They were ready for me when I arrived for my appointment. Had a nice loaner. They were able to look into a few things I added last minute. Car was ready when promised. Delightful Service Advisor and staff. I actually enjoyed the (short time) I was at the dealership. Great experience all around.

I cant say enough good things about this place. The staff were attentive and actually happy to take time out of their day to walk me through each car they had in detail. Given that I wasnt actually a potential buyer, just stopping to look at some of the best cars in the world, I was amazed at how eager the staff were just to talk to me. In particular, Richard Geremia, the General Manager of the whole place, was just wonderful.In addition to the staff, they carry the best of the best that the automotive industry has to offer. If you want the best cars in the world, go to the best dealership in the world. This place will not let you down in any regard. Possibly the best experience Ive ever had at any place of business.

I recently visited Rolls Royce Motorcars of New England, and was very satisfied with my visit. I was greeted by salesman Louis Forte. I had gone in to look at the inventory to see if there was anything I would want. Lou was very helpful in this process, as he walked me through the whole inventory. Although I didnt purchase anything from them that day, I would most certainly go back to them when I do. For anyone looking for a Rolls Royce, I highly recommend stopping by RR New England FIRST!

Hello,I came in the other day with my son to look at the Rolls Royce. We were met by Joyce who greeted us warmly and professionally. She showed us the Rolls Royce Wraith which was amazing with the star light headliner and the umbrella in the door- we absolutely loved it. She gave us a lot of information about the car and shared her expertise about the Rolls Royce brand. Thank you for making it a great trip. We plan to be back again.

Salesmen were very friendly and informative. The cars in the showroom were amazing, we were able to check them out and sit inside them. Overall it was a great experience, well worth the 40 minute drive.

I went in with my mother to look at Rolls Royces and Bentleys and Joyce greeted us and showed us around the showroom and outside the lot. She was very helpful, funny, and pleasant to speak with. I would recommend anyone interested in buying these cars to talk with Joyce.-she was great!

Just want to say that this is a business that gets it! From the moment we entered we were greeted by mr. Joshua Love in the warmest most welcoming way. When I indicated we were thereonly for service on Steves Rolls and not to purchase anything, Joshuas pleasantness did not diminish. In fact, he said thats ok ... I can unlock somecars and your welcome to look them over. Then Josh brought us to the coffee area and poured for each of us.We left for most of the day but when we returned Josha met us again and inquired as to how the day went for us.We both feel we have made two friends..... The Herb Chambers team as a whole ( amazing) and in particular Joshua Love. Cant wait for a need to visit again!
