$31.22 in parts, $165.80 in labor and miscellaneous charges to fix a power washer. No way labor was 90 minutes unless he went to The Chat for a burger on my time. I will not return to this business.

I tried to go to this local business today and make a large purchase based on their Facebook advertisement. I went into the store and was told that the advertisement was just to “stir interest” and he would not sell me the item for the advertised price. I bought a very old and heavily used Scag walk behind mower. Wouldnt run, but was solid otherwise and the price was right. I walked in for a consultation which was freely provided. They recommended just replacing the carburetor. I did that. The mower ran a couple times then failed to run again. I went back, they gave me some tips to try, which didnt work. So I had them pick it up and run a service on it. The service took overnight, but they got it to run and called me with a full report on the entire machine. Its a good machine for the semi-retirement Ill give it, just using it for my own yard. The cost was well under $200 including pickup and delivery. The entire staff was extremely nice, helpful, professional, and didnt try to rake me over the coals financially. I was very impressed, which led me to write this review. I very much recommend having your equipment serviced there and if you are looking for a professional grade machine for yourself or your business, I honestly believe you cant and wont find a better place to do business. Im glad people like this still exist. Thank you!

I was only there to drop off my leaf blower for a recall. They have a big product selection, They also carry VP fuels premix, i will be making more visits here for this.

Wayland Power & Equipmt are great. I had a recurring problem with my snowblower and they diagnosed it and fixed it at a reasonable price. They do great work there.

I own a landscape company and if I need a piece of equipment or a repair the guys at Wayland power is where I Go. Bill in sales is very knowledgeable and experience to get the job down.

I am treated with respect and patience by the folks at Wayland Power. This is not always the case when a lone woman appears at a place with Power Equipment in the name. I had trouble adapting to different controls on an new Ariens model (the second Ive bought from them) and they talked me through starting it over the phone. Easy peasy.

Just had my riding lawn mower in for some yearly maintenance, and am really happy with the whole process. Great local team, keep up the good work

I will Never Do business there again

The salesman was very a tented to listen for my needs and directing the right power equipment that will suit my need..the prizes was the Lowes around great place to go..will be back.

I would advise against using Wayland. Took a lawn tractor and a snow blower to them. The lawn tractor they admit was misdiagnosed despite what I had told them and the snow blower I believe is also wrong but have not had time yet to prove. Needless to say neither are fixed and for $150 both were delivered back to me when I was not going to be home despite my telling them not to and sat in my driveway outside and for anyone to take for the entire long weekend.

These fellows fixed my Ariens sigle path pro, had it back in about a week later. Great job. Just got my new Ariens Two Stage Classic a few weeks ago and was delivered last week, Ron was awesome, Bill very good and knows his stuff. It so happens I work at Roche Bros in Natick and his wife Kim I see with a Wayland Power Equipment sweatshirt on told me he works there and my coworker knows her as well. Great family business and hope are around many more years to come. :-)

These guys have fixed my Airens snowblower a couple of times. They pick up and return for a fee. Its a reasonable fee. One time they missed repairing something in my snowblower and they picked up, repaired, and returned my snowblower at No Charge.In my book.... that is good customer service.

The team fixed my DR chipper, replaced engine and shipped it to my front door. On time, quality work as promised, very nice job!

Avoid. My lawnmower repair was double the original estimate even though the diagnosis didnt change. They were inefficient and slow getting the work done.
