Based on the positive reviews, I visited this service center about two issues: foam by dashboard scrunched up and automatic window not functioning properly. The gentleman at the service dept was very helpful and made sure that they are properly fixed and also provided a thorough complimentary wash. This will be my go to place for Subaru service from now on!

The work was done in a timely fashion, but neither the water cooler or the coffee maker in the waiting area were working. The WiFi was good and I was able to get my work done while I was waiting. Physically the waiting area is right next to the area where people first check in with the service reps so there is more noise than necessary in the actual waiting area.

Had the service team do a Transmission flush, diff flush, spark plugs, and brake fluid flush on my 120k mile Outback. The team found and repaired a shotty repair job done by a previous Subaru dealership and was able to repair the coil connector.

They are responsive and accommodating. Rates are reasonable and they dont try to upsell you on services you dont need. That is very refreshing and unusual from my experience of decades of car ownership and getting service at dealerships.

I was losing air in my tire so I stopped in to have it looked at. Turns out I got nailed and didnt know it - I hate when that happens! Luckily I bought the tire and rim package with my car and it was repaired gratis. Mike and his team were easy to work with and super personable while I waited for my car to get fixed. Highly recommend coming to Wayne Service if you need your Subaru checked on!

I have been using Wayne Subaru to service my cars for more than 5 years. The service department representatives are very friendly, and are highly knowledgable about their cars. They go out of their way to answer questions even if they go back to consult with the mechanic to help explain the reason for whatever the problem may be.Did I say how clean, well lit and the waiting area is very comfortable.

This service department goes above and beyond. I am so grateful for their amazing customer service. Not only did they honor the warranty on my tires, but the service manager came and changed my flat and had a replacement tire for me all within an hour. I should mention this was on Saturday afternoon, Labor Day weekend. Being their customer certainly paid off. Amazing job Wayne Subaru service team! Thank you!

I scheduled an appointment for a service which consisted of an oil change and tire rotation. I spent two hours in the waiting room, and about ten minutes was spent on my car. Unsure what the appointment was for and why I shouldnt use a quick lube next time.

Horrible, cant reach anyone when you call, kept the car for a long time and didnt do the work they said they would, keep getting the run around when try to reach them, just transfer you to another person and in the end no one ever answers, will never use these guys for service again!

Recently I had a problem setting up the timer to charge up my EV Crosstrek. I had brought my car repeatedly to another dealership where they were not able to solve the problem. Subaru Customer Service recommended I bring my car to Wayne Subaru. Jerry in the service department, after careful research and actually charging the car himself over a few days was able to figure out what the issue was. The manual was difficult to figure out for a lay person like me. I am so happy with the level of customer service at Wayne Subaru and the expertise Gerry had to figure out the problem. He was willing to go above and beyond in working out a technical issue in the manual that was hard to figure out, even for another dealership. I was thrilled that the issue was finally solved!!

My husband and I give 5 stars without a doubt. Above and beyond service. I couldnt be happier. I brought my subaru for detailing and window tinting. I had crumbs and gunk all between the little crevices, and cranberry juice soaked into the carpet. After Felix and his team finished, my car looks and feels brand new! Not one crumb to be found. Looks polished, feels cleans, and has a refreshing scent.The owner Felix is also an absolute pleasure to work with. He is highly professional and all smiles. He takes the time to answer all my questions about tinting while taking safety into consideration. Felix went above and beyond by giving me examples of cars in his studio and in the parking lot to compare which level tint would look best for my car.The place itself feels like a gallery. They have a great clientele based on the cars I have seen them working on (all Teslas). I was excited to find out they also have supercars for rent. Just to name a few, I got to see the inside of an Accura NSX, BMW electric sports car, new Teslas, a Supra, and a Mercedes V8. I loved how they even have one basic cargo van to rent by the day!With my car cleaned and tinted, I feel so cool driving my car 😃 I feel very lucky to have found this place. 110% would recommend. My husband agrees.

Great experience, took me right way, got my oil change, and the sensors in my car reset for about $60 when normally I would pay 80+ for oil change on top of getting charge for to get my sensor reset. Would come back here again

Its difficult to find a business with customer service that goes way above and beyond. I had a major complication from surgery that left me unable to drive, so when Wayne Subaru called me to let me know my part had come in, I had no way of bringing my car to them. They went way out of their way to pick up my car and bring it back! I am so appreciative to Tony and the rest of the team there for coordinating all of this and fixing everything within hours. I cant recommend this business enough.

We were having issues with our bluetooth audio. On August 12 we dropped our car off at Wayne Subaru Service. That’s where the nightmare begins. We explained the situation to a service advisor and we also requested an oil change + brake light switch recall. We brought our own oil and filter. We dropped the car and left the service. At the end of the day we received a call from service advisor explaining that they tried to upgrade software on head unit but it was stuck during an update. He said that they will have to replace head unit. We asked how many days we will wait for the new head unit. We have been told few days. Then we decided to leave the car at the service since it was only a few days.On August 16 at the end of the day we called service advisor since we have not heard back. He said they have not received the head unit yet. Okay it happens. When we asked again when is it going to come. He still was not sure when it will arrive. We asked him to call us back asap when they have the exact arrival date, since our car was sitting at the service for a week. We clearly stated that if it’s going to take longer than few days we must get the car.He called us back on August 19 to tell us that the part was shipped and will arrive in a few days. Still no exact arrival date.On August 21 we called again to find out if head unit arrived. Service advisor said the head unit arrived and they were installing it. At the end of the day he called us back to tell that the car was ready. We said we will pick it up next day as service was closing in less than 30 minutes when he called. That was the 9th day the car was sitting at the service.On August 22 we went to service to pick up our car to find out that they replaced the head unit but issue was not resolved. Which means they did not even test the new head unit. On top of that we found out that USB port is not working also, which was working perfectly fine before bringing our car to service. Then we asked for a service manager, who came to test the new head unit to say that he never seen such thing before. He told us that they will contact Subaru of America regarding the issue and let us know how to proceed.Moreover they did not even use our own oil and filter for an oil change. When we asked service advisor about it, his response was “Oh we are sorry our mechanics used Subaru oil, we did not use your oil and filter”??Which we had was genuine Subaru oil filter and SAE certified oil. Plus we got free scratches and dents on our car!!Since there was nothing else they could do we drove our car to home. This was the worst Subaru service experience weve ever had. As of today issue is still not fixed !!!Absolutely no customer service here. Shayna (have no idea what shes doing there) keeps telling lies. Joe (service manager) never contacted or followed up.
