Walked into this dealership to perform standard service on my vehicle. Crossed paths with Kenneth at the service department. Ken was super helpful and made sure every single issue with my vehicle was outlined and addressed accordingly. Wasnt expecting to spend almost $4k but it was all worthy at the end. My car feels like brand new again. My advice would be to reserve a loaner even if you think you wont need one. Luckily for me, they had one available because a 5.5 job ended up turning into a almost one week project.

I leased two BMWs from Tony Herrera in 15 and 18. Both experiences were great and he was professional and fair. A few months ago, when it was time to return and potentially lease another, his behavior and attitude had changed dramatically. I was fully aware that prices have gone up since the pandemic, but I was shocked at what he said: The price of lumber has gone up. A case of Corona beer has even gone up by $12 since last summer. An increase of $100/month definitely wouldnt change my lifestyle. I was speechless at being insulted. I respectfully and quietly left the dealership disappointed that for the first time in almost 2 decades, I wouldnt own a 3 Series. I filled out customer service surveys to share my experience and emailed the general manager Fernando but no response. Perhaps this location no longer cares about its customers like it used to. They have my contact information but I hope someone tells Tony that Im not a car salesman who drinks Corona.

David Guzman is such an asset to BMW. He was very pleasant, professional, respectful especially to my dad and so patient with us. He didn’t treat us as clients to add to his number of sales, but as a member of the BMW family. It sounds cliché, but in this instance it’s true. Ask for him by name and you’ll see.

Paid for multiple warranties. The axiom rim and tire warranty has been used twice thus far. The rims come back in good shape but every time I bring it to PM BMW something else ends up wrong with the car when it didn’t have the issue prior to arriving. For example, the rims are mounted and balanced and then when I get the car back the wheel alignment is way off. Go figure wheel alignment isn’t in the axiom warranty and obviously PM BMW wants to make the $ for the alignment (wheel alignment estimate is at least twice as much the cost compared to local mechanic) since they didn’t make it for the rims.Staff isn’t friendly and do nothing to make the customer happy.Won’t buy from PM ever again.

Arrived at dealership today for service on my 2020 X5. I’ve had a BMW company car for the past 7 years and always had it serviced here. Today, upon dropping off my company car, Dealership refused to work with outside vendor (Wheels) for payment for service on my company car (I have no option has to be done this way). Never had this problem before at this dealership. I am a long time customer. I e also purchased and serviced all of my other owned bmws there as well. Also currently in the market for a new M4 convertible in September. Funny, but BMW in Ramsey was more than happy to get me in next week. BMW Ramsey just got a new customer.

PM BMW encouraged me to have my Airbag Recall serviced in my driveway, and I had a 9:30 AM appointment. No one showed up at 9:30. At 10 AM I got a call from PM BMW telling me they were running late. I knew that at 9:30. PM BMW said the mechanic was about to leave and would be at my house shortly. I live 20 minutes away. Almost an hour passed before they called again to advise me that they were short handed and no one would be showing up at all. I declined to reschedule with this unprofessional, inept dealership. The service manager should have known they were shorthanded by 8 AM or earlier. Thats when they should have called to reschedule. I wouldnt have minded. That would have been professional, and given me an opportunity to reshuffle my day.No one ever offered an apology. This is PM BMW at their best. The next day I received an automated thank you email from the General Manager thanking me for bringing my car to PM BMW for servicing. So service must have listed my appointment as successfully completed. Perhaps it was let your children run the business day at PM BMW. Ive been abbreviating the dealer name as PM BMW, and realized an accurate and alternative interpretation. POORLY MANAGED BMW. I will obviously not go back, and Id advise other BMW owners to avoid PM BMW Service.

Overall experience at this place has been extremely pleasant. The people here are knowledgeable. They did not push on anything and were keen and observant in the requirements and given the best they can. Few improvements that I will look from them though was, my brand new car has been driven 110 miles before I received it. The quick training to use voice control in BMW has covered few features that were not available. I had a great experience with the young lady who did the preliminary inspection on my car. The gentleman who greeted me said they could not assist me without an appointment, but the young lady overheard and walked over and said “you’re here, I’m here, I’m not going to send you away.” That made a brief frustrating moment feel a lot better for me. she was very thorough and helpful in answering every question I had.

Nice and friendly dealership. I was looking for a 2020 X3 but this dealership offered me a 2021 X3 at a surprising price than other dealerships. Other dealerships are not even interested in selling the 2021 cars as they want to sell all the 2020 inventory first. Salesman David Guzman is really good and very patient. He offered me the best deal.

I am very disappointed with the work that was done to my car I asked him three times to fix my headlight I got my car back with the headlight still in the cupholder and headlight not replaced smh🤦‍♂️ My car is also a lot louder than when I first dropped it off I wish I never brought it in for recall

The team at Paul Miller in key positions, are great. As a prior owner, I depend on Ken the Service Manager and his staff like Denice. In the Sales office, always a stressful give and take, Leo and Brittany were fantastic. Brittany has many years of experience to lean on and yet maintains enthusiasm and was a solid advisor. Also, one car was for my children and she set up the showroom with a balloon for them and we had great fun as a result! Rob the last stop when you have to settle the finances, is also experienced and very thorough. And Patrick met with us all and went over our cars and was a positive and fun last stop on our car buying journey. The only ding, is that many of the staff is not wearing a mask or wearing it improperly, which at this time, makes spread a concern. In a public facing business, it is not an option at this time. Overall, a great experience!

Buying cars were always dreadful for me except this time. Tony gave us a fair deal & he made the process easy. The car was handed off with ease & pleasure. I submitted a online build sheet for my BMW to Paul Miller BMW. Carl Hackney, contacted me and told me they had a similar trim on the lot. I came in to see and test drive the vehicle. Carl, had the car and keys ready to go. Carl was attentive, informative, answered my questions and concerns, has a great work attitude. After test driving the car we sat down and began to talk numbers. Carl and the Sales manager Ryan worked out a fantastic deal for me. Although the vehicle had a different trim than I wanted, Carl told me if I wanted to order that particular trim they would still honor the negotiated price. At the end of the day I was satisfied with taking with the offer they gave me and purchased the vehicle. The next thing I dreaded was the finance process. I have bought and financed many cars and every time I step foot in finance it’s pressure to buy extended warranty. What’s different at Paul Miller Bmw? I walked into the finance office Rob began my paperwork explained everything to me, he kept the extended warranty for last, he thoroughly went through the extended warranty and asked me if there was anything I was interested in? I was up front and honest with Rob and declined. Rob was ok with that and did not try and pressure me to buy anything. I was in an out of finance in 5 minutes. Carl sat me down in my new car, took the time out to show and explain to me every function and feature the car had and how to use it. My overall experience at Paul Miller BMW was 10/10. This is how it should be done at every dealership. Note* I drove over an hour from where I live to come to Paul Miller BMW to experience the Paul Miller difference. I do not regret it.
