AVOID service appointments! I made an appointment for an issue thats almost certainly covered by the warranty and a couple of recalls. The closest appointment was in a week. When I came for the appointment, I was informed that they can do the recalls the next day, but to diagnose the main problem Ill have to LEAVE THE CAR THERE FOR A MONTH. Unfortunately, no loaner cars are available either. They knew at the time I was scheduling an appointment that they were so backed up, but I guess it wasnt important enough to mention. Talking to the manager didnt help, theres just nothing they can do because they are short staffed and Hyundai is having so many issues.

AVOID THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT.Completely unprofessional staff. Had my vehicle diagnosed and serviced there, but continued having issues with my car. Tried to get an additional repair covered under warranty/goodwill, but the service department ignored my calls and ignored my emails for weeks. When I finally did get an assistant manager on the phone, I only got non-answers and assurances that he would look into it, but never got a response.I had to get Hyundai Customer Care involved before the Service Dept agreed to take any action -- but I still have no explanation on why the they dragged their feet for weeks and ignored my emails and calls.Never, ever coming to this dealership (or their affiliates) ever again and will be telling my friends and family to avoid at all costs.

Disgusted with the service I just got over the phone. They said I can’t get serviced here because I didn’t purchase my vehicle from this location. Seriously?? I have never been treated like that in my life. Stay away!! So rude and unprofessional!

Oh my gosh the best place ever. Did not try to push any kind of service I didnt need. Michele Martin was wonderful and helpful. She gave me a length of time it would take on service and it was done in that time.. Thank you so much....

I can’t speak highly enough, about the team of people they have here. They are consummate professionals in and out. I have never purchased a car here so I can’t see past that point. However, I wanted to avoid the garbage fire that is Hyundai in Bloomfield.Seeing as I Initially brought my Sonata in for servicing a recall in Bloomfield, which was the ECU update that rolled out sometime ago. Now that update is important because it stops your car from catching fire as there was a faulty run of manufactured engines from a plant in Alabama dating back some years now. That defect was a poorly machined crankcase that left metal shavings that worked their way into the lines. Mine was the 2012 series affected with the 2.0 turbo so essentially produced late 2011. It is an update to the knock sensor which prevents the engine from catching fire. This is important because it will save you from totaling out your car. With a new engine you essentially have a brand new car given who drove it.Pardon me as I digress. When I brought her to Bloomfield to service the update service told me that the mechanic said I needed a new timing belt. To be quite honest it didn’t need it yet because I know my car and I know the work their trying to perform. It didn’t need it just yet but I figured why not get it out-of-the-way now. So you’re a professional mechanic and you mean to tell me that you were in there taking off my timing belt and couldn’t tell that I had a faulty tensioner? He sold me the timing belt and two days later in Jersey City it’s snapped off. Of course work is warrantied so the new timing belt was free plus the additional work but I paid for a new tensioner And that label.Mostly the reason they’re subhuman-miscreant scumbags in Bloomfield is because they were well aware at that time two years ago that it was going to be replaced at some point anyway laid out in the class action lawsuit that was leveled against Hyundai for deceptive practices. So you’re selling work that doesn’t need to be done full well knowing I’ll be back so you’re cutting the cost of the free work you have to do because you’re improperly manufacturing the car in the first place. Stay away from Hyundai Bloomfield and their deceptive practices - shame on them. Go to Wayne. I don’t care how far you have to go out of the way but come here because they do the work right the first time.When I’m ready for my fully loaded Stinger I’m only purchasing it through these guys. Bloomfield can lick my scrum.

Went there for simple service. People who take your car at the garage door lost my keys.I stood there for 20 minutes they told me they did everything to locate them that I see them on their key pegboard. On the other end of the scale service advisor Anthony was awesome. Anthony was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional.

The quality of service here is amazing. The people who work here are great. I spent the best most comfortable 2 hours waiting for my car, but it was so relaxing and I enjoyed some complimentary tea and donuts. In a nice waiting area with comfy leather chairs and tv to watch. It was bustling with people now I know why, its the fantastic service duh lol. I will definitely go back, and I recommend it to everyone!

3 week wait to get a 15 minute oil change - I’ll be up to 8000 miles by that point. What good is the free oil changes for life, if you can’t get one in a timely manner.

I had a problem with my last service and I came back to this place. As soon as I got there, I wanted to speak to the manager. Nicholas DiPiano was the person who took care of me! He is amazing! He made sure that my issue is solved and did it really fast! I recommend this place because of its good managers!

I am very disappointed with the Hyundai service at Wayne Mazda. It always takes weeks in advance to get an appointment. For an oil change, you have to wait between 3 to 3 1/2 hours even though the service representatives tell you that it will take between 1 to 1 1/2 hours. They tell you they will do a car wash but they never really vacuum the inside and they just wet the floor mats. Also the service representatives don’t really answer your questions about your concerns and they just blame Hyundai.

Purchased my Hyundai October 2018 from Wayne Hyundai, brought it in for service Febuary 2019, needs a new engine just a few months after purchase. I have no loaner vehicle, was offered a courtesy of being dropped off at an enterprise to rent my own vehicle while I wait on the warranty work -- I purchased the extended warranty. I have no car, pay monthly payments, and will be without a car for at least another month it looks like -- if Im lucky. The warranty claims to cover loaners, but 2 months in I dont have a car to drive and Im still waiting for parts for my car. I wish I would have never stepped foot in Wayne Hyundai or Wayne Mazda. I wish I still had my 2008 Nissan Altima. The service manager Nick told me multiple times that me not having a car to drive isnt his problem. So here I am paying car payments for a car that has been sitting at Wayne Hyundai Service Center for months and I dont have a car to drive. Dont buy a car from any of the Wayne Automall car dealerships and by all means never buy a warranty from them. My biggest car buying regret and worst customer service experience by far.

Horrible service ! I go in to find out why my trunk keeps popping open they hit the back of my car! Never truly found out what was wrong with my car because they were just focus on fixing their mess up! Reps were rude and didnt seem to care about my needs . I spent too much money on my baby to be treated like this ! After lease is up thinking about parting ways and getting a whole new brand of car ... beware of this place!

Have been to this dealer for the last three sch maint in my 2008 sonata. Tried to perform work that was not required and did not have required parts. They also over charge. Fuel filter $46. List at $29. I will not be going back
