite helpful. They did not have the hex bolts I wanted, so I had to substitute.

Mr Richard in the doors department was very very helpful. For the first time somebody in this place was well prepared and well knowledgeable of their job an the store.

Tool rental area does NOT! comply with Texas Corona virus mandate. Witnessed several customers serviced by employees without so much as a request to put on a mask. The older employee barely wore his, moreless an ornament. When I inquired why they werent following guidelines, I was told they didnt want a confrontation. Home Depot does NOT care about ALL of its customers. I was protecting others, why wasnt I protected? Shame on YOU Home Depot!

Rented tool. Pick up, process and return all went smooth. Bill was $10 more than original quote...why? Store charged me ten dollars for damage insurance. I informed clerk that I had not authorized this fee, nor was I even advised about this fee when I originally checked out the tool. Clerk would not remove fee. Totally unacceptable business decision on their part. They lost a customer for a lousy ten dollars. Beware.

Only using 1 star so I can write a review.We purchased some tile, when we opened the box it was very obvious that this tile had been used. When we called the store to see if we could exchange the manager told us he could not help us at all. Great job guys.
